Just because of FULL HD display? Redmi 7 has a superior processor, is more frugal with battery consumption, has better cameras with camera2api enabled out of the box for an even better camera experience with Gcam, is more recent, has a better and smaller notch for a better viewing experience. Lastly, so many persons including myself see stock Android as a con not a pro, so MIUI or Stock Android is subjective.

The Redmi 7 is greater than the Mi A2 lite; the Redmi note 5 is greater than both. Get the Redmi 7 then, since the Redmi note 5 is used.

Untrue vivo and oppo are freaking expensive, maybe you are talking about realme which is almost on par with xiaomi regarding pricing.
