Christianity EtcRe: Creflo Dollar Vs Joel Osteen Vs Td Jakes Vs Joyce Meyer by gozzilla(m): 12:48am On Jan 12, 2009
Baseless question. Are you coming here to ask a question you obviously know the answer to.
They are all too different to have any point of comparism. They all don't preach the same way or on the same platform or the same message (0f course good enough they all preach Christ)
T.D Jakes just like Joyce meyer, preaches about social problems. but unlike Meyer, Jakes is a Pastor, so he has some depth and diversity to his message.
Meyer on the other hand armed with her own story of childhood molestation, basically deals with the social aspects. How to love you, and see the best of God in you.
Joel osteen, well he is just Joel osteen. Soft spoken, funny, always preaching a positive sermon (some will accuse him of being too positive and less word based) but the size and testimony of the church says it all. (I hear Israel Houghton the guy that sang you are alpha and omega, and i am a friend of God, is a member of his church)
Creflo dollar, shouldn't even be on this list, if there ever should have been one. He preaches faith and prosperity without an apology.

so you see they are too different for you to be having a best
PoliticsRe: Sex Barter! Nigerian Shares Wife With American For Green Card by gozzilla(m): 12:21am On Jan 12, 2009
That is the Nigerian version of the american dream. Go abroad, get a job with the little money you make marry an American lady. Get a green card. Make more money, then come to Nigeria and declare yourself successful by getting a Nigerian wife.

I really concur it is a sad story. The whole immigration story is sad. Be it those headed to Europe Italy or the Us. Amazingly
RomanceRe: I Need Your Advices Guys/girls by gozzilla(m): 11:02pm On Jan 09, 2009
I feel for you. But the basic thing in any relationship is your intention. i can guess your intentions are bad because you want to invite her to your house after 2 meetings. you seem like a sharp shooter. but the bad thing is that guys like you will never recognise a good thing,
on the other hand you might just be this innocent guy that doesn't know what to do. then there are 2 advices. but i will stick with the good boy approach. be nice take her out to a good eatery or even simply for a walk and tell her your feeling for her. Tell her in plan words that you love her. then let the attention begin,

RomanceRe: Night Bus Romance by gozzilla(m): 11:36am On Jan 06, 2009
Sure its fun. Imagine it. A total stranger going to different places most likely. Every chance of not meeting again. Eyes watching ears listening to everything being said and discussed.
The fun is in the chase. But this is not a chase this is a H n R (hit and run) its not a snipper shot its a machine gun kind of hit. Breaking down a hostile person and making the person give you a kiss.
The fun is in the risk. The fact that people are watching and might see you but what can they do. The fact that it could all go wrong and she will embarrass you openly.

But try it. The fun is worth it and the risk is tight. Of course sex is out of the way but ur imagination could help u. You can go as far as ,

i have got the answer so let the question end and let your week vigil end.

longest word with consonants only  RHYTHMS. also having all consonants is NYMPHS

Longest Words

(45) PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOCONIOSIS (also spelled PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOKONIOSIS) = a lung disease caused by breathing in particles of siliceous volcanic dust.
This is the longest word in any English dictionary. However, it was coined by Everett Smith, the President of The National Puzzlers' League, in 1935 purely for the purpose of inventing a new "longest word". The Oxford English Dictionary described the word as factitious. Nevertheless it also appears in the Webster's, Random House, and Chambers dictionaries.

(37) HEPATICOCHOLANGIOCHOLECYSTENTEROSTOMIES = a surgical creation of a connection between the gall bladder and a hepatic duct and between the intestine and the gall bladder.
This is the longest word in Gould's Medical Dictionary.

(34) SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS = song title from the Walt Disney movie Mary Poppins.
It is in the Oxford English Dictionary.

"But then one day I learned a word
That saved me achin' nose,
The biggest word you ever 'eard,
And this is 'ow it goes:
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"

(30) HIPPOPOTOMONSTROSESQUIPEDALIAN = pertaining to a very long word.
From Mrs. Byrne's Dictionary of Unusual, Obscure and Preposterous Words.

