This is the best advice from @ peacelove, you really need to watch your diet, take lots of fruit and avoid food that will make you pass a hard poo, take lots of water too, and make sure not to force your poo out anytime you want to poo, with time it will go back inside, although it may take weeks but if you are consistent with a good diet and lots of fruit, you will surely see changes, talking from experience thou, don't mind those scaring you with surgery. The P30 is not bad, but it has few cons as most second hand phones do. If you are cool with that, then you are good to go. If your needs can all be met by Redmi note 10 then go with it. The P30 is a better offering though than the Redmi note 10. The A70 is not even a choice.
