Hello Nairalanders, I recently bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A on Jumia which I have been using until the screen got shattered.

I have been trying to fix it since then but all to no avail as I do know where their Customer Service care is located in Nigeria.

I have also sent a message to their Facebook page according to a friend's recommendation but since Wednesday I haven't received any response from them.

Plz anyone who knows where their customer care is located should send it here. I cant use the phone since them because each time I look at the phone it makes me very angry.

Buy from Jumia if you are sceptical of other means, you'll still need to wait for it to be delivered. Also looks abit expensive too.

Good evening guys...lastvl week Saturday I tried to activate the mi remote tin on Rn5A, it was working and just when I was about to pair it with the T.v my friend playfully picked the TV remote and switched it off thus interrupting the process. Since then I have been trying to reactivate it but my TV no longer responds to any command issued via the Mi remote app


is there any way around this?

Clear cache and data of the Mi remote app and try again.

The phone arrived 3weeks after order and i must confess the phone is awsome. Thanks guys. I intended getting one for my sister 3days after i placed my order only to notice the phone has gone to 86k.

Hehehehe, am not the owner, she needs cash to add and get what's trendy, that's her nature, already used Redmi pro, Mi Max, Mi Max 2, and currently the LEeco Le s3 all in just a year .

if you will proffer unbias comparison between redmi note 4 global and l3 ,just the area of hardware and chipset heat on heavy usage am interested in,I know mtk and snapdragon ain't the same plus xiaomi 4100mah ain't mate with 3000mah (I can opt for power bank).

My attraction to the phone is the deca-core helio processor,gpu and camera.

I think I have done this before, the camera is almost better or let's say slightly better than the Redmi note 4x, performance is top notch, you won't be disappointed, the only downside is the battery and the usual heating from our mtk people when running heavy tasks.

But NIPOST refused to give thr phone to him ..NIPOST said the phone ain't Custom cleared ..

He went back this morning and he was directed to the Custom office in ABK

I have been using NIPOST for the past 1 year and I have never heard of local Post office redirecting people back to Custom

I don't know which one to go for; the Xiaomi redmi note 5a has no fingerprint feature and a processor speed clocked at 1.4ghz but its snapdragon and has the best UI and optimization while the Leagoo T5c has a spreadtrum processor based on Intel clocked at a whooping 1.8ghz and has fingerprint feature but has a dull looking ROM and not fully optimized. The xiaomi redmi note 5a is #34,000 on Jumia while the leagoo T5C is around #37,000. Please is any other thing I should concerning the Xiaomi redmi Note 5a cause I'm leaning towards it due to it's unlimited support and customization.

Add small money and get the Redmi note 5a prime, it's same phone with 3gig ram and 32gig rom, and also a fingerprint scanner. Or if you don't mind, I have a neatly used LEeco le s3, 4gig ram, 32gig rom for 38k.