(29) FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION = an estimation of something as worthless.
This is the longest word in the first edition of the Oxford English Dictionary. Interestingly the most common letter in English, E, does not appear in this word at all, whilst I occurs a total of nine times. The word dates back to 1741. The 1992 Guinness Book of World Records calls floccinaucinihilipilification the longest real word in the Oxford English Dictionary, and refers to pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis as the longest made-up one.

(28) ANTIthisESTABLISHMENTARIANISM = the belief which opposes removing the tie between church and state.
Probably the most popular of the "longest words" in recent decades.

(27) HONORIFICABILITUDINITATIBUS = honorableness.
The word first appeared in English in 1599, and in 1721 was listed by Bailey's Dictionary as the longest word in English. It was used by Shakespeare in Love's Labor's Lost (Costard; Act V, Scene I):

"O, they have lived long on the alms-basket of words.
I marvel thy master hath not eaten thee for a word;
for thou art not so long by the head as
honorificabilitudinitatibus: thou art easier
swallowed than a flap-dragon."

Shakespeare does not use any other words over 17 letters in length.

(27) ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHICALLY
The longest unhyphenated word in Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (10th Ed.), joint with ethylenediaminetetraacetate (see below).

(27) ANTITRANSUBSTANTIATIONALIST = one who doubts that consecrated bread and wine actually change into the body and blood of Christ.

(21) thisPROPORTIONABLENESS and (21) INCOMPREHENSIBILITIES
These are described by the 1992 Guinness Book of World Records as the longest words in common usage.

Some say SMILES is the longest word because there is a MILE between the first and last letters!

Chemical Terms
Two chemical terms (3,641 and 1,913 letters long) have appeared in the Guinness Book of World Records. They were withdrawn because they have never been used by chemists, and there is no theoretical limit to the length of possible legitimate chemical terms. A DNA molecule could have a name of over 1,000,000,000 letters if it was written out in full.

(1,185) ACETYLSERYLTYROSYLSERYLISOLEUCYLTHREONYLSERYLPROLYLSERYLGLUTAMINYLPHENYLALANYLVALYLPHENYLALANYLLEUCYLSERYLSERYLVALYLTRYPTOPHYLALANYLASPARTYLPROLYLISOLEUCYLGLUTAMYLLEUCYLLEUCYLASPARAGINYLVALYLCYSTEINYLTHREONYLSERYLSERYLLEUCYLGLYCYLASPARAGINYLGLUTAMINYLPHENYLALANYLGLUTAMINYLTHREONYLGLUTAMINYLGLUTAMINYLALANYLARGINYLTHREONYLTHREONYLGLUTAMINYLVALYLGLUTAMINYLGLUTAMINYLPHENYLALANYLSERYLGLUTAMINYLVALYLTRYPTOPHYLLYSYLPROLYLPHENYLALANYLPROLYLGLUTAMINYLSERYLTHREONYLVALYLARGINYLPHENYLALANYLPROLYLGLYCYLASPARTYLVALYLTYROSYLLYSYLVALYLTYROSYLARGINYLTYROSYLASPARAGINYLALANYLVALYLLEUCYLASPARTYLPROLYLLEUCYLISOLEUCYLTHREONYLALANYLLEUCYLLEUCYLGLYCYLTHREONYLPHENYLALANYLASPARTYLTHREONYLARGINYLASPARAGINYLARGINYLISOLEUCYLISOLEUCYLGLUTAMYLVALYLGLUTAMYLASPARAGINYLGLUTAMINYLGLUTAMINYLSERYLPROLYLTHREONYLTHREONYLALANYLGLUTAMYLTHREONYLLEUCYLASPARTYLALANYLTHREONYLARGINYLARGINYLVALYLASPARTYLASPARTYLALANYLTHREONYLVALYLALANYLISOLEUCYLARGINYLSERYLALANYLASPARAGINYLISOLEUCYLASPARAGINYLLEUCYLVALYLASPARAGINYLGLUTAMYLLEUCYLVALYLARGINYLGLYCYLTHREONYLGLYCYLLEUCYLTYROSYLASPARAGINYLGLUTAMINYLASPARAGINYLTHREONYLPHENYLALANYLGLUTAMYLSERYLMETHIONYLSERYLGLYCYLLEUCYLVALYLTRYPTOPHYLTHREONYLSERYLALANYLPROLYLALANYLSERINE = Tobacco Mosaic Virus, Dahlemense Strain.
This word has appeared in the American Chemical Society's Chemical Abstracts and is thus considered by some to be the longest real word.

