It's not to late. Some marry early while some marry later, the most important thing is marrying who will love and accept you for who you are. If you think it's too late then ask yourself "Why are you still alive after all some people died before 40" |
Anyone who did this must have first hand information about his/her mission. I just want to know if money was shared on the floor this week and some xyz decided to keep their in the office? |
They should be investigated on how they got such huge cash |
Hope their is a replacement for our Ambassador in the USA |
Is it not better we wait and hear the true story. It is a crime to meet someone on the internet, invite them to your country. Why are people jumping into conclusion that it was a Yahoo yahoo. In the 90's people invited their penpal to visit their country and learn about their culture. In 2000, people invite people over, marry them to enable them obtain visa and later obtain green card. Must Africa oversea arebeneficiary. We know in 2010, some devilsh people now misuse it for their evil gain. So let not judge until we know the full story. The authority should investigate tha matter and let us know if its yahoo or not. I believe it is not a crime to invite a friend over. |
I will advise you take the cash, there is no job security anywhere. If you have been in business previously, you can use to money to upgrade your business. If you were not into any kind of business, I will advise you look around for what you have passion for, collect the cash, make a #4.5m fixed deposit in the bank. Use from the #500,000 for training and testing the water. You will need a lot of discipline especially if you have not handled such amount before. #5,000,000 takes several yes to save but it can be mismanage within a week. Be wise and deliver yourself from "I wish I knew". My final word: Poverty have been around several million years before you were born, so don't think with #5M you can eliminate poverty by using the money to solve family and friends problem. |
I don't know why they were in a hurry to return back to Nigeria, those complaining would have remained where they were and enjoy natural air and freedom of movement. They better be thankful that the federal government acted by rescuing them. Do you think the soldier on guard don't like freedom to stay at their various home with their famlies? You guy better be quiet and enjoy your two weeks holiday/isolation. |
Senegal has approved Madagascar’s Covid Organics (CVO), an herbal potion for clinical trials that is said to cure coronavirus of COVID-19 pandemic patients, reported local media. "We are moving to use the Artemisia [the main component of the CVO]. On our side. We are evaluating it scientifically. We have given green light” Daouda Ndiaye, head of the Senegalese scientific committee told local Radio Futurs Medias, a local FM network on Thursday. "We will work on a protocol to see how to give it to Senegalese patients," he said Top Senegalese scientist, however, cautioned people against self-medication or using the potion on their own without medical supervision. He said the coronavirus herbal remedy can be used both for prevention and to cure patients. Dr. Aloyse Waly Diouf, an official at the Senegalese Health Ministry said his country will begin clinical trials on Artemisia. “The work will start today,” he said. Senegal has 1,492 confirmed COVID-19 cases so far, with 13 deaths, and 562 recoveries, according to figures compiled by the US. -based at Johns Hopkins University. Covid Organics was officially launched by Malagasy President Andry Rajoelina last month. The drug has been developed by the Malagasy Institute of Applied Research. ''I salute Madagascar's efforts in the search for therapeutic solutions which Senegal is following with interest,'' Senegal's President Macky Sall said following Rajoelina's announcement. On Thursday, the World Health Organization (WHO) called for clinical trials of Madagascar's Covid Organics. "We are advising the government of Madagascar to take this product through a clinical trial and we are prepared to collaborate with them," Matshidiso Moeti, WHO's regional director for Africa, told a media briefing. South Africa has also expressed willingness to assist Madagascar to undertake scientific analysis of Covid Organics. Madagascar has so far shipped the CVO to several African countries.

Solomon with all his wisdom, women was his weak point. What are you searching for in her phone? Let me tell you point blank, she have other guys like you she chat with all the time and even spend time at their place. It's better you don't know about her hidden activities otherwise you will die young. Just enjoy what you are enjoying while it last and if you intend to enjoy it alone go and pay the dowry. |
I am in support of Niger state. If the bus cannot be repair, a towing van should be use to take the bus back to whichsoever state that allow them into Niger State. Why must people trade with death? Just imagine if the person who died was the only carrier in that bus before the journey, he/she may have effected more than 30 people in that bus. If they had gotten to their destination each of the 30 would have effected at least 5 person making a total of 150 people infected. Lets borrow from Michael Jackson song lyric: Heal the world Make it a better place For you and for me People are dying If you care enough for the living (yourself, brothers, sisters, parent ect.) Make the world a better place and stop endangering innocent people. Please let us continue to maintain social distancing. Stay safe and healthy. |

