Dont think it's d Sim, even from d sim settings, u won't see dual Sim option
Arrangement is ok, but the placement of the chip doesn't look aligned, exactly why we are suggesting you get a precut sim. Have seen more than three cases like this, don't think there is anything wrong with the phone, though nothing is impossible.

The update didn't solve my problem, even Sim setting is not showing dual sim, think it's factory problem, this is d last time am buying anything from China, a product u cannot test or return to the shop/store.
Sorry ooo, do as already been advised. Please upload pics of how the sims are arranged on the sim tray, just to clear some doubts, I know it looks embarrassing.

Nope, unless you are not comfortable with your network, it's not your fault.

Really, no matter what anyone says.....I'd rather buy 'rubbish' tecno or infinix than buy any of these ''almighty' phones that dont av physical presence here in Nigeria again.

I remember when I got a xiaomi with screen issues, ordered for a screen, fixed it and it turned out some parts wasn't working, had to get another one from another seller, it wasn't just it! Mehn, I was frustrated. now, the phone is as good as useless. A friend also had the same screen issue

One bad experience is enough....
There is nothing as good as knowing where to go or who to go to when your phone develops issues!!!!!!
Yeah, bad experience for you then, remembered your case, thought you already fixed it. Well, is the phone still available, or that of your friend?, might do business with you.

My network fluctuates alot? I don't get. What about this SOT?
Yeah, your SOT will be really better when your network becomes steady. Watch the mobile network signal, all green shows network is stable.

Already watched the video, and can almost conclude that you are not changing the device because of speed test, otherwise you'll be using something different cheesy.

Isn't that the same price of the 1gb ram(in 2017) tecno spark?
Nor mind dem, yet dem want me to buy the dirty over not just any phone, but a huge brand with build quality most likely better than that of the Phantom 8, a Mtk Helio x20 processor, and 3 gig of ram, even the Umidigi ambassador cannot fault this grin.

Infinix is not compatible with glo 4g either
No need to reply such posts, people that likely can't exhaust up to 10gig in a month will be talking of 4G, 4G from Glo especially undecided.

Am now afraid of all these jumia agent. One by name Abe Andrew Nuhu who defrauded me when I order for a wrist watch and paid full. That's the end I didn't hear from him again uptill now. I contacted jumia they just told me he is no longer with them.

The fear of agent is the beginning of wisdom
Learn how to order yourself.

https://www.nairaland.com/4144280/instead-getting-infinix-note-4

thats another one.

They are alot of people saying Xiaomi is of good quality and i agree cos more people are buying the products but the rest, the story is different, the Letv i'v seen are like Itel and they don't have many users

Talking about using for years, i have a friend who still use infinx hot note he bought 2010, my dad still uses tecno p5 he bought 2014.

pained? me? cos i give my opinion im pained.. please check your reply to every single comment on this thread, you sound as if your main reason is to run down tecno and infinix product
YES! No offence to you, will run down any brand that tries to manipulate people to get their devices any day. Seriously, am not trying to pick on you, am just astounded at the boldness with which you speak about these brands. You speak on Tecno P5 and Infinix hot note still working right? You trying to tell me that the users are satisfied with their current performance? If you don't know, most of us are coming from the same origin. Starting from Tecno N3, N7, P3, M3, Q3, D5, M5, F7, M6, P5, to Infinix hot, Infinix hot note, these are phones I personally handled and bought for close friends within year, won't talk of other recent ones. I used to talk and think like you, until I tried something different. Trust me, you won't be happy to see this thread after you have handled the LEeco device yourself.

Modified : Did you just say you bought the Infinix hot note 2010? We go dey look you well now o shocked. Let's say it's a typo, otherwise an exaggeration. Your dad uses the P5 like you use your phone? sad.

All phone manufacturers have carlcare in their major markets. Even Apple is big on aftersale services in places like Dubai where they sell a lot and they're always busy, it's not a wait and get stuff, they even give you replacement sometimes coz fixing can take up to weeks sometimes.

Nigeria is a major market for TECNO and Infinix and hence carlcare is a huge deal.
Where is the after sales support for your TV, sound system, air conditioners, refrigerators, kettle heaters, and all? Do you actually need that for all of these?

The phone is of good quality but Tecno and Infinix still own Nigeria market.
what i'v notice on NL, any phone that is being imported to Nigeria is tag 'better than infinix and tecno' yet those phones are not on Nigeria market.
You think it's a lie? Many, not all, many are better don't just be pained at some statements. You must have seen lots of thread saying some Tecno phones are better or on par with main stream Android flagships, don't tell me you actually saw any wrong in such comparisons.

Perhaps u should go and get urself tecno of same spec at times 2 or 3 of the, price of this 1
You mean the Phantom 6 plus? Don't mind them, am seeing a phone that I will pick over a Phantom 6 plus if even sold at thesame exorbitant price for just 38k, and I find some guys trying to discourage me shocked. Even if all the lies they are spilling are true, I would rather get 3 of these and still keep small change, than buying a Phantom 6 plus grin.

who's buying affordable phones without memory card expansion? shocked
But people buy expensive phones with just 16 gig non expandable memory, you even had an iPhone 6 or so, how much did you buy it and what's the rom size? Come on, don't be a hypocrite, no phone comes close to this LEeco for such price, not even Xiaomi, you get a 32gig rom at least here. Even the Xiaomi Mi 4 was patronised by many, even without memory card expansion.

Ignorance is a disease, it's obvious Tecno and Infinix users are affirmative that their phones will always develop faults and it's why they're always thinking about carl care. If you have no knowledge about the existence of AliExpress and ordering phone parts, then sit down and learn instead of arguing with guys that have knowledge about such stuff.
I too know go kill una, you're wasting data arguing on Nairaland instead of using it to make research about these products. They're higher than Tecno and Infinix when it comes to ranking.
How can I buy phone and start worrying about how to get parts because I know it will spoil?
Stop limiting yourselves to Nairaland Tecno threads and Google up brands. It's appalling and revolting that whenever you see a phone that's not Tecno or Infinix, you start talking about phone parts.
princetom1, Gptech, free them.
I don try find fault for dis ur comment but nr dey see, epic grin.

I can bet thats a lie
Nope, he is not lying, someone changed his broken screen some months ago, the good thing is you ever spend far less to get the parts (he spent around 9k to change the huge 6.44 inch of a Xiaomi Mi Max). I guess you know it takes around 18k to change the screen of an Infinix note 4, I just bought bought both screen and touch digitiser for a friend's broken Mi Max for around 9k too. Please check the screenshot well.
