2. I'm limited to Elepaq 2.8kva EC5800 in the picture below since I intend buying it in a buy now pay later basis (BNPL) on CDCARE.


3. Will it be a good buy, will it power the appliances mentioned in (1) above.

The main problem is how do you know you are getting an original gen since you are at their mercy. It's strongly advised to avoid buying generators online as much as possible. Many of the elepaq gen you see around now are not original

Tried 2 different batteries, same issue persist.

Then it's something else, and I doubt that bootloader is unlocked.

I've done that, I even tried a new battery. It still same thing. It goes off immediately after coming on.

I have seen a situation exactly like this when phone remained thesame after a new battery was replaced. Is there a way you can tell if the new battery you tested with is good?

Good morning guys. My Redmi 9 is having network connection issues. I can't run on 4g LTE and 3g. The network just turns off if i change the "preferred network type" to 4g and it only comes up if i change it back to 2g.

i have done hard reset and factory reset, the same issue

I'm stuck with a Mifi because there's no way i can do anything with 2g.

Any solutions?

You have nothing to worry about as far as battery is concerned.

Your screen protector is most likely the culprit, it's interrupting your proximity sensor already. Get a new screen protector and try to avoid the type with black border around.

When plugged to charger, it shows this..it then blinks couple of times before showing only the redmi(second pic)blinking and doesn't pass there

Disconnect the battery connector and put it back. It's likely a battery related issue.

My Redmi note 9s has been stuck on bootloop for a week now....just showing "Redmi" and restarting every second on its own. except when I plug it with the charger directly to a power source that it finally moves to homepage.

Since photography is your main priority, why not settle for older flaships or something close at that price range?

Do as advised, download the full rom and flash. Don't take everything you see on the internet as it is. Its possible that particular user's phone has a board issue.

I wanted to switch to another brand, until I discovered no brand is blameless now a days, I wanted to buy samsung untill I realised the the phone I wanted to buy samsung note 10 plus 5G some units had network problem, not only I was told but I witnessed it, I later decided to go for S 20. its equally had problem of green tint from the screen after update (not all but some units) even the almighty Iphone 14 some are complaining about it. The problem is not peculiar to Redmi only its a universal problem cause as a result of mass production phones.

You did well by doing your own little findings. I don't like generalising, but it seems like the average Nigerian find it difficult to apply one of the very essense of education ( logical reasoning) in everyday life. How can one be using a better pass my neighbour generator by Yamaha, and later upgraded to a much bigger generator by Elepaq. Because the Elepaq can carry more equipment, he ends up saying Elepaq is better than Yamaha. That's what many people do. You use a low end Android phone from one brand, and later bought a high end phone from another brand which costs times 6 or even more of your low end phone, what do you expect?. I got a Pixel 6 pro last week for a friend who uses a Redmi 8. You could see him still being apprehensive using some apps on the pixel because of the way they lag on the Redmi. I already told him to stop the comparison because its a wrong one.