*Ugandan President’s address to his nation*. A wisdom to share✨ Uganda President KAGUTA MUSEVENI warns against people misbehaving during this COVID-19 period, *"God has a lot of work, He has the whole world to look after. He cannot just be here in Uganda looking after idiots..."*. Below is his reported statement. "In a war situation, nobody asks anyone to stay indoors. *You stay indoors by choice.* In fact, if you have a basement, you hide there for as long as hostilities persist. During a war, you *don't insist on your freedom*. You willingly give it up in exchange for survival. During a war, you *don't complain of hunger.* You bear hunger and pray that you live to eat again During a war, you *don't argue about opening your business*. You close your shop (if you have the time), and run for your life. You pray to outlive the war so that you can return to your business (that's if it has not been looted or destroyed by mortar fire). During a war, you are *thankful to God for seeing another day in the land of the living*. During a war, you *don't worry about your children not going to school.* You pray that the government does not forcefully enlist them as soldiers to be trained in the school premises now turned military depot. *The world is currently in a state of war. A war without guns and bullets. A war without human soldiers. A war without borders. A war without cease-fire agreements. A war without a war room. A war without sacred zones.* The army in this war is without mercy. It is without any milk of human kindness. It is indiscriminate - it has no respect for children, women, or places of worship. This army is not interested in spoils of war. It has no intention of regime change. It is not concerned about the rich mineral resources underneath the earth. It is not even interested in religious, ethnic or ideological hegemony. Its ambition has nothing to do with racial superiority. *It is an invisible, fleetfooted, and ruthlessly effective army.* Its only agenda is a harvest of death. It is only satiated after turning the world into one big death field. Its capacity to achieve its aim is not in doubt. Without ground, amphibious and aeriel machines, it has bases in almost every country of the world. Its movement is not governed by any war convention or protocol. In short, *it is a law unto itself. It is Coronavirus. Also known as COVID-19* (because it announced its destructive presence and intention in the year of our Lord 2019) Thankfully, this army has a weakness and it can be defeated. It only requires our collective action, discipline and forbearance. *COVID-19 cannot survive social and physical distancing.* It only thrives when you confront it. It loves to be confronted. It capitulates in the face of collective social and physical distancing. It bows before good personal hygiene. It is helpless when you take your destiny in your own hands by keeping them sanitized as often as possible. *This is not a time to cry about bread and butter like spoilt children.* After all, the Holy book tells us that man shall not live by bread alone. *Let's obey and follow the instructions of the authorities.* Let's flatten the COVID-19 curve. Let's exercise patience. Let's be our brothers' keeper. *In no time, we shall regain our freedom, enterprise and socializing."* In the midst of EMERGENCY, we practice urgency of service and the urgency of love for others✨ God bless us all. |
Considering the road marking No. 3 is wrongly overtaking. |
donbachi:. I have experienced same here in Nigeria. While on my way from Lagos to Abuja, I had a bursted tire, a police patrol team stopped, assisted me and made sure everything was okay before they left. They made me understand that where I was is a black spot and they will not leave me there considering the risk. I also heard directly from some who intially hated the police testifying about the good gesture of the police. According to him, he was in the middle of nowhere when his fuel finished, in his state of confusion a police patrol car pulled over to ask what was the problem. He told them his predicament, they went inside their patrol car and brought out a 25 liters of fuel which they empty into his tank. He was offering they money for the fuel but the police refused the offer. Since that day his orientation about the police changed. Am not saying their are not devilish individual in the police but there are those the will not harm or cause their fellow human pain. I have enjoy good treatment from the Nigeria police on several occasions. We know every policeman can not be like the Felix of Uganda (Andrew Felix Kaweesi). |
IWantToGiveUp:Suicide have never been an answer Every suicidal regret it when it's already too late, this is base on the account of those that manage to escape the attempt. We know it's not easy at all but hold on, taking your own life should be ruled out. You want to commit suicide because you don't have money today. What will be your advise a man that have million in his bank account but want to commit suicide because he don't have children. A cousin of mine was once repariated from UK in 2006, upon arrival in Lagos with what he saved while there he bought a 2003 Honda Accord. He drove to the village and robber stole the car and the only thing he though of was suicide. While considering the thought, he asked himself "what will be my siblings reaction". After much thought, he gave up the idea of suicide. Fast forward. Today he have a 9yrs old daughter, he own a hostel, he import and sell cars before relocating to the US 5yrs ago. Now he have a US green card and doing very well pursuing a degree in computer science. My brother, we don't know what tomorrow will be just hold on and don't let go. Since you mentioned the Bible. Read the story of Joseph, Jonah and David these men went through trials but they overcame. Like Peter, gold and silver I don't have to give but with God being God, you shall overcome. |
Among the billion ladies out there God located the bone of your bone and gave you as a wife yet you treat her like trash. Billion of men out there will want a wife character like your wife's. I must admit you messed up. Anyway, we all make mistake that are regretted sooner or later. I will recommend the following: 1. Make amend by telling your wife you are sorry and that the scale have fallen from your eyes. 2. Call/arrange a family meeting outside your house, invite your parent, your sibling and friend without telling you wife. On the day set for the meeting take your wife along, public confess to your family your wrong and let them know she have forgiven you. 3. Start treating your wife as your girlfriend by showering her gift, surprise outing etc. 4. Make your wife a pride queen. I believe this will help. |

The Bible said wisdom is profitable to direct and my people suffer because of lack of knowledge. This is the situation in Kano state right now. When a world-wide pandemic is declare it's not time to play foolishness in the name of politics and religion. I can assure anyone that the cases in Kano is far more than Lagos. Just imagine, with limited test facility they have over taken FCT. President Buhari, if Kano state Government want to ease the restrictions then let's build a wall around Kano like the Mexican - America wall or the Israeli wall. |
zedegit:sincerely, I don't have savings, nobody planned for this. I am living on God's grace and mercy which have been wonderful. |

Let the government take care of the child until the mother is sure the lockdown is over and he should be handed over to her without any issue. They should stop creating panic here and there. They have turned lockdown into a way to milk the poor. If everything was well, will she be on the street with her child? I strongly support lockdown, I have been home for 7 weeks now. |
Let's partner with our fellow African Senegal is winning the war on covid-19. They produce their own test kits, ventilator and which are far cheaper than imported ones. Let fight covid-19 the Afrcan way. It's better we partner with fellow African countries than depending on China. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAf1aq2e3jw |
