Who has Xiaomi Mi5 prime screen? Mine fell inside water for about 5 seconds and now the repairer said my screen is toast . Phone doesn’t charge nor turn on but after working on it, phone does turn on now but screen is blank as in Black totally. Help!!!

I nr go even consider that band as advantage whether naim b d only band Glo stick to sef, unless both devices dem comparable in every way and price difference nr much.

Should be only the Global version, and this band 28 is not supposed to outweigh the pros the Redmi note 7 has over the Mi 8 lite, bigger battery, smaller notch, better camera, louder speakers,plus the headphone jack.

But no need for this fight na, Nokia just did what Xiaomi have been doing, both phones are exactly the same apart from the absence of some LTE bands in the Chinese version (reminds me of Chinese and global versions of the Redmi note 4 and 5). You can use any hardware part from the Global version for replacement on the Chinese version, those customer care agents are only doing their job, warranty is only for the Global version, simple, even some Samsung users can relate to this. Spartacus11, you better hold your people well oo .

My friends tested both using thesame song and volume and they gave the Verdict. They said for the Ep- 29 the sound clarity is very dope. A friend begged me to sell to him. I did but surely I missed that earpiece. If I are not bass freak and you want to hear everything clearly, I assure you u won't regret it. It doesn't deaf ear at all and is the reason I like it. The filtering system is better than the Ep-28.

Hope you know the source front which you compare both earphones matter too? If you test a powerful earpiece with a weaker one on a weak device, you'll think the performance is thesame. If you change the source to a something really powerful, then you'll see the difference is huge!

My phone has been in 92% since about 2pm and e never comot for there. Funny is I've been using it since then and there's been no drop.

this ish use to happen to my note 4x then,at first discovery i had a very sharp goosebumps ,i wasnt ready to start going thinkering. My hesitation led me to discover a trick for the ish; all i did was blow in sharp air into the usb port,voila! The LED light became stable nd the screen came on immediately. after that encounter,whenever that thing happens again which was rarely,I'll just blow some air nd everything kicks in can also try another charging cord

Hold the power button for as long as 15-20 secs. Can also try holding power button and volume down to access fastboot mode, do this with the phone plugged

Keep trying, you can clear cache and data of the updater app and also try.

It just automatic start downloading OTA.

Its a pity you don't have the option to 'choose update package'. Just noted same thing in another Mi Max here, let's hope its an omission they'll fix.

Sir, The region is Indian since i bought d phone. I hav tried update via updater several Tim oo it show no update available.

Then change to Nigeria and try again, if it d work, you'll need to download an older version of developer rom on same miui version of your current rom. Forgot about this totally, that's why the rom you downloaded didn't work for you.

Have you changed region before? Check. Settings - Additional settings - Region. You can change it to Indian and try and search for update via updater.
