Yes, it's almost same with Gcam in daylight, just that the dynamic range is abit better on Gcam, aside that, most persons won't notice any difference.

Redmi note 5, forget that your battery ish, the 4000mah battery is great, it uses a hybrid sim, meaning you can't use two sims and a memory card at thesame time, so it's better you get the 4/64 gig version.

One annoying big flaw of the 9d glass, keyboard clicks has been seizing have to tap twice or thrice. I'm left with option of either to take the glass off or endure. I hate it when I tap keyboard and response is slowed or delayed.�

The Redmi note 7 also has the headphone jack which is absent in the Mi 8 lite.

Dear gurus in the house, I am currently torn between mi 8 lite and redmi note 7.

Looking for:
- great camera (both primary and secondary camera)
- great battery (should at least last 24hours on regular usage. I spend average of 7 hours a day on phone)
- great responsiveness (lagging in phones annoy me)
- at least android pie and should be guaranteed to get the next version of Android
- dedicated SD card slot

My budget is capped at 80k (this Hopefully should include the accessories)

Both devices use hybrid sim, the note 7 is the better device here. There is no other device that offer better value for money than the Redmi note 7 especially.

No one made it look like black is better, truth is black actually looks better especially if other colours have white front sides. The price hike by AliExpress sellers is simply Economics- the laws of demand and supply.

Keep trying with data on. You can clear both cache and data of the updater app and try again.

It has to be in your internal memory not memory card.

Copy the file then to your desired folder.

Your screenshots tell the story, you have actually been enjoying your data. I believe you network is really fast so you find yourself either downloading or watching lots of videos with uc browser. For other apps like Facebook and co, the sweeter the experience on viewing media contents, the more the data you burn.

You'll be advised to use another browser aside UC for the now, until hopefully an update is released to fix this. Another work around is, try and clear both cache and data on your uc browser and start again, if you don't experience this for some time, then it s an issue with app optimisation.

This your own case is indeed a rom issue, but let's try battery saver first.
Tap the multi task button and hold on to any of the apps you want. Tap the settings icon that appear beside the app to take you to app info - scroll down to battery saver and select no restriction.

Am sure your phone is the 3gig ram variant of note 5/6 pro. You should try and lock the apps you use frequently and also turn off miui optimisation. For the data zapping, can you please post screenshots of your data usage?
1. To lock apps, just tap the left navigation button(multi-task button) on your device and tap the lock icon.
2. To see data usage, look for the 'security app' on your device, open it, go to data usage, data usage stats.

in class today, I used one guys Samsung note 8, my people, there is screen and there is SCREEN. That display is on a totally different level, thank God xiaomi rarely uses that kind of display the prices of their phone will dive to the moon

That screen fit buy your phone na, if u break am u fit get insomnia for days .

If I hate miui, would still go for the note 7 and flash any custom rom of my choice later on. This is because the note 7 trumps the X6 in everyway.
