Backup the chats normally, the way whatsapp does, and copy the folders from the old phone to the new one., then restore messages when logging in to the new device.

SOT of Redmi note 5A prime, no gaming, just normal usage, whatsapping, Facebooking, Internet surfing, etc. Screen brightness was about 10%.

After each updates, I explore all options in Settings from SIM Card -> App lock to see if there's been any change(s) on my settings.

Modified : Haven't enabled it since I updated to miui 9. It's safer to just enable it because of issues like this, you can never know when it will become handy.

That particular part just stopped responding

Just hold down power button for like 15 secs to turn the phone off, leave it off for like 30mins to an hour, turn it on again and try.

The guy must remember his password o...restart won't save him neither forgot password, the latter will even delete all files on the phone.

Hargbo, if you're able to resolve this successful, please always save your files in the cloud....Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive etc.

Wanted to ask if those files were saved to cloud, only way is files must be lost. Am Still trying to imagine why some parts of the screen won't respond to the dots, that one sef na bug?

Megapixels are only important if you want to zoom your picture in and crop off the very smallest details while retaining quality to a good enough degree.

OR

If you're in the advertising industry and usually blow up your pictures into billboard/ sign board sizes.

If these 2 aren't your cup of tea, then leave megapixels aside whenever you're looking for good camera phones.

Also all these people that leave their camera settings in beauty mode and expect it to shine, I dunno what your plans are. I used a friend's galaxy s8 front cam to snap last week and wanted to vomit till I noticed he didn't set any better thing there. It was almost as bland as my 2mp galaxy note 4 front camera, but for some reason he was enjoying it with all the washed out settings that made people look like they applied foundation under brown powder. Most girls love it like this too