(39) TETRAMETHYLDIAMINOBENZHYDRYLPHOSPHINOUS = a type of acid.
This is the longest chemical term in the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd Ed.). It does not have its own entry but appears under a citation for another word.

(37) FORMALDEHYDETETRAMETHYLAMIDOFLUORIMUM
Chemical term in the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd Ed.).

(37) DIMETHYLAMIDOPHENYLDIMETHYLPYRAZOLONE
Chemical term in the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd Ed.).

(31) DICHLORODIPHENYLTRICHLOROETHANE = a pesticide used to kill lice; abbrv. DDT.
It is the longest word in the Macquarie Dictionary and is also in the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd Ed.).

(29) TRINITROPHENYLMETHYLNITRAMINE = a type of explosive.
This is the longest chemical term in Webster's Dictionary (3rd Ed.).

(27) ETHYLENEDIAMINETETRAACETATE
The longest unhyphenated word in Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (10th Ed.), joint with electroencephalographically (see above).

This word appears in Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (10th Ed.).

@Letdemsay
I was thinking its the other way round they always can not keep eye contact. Is that not why we say look me in the eye and tell me you love me. You can know a liar because you have know how you behave when you lie. Same thing with the other folk when he lies particularly when emotion is involved. Emotions like love or friendship. If no emotion is involved, it can be hard to tell.
PoliticsRe: Who Was The Nigerian Of 2008?:Ribadu, Oshiomole, Kutigi, Fashola .. ? by gozzilla(m): 12:40pm On Jan 02, 2009
Good list you have there. I would really have been tempted to vote Ribadu but i have come to believe that controversy does no man any good. Case study El rufai. After all the good work he gets so shamed just because he loved to court controversy. For me it would be folks that have stayed on a well planned path of greatness and for last year my list will be folks like Adenuga, Charles soludo, Oshiomole, and some other folks. The clear winner being Oshiomole.
He is turning out to be a great politician. He performed the feat the American politicians do. He used the NLC as his platform for greatness. He simply played both side. Fight for the masses but always, thats the catch always know when not to push it do far. Some say he is a hypocrite and that argument i will not be able to answer.
So there goes my man of the year.
PoliticsRe: British Born Naija Interested In Politics by gozzilla(m): 4:37pm On Jan 01, 2009
Whoa someone says his country is irredeemable. Is this what a forum makes a man do say things without thinking about them. Such words as meaningless as they seem go a long way in affecting your generation. I just hope you are not Nigerian.

@poster this is not the way to dream. I have learnt that dreaming out loud is simply giving your dream a big knock and that is what you are doing to your dream. Secondly a forum with faceless "pessimist" is the worst place to get an approval for a dream. I don't know what you wish to get by doing this but i assure you one thing its either you get discouraged or you encourage a whole lot of folks and i don't think you will be able to do the latter.

Please kill this thread or it will thread on your dream.

Nice but must you be like seun so undemocratic. Let the house decide the winner.
For me sha there can not be a winner for something as general as that. For instance Tgirl can never be a good contributor in the graphic/video section. Its amazing what folks like Gamine and kemi, and Miss Eniola e.t.c are doing in that section or is it what amakaone or amaka1 who has obviously laid a claim to nairaland kitchen. What will you say about airblaze and his book of rant or is it aladunni with her just me and me in the journal section ( for me that stands out easily as one of the best post in nairaland.)

so do we still give it to Tgirl or ,  sexy leamon

Doesn't sound like you need opinions your mind is made up and to be frank that is good. Soon the replies will come and they will come fast and hard and they will all come negative. Negative not because that is all they can say, but because that is all a post like yours deserve. To change a nation is not a days job then to change a nation like ours,

Please give it a hard thought ainnt nothing wrong with the idea as a matter of fact more folks like you should be encouraged to do same, but nonetheless give it a hard thought.

Imagine what all of us would have given to be pepperless?
