walesho:
Bro u know its gud to buy phones that thier materials or parts are available like pouch, screen guard, panel etc. And thier offices or customer centre should also be in that country in case of issues

Yea, you are right but not all phones imported from China are as you think. Someone imports a very insignificant phone model, and encounters problems with it, next thing is, ' phones from China don't have parts' . Fact is many people are deceived by cheap prices without doing a little research. This phone we are referring to here is a steal for the price, used to be around 100k but company is in a financial mess right now, they just have to do anything to survive.

As for parts, just forget it, those so called Carlcare can't help you to limits we can, #thexiaomithread.

Sheun001:
and just have in mind when that phone spoils forget it its gone for life

Wrong, you don't just assume like that, maybe you don't know we have guys here using LEtv/ LEeco for years now. Princetom1 coman see ooo .

henry007:
Lool It's budget friendly for the first month, until the flex spoils

Even if your statement is taken seriously, it's still very budget friendly after changing flex twice, because you still wouldn't have spent up to 60k in all .

walesho:
Infinix or tecno is still better than this poo

Ok, which Infinix or Tecno exactly? Tecno Camon CX, or Infinix hot 4? Because as far as I know, only the Phantom 6 plus might stand a chance against this; only edge the Tecno clearly has over this is bigger battery, plus memory card expansion.

Sheun001:
those crappy infinix and tecno have parts all over Nigeria but the phone we taking about doesn't have parts in Nigeria
if it has sef it would be very scarce thereby expensive

What parts exactly? Hope you are not just talking because you heard others talking? Apart from screen and maybe one or two parts, which other parts do you have for Tecno and Infinix? I can easily get parts for the phone you just slammed than the ones you defend.

henry007:
I never said all phones as in every single one in the batch. Even Xiaomi, i know someone who swears he would never touch it again coz he couldn't fix the issues.

That someone is not ready to fix the issue, if you doubt me, refer him here, and if it can't be fixed then I keep mute.

honsule:
And this?

Not bad at all.

seyema:
The network bar is always full now although I notice that my phone is usually hot whenever I put glo network in it

Mediatek Helio X10 vs Snapdragon 810

Note: Both processors suffered form heating problems.

The snapdragon 810 and 808 were disasters for Qualcomm, that was the year Samsung had to totally abandon Snapdragon, Exynos was king for Android phones. On the other hand the Mtk X10 was even worse, used a device with this very processor, processor is fast no doubt, but the heat and battery drain is almost beyond description.

kick:
That is exactly the knowledge I was trying to pass to the crackers up and below me. Just because the specifications is written snapdragon they instantly believe is (DOP). They really don't know it all comes down to performance.

Yeah, you are right.

Xcelinteriors:
I just got Nokia 6 and it is a very nice phone compare to what I have used before. But the problem is the battery, it doesn't last as I expected. I was expecting that rugged Nokia battery as usual but it is all the same with any other 3000mah mtk battery

Battery life of the old Nokia was overhyped, they actually slap bigger batteries to their devices plus traded off certain things like display resolution to achieve good battery life. You don't expect a 3000mah battery to perform better than 40000mah naturally, just because it's Nokia, no, it's the processor that counts mostly, the snapdragon 625 should have been a better option for the Nokia 6 according to many, it's a battery saving machine.

kick:
You were following general perception that says Snapdragon processors beat MediaTek processors. We all know Snapdragon weakness have been heat issues and inability to manage battery life. Next time you want to get a new device, do a research on its performance and not because of name of the processor it uses.

This your comment is laughable , the reverse is the case, MTK is very poor with battery optimization and heat management, even the latest ones perform poorly. Where do you get your info from?

Firstinline:

Well, the behaviour exhibited by the memory card are signs of it not being genuine, you should try other memory cards, don't be swayed by cheap price.
