get dreamweaver it is the best software to learn modern web designing.
dont just use the design mode learn to hand code also it will build ur confidence.,
so get dreaweaver and the necessary tutorial and first start with simple website before thiniking of adding data to it.

no software is perfect and no software that can not be improved on. keep up the work kobo and b not discouraged
the power of free software is in its ability to be updated at all time. all the university portals are just there update is slow and the interface is always terrible.
