We got to the bottom of the hill around after 7am. This point is close to a Dunamis Church at Arab Road. NB: Ignore us. The start off point is more important.

sassysure:Yea... They do. More pictures coming through. |
graciousolo:Lawd! See the mist |
After all the procrastination! We set out to beat it on Sat, 8th, June 2019. I took so many pictures. I was just so excited that we were finally hiking. I took this picture when my friend decided to get booze. NB: I do not advice that you take alcohol (or anything that intoxicates) while climbing because of possible altitude sickness no matter how mild it might be. Also wear kicks with good grips because some parts are slippery.

I am usually fascinated by the beauty of nature, I find them aesthetic and picturesque. I stay outside at night filled with awe at the beauty of the moon; full moons get me... Totally! If you are anything like me you would adore water falls, beaches... I don't hate snakes and, I am in love with eyes of giraffes. If I was a giraffe I'd be dating myself. ... So, I came to Abuja a few months ago. It gave me the opportunity to see hills more frequently than I am used to. And, I love it! Many days I wake up, looks at the hills behind my accommodation and my day is made. The best days are those days when mists are just over the top of the hills. ... Tag: A picture of the Arab Road hills from afar. NB: I couldn't find pictures of these on the Internet. More reason I decided to create this post.

He didn't invent the Internet. He worked on what he termed "supercomputers". Biko stop the wrong info. He is a great one anyways. |
I do not respond to post often except in cases like this. OP, you are a smart person. I can tell that from miles away. When dealing with mental health issues we have to be careful because it is usually complex. In this case I'll advice you avoid the saviour complex and let him see reasons why he should see a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist. You do this while still showing empathy and reassuring him that you are here for him. I'll also advise that you see the same psychologist to teach you how to(and how not to) relate with him or read up on it. This is because people tend to be at loss as to how to relate with people with mental health diagnosis for instance they may begin to treat them as if they are fragile and this will have adverse effects. NB: MentallyAwareNG (find them on google/twitter/IG) offers pro bono mental health services. Big ups. |
They look good together. |
Leah1234:Thank you. I need a 10inch screen. |

konvat:Hi. |
Shibaraba:I know you know that depression is way more complex than that. You could go and drink just to go back home and end it all (suicide). However, even if you avoid committing suicide, you could end up taking up a new mental disorder, alcohol abuse in this case which has several physiological, and psychosocial adverse effects like damage of the internal organs, abusive relationship, occupational problems and the depression most likely still stays. I am replying this because I care about you and the 80+ guys who liked your comment and every other person who might need to see this. Depression is a serious mental health problem and should be treated as such. SEEK PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CARE as often as you need it. I am grateful we have free mental health service providers like MANI find them on twitter @MentallyAwareNG. Just DM for a start. |
Guys, I want to get a laptop from Lagos to Abia. Which company do you suggest and their price range? I'll appreciate your suggestions. Thank you. |

virgoquin:Hi... If you will, I'll like to have a conversation with you. |
Aunty Ejimoleke is one of my best aunties, she’s from Idem in Isiala-Mbano, my father’s maternal village ~she stayed with us in Lagos~ Aunty Eji or Osiro as she is fondly called when she humoured us-she humoured us often. Osiro is hardly pronounced with a serious tone, everyone always made jest of her. Other times people would scream Osiro when they are frustrated by her disorganised speech or behaviour. I remember once when I was sick she made noodles added the spices that came with the packs and decided to graciously add salt to it. This is one of those instances when Aunty Osiro frustrated us. But beyond this she always talks about how she was in a competition in church to win a wealthy husband and other times she talked of how she had won and then she goes back to talking of entering the same competition again and how she had won. She goes back and forth like that… Sometimes she won, sometimes she was still competing. Aunty also talked of how police personnels at the gate of our street was there to guard her and how they would get pissed if she left the house. The only problem was; there were no police officers at our gate in any of those times. Osiro would talk about how the government owes her money and how Lazarus Muoka was going to pay her soon. Of course we knew she was delusional. People would often say… “Osiro no well ooo.” “Osiro don kolo.” “This Aunty don mental.” Even though I knew she wasn’t “OK” I didn’t fully appreciate that my beloved Aunty was suffering from symptoms of Psychosis until my sophomore year as a Psychology major when I came across the condition. Psychosis is a symptom of mental health disorders that is characterised by a disconnection with reality; delusion and hallucination, and also disorganised speech and behaviour Aunty’s behaviour and life was/is centered and propagated by her religious indulgence but, I never really took cognisance of any link between them however I met two random people during my stay in the village during the yuletide and the connection became glaring to me. On my second day in the village a neighbour came back to tell us of how he was not feeling well because someone sprayed juju into his food. I thought it was silly so, I laughed, I laughed because I thought it was silly and also because he wasn’t going to see my face because of the cloak of darkness that stood between us that night. I later learned that he talked and behaved in a delusional way. He believed strongly in the supernatural too. …because religion makes people feel like they are the centre of the universe it may propagate symptoms of Psychosis. Especially in areas of delusion of grandiosity and persecution. Ordinarily, it could be difficult to distinguish between normal religious beliefs and pathological religious delusions even in clinical practice. However extreme it might seem, early Psychiatrists such as Freud argued that all religious beliefs are delusional. Individually, when we try to distinguish from normal religious beliefs and Psychosis considering the number of people who share the belief can be helpful. For instance, most Christians believe in Jesus’ second coming but, believing that Jesus told you not to leave your room all day could be a sign. “Therefore, recognition of social dynamics and the possibility of entire delusional subcultures is necessary in the assessment of group beliefs. Religious beliefs and delusions alike can arise from neurologic lesions and anomalous experiences, suggesting that at least some religious beliefs can be pathological.” Pierre JM. J Psychiatr Pract. 2001. Most religious beliefs have no scientific basis; rationalists will readily label them delusional. However, Psychologists take the dimensional characteristics and cultural influences of religion into consideration when accessing normal functioning. This is not an attempt to discredit religion (religion is understandably based on faith in the supernatural) rather, it is an attempt to educate on the subject of Psychosis and the role that religion plays so that we understand the signs and act early because delay could be detrimental. See a Psychologist as soon as you can. You can also contact @MentallyAwareNG on twitter they are doing an amazing job. https://solomonsarea./2019/01/13/psychosis-the-role-of-religion/ |
okoroemeka:I have. I don't think it justifies it still. |
Jayslicky:I have been speaking to most people here. Their justification is that these people (the alleged thieves) are brutal when operating or that they are wicked for trying to steal from another poor person. Truth is, most people here are now comfortable with it. . We've gotta do something. |
sage:Apt! . Since, my plan is to raise a campaign against JJ. I will be using religious leaders and market leaders because most of the perpetrators are traders or have a link to the market and they are also religious. Hopefully, we'll be able to cause a change of attitude and behaviour. |
obinna58:Thank you for your input. However, I need help with stats. Thank you. |
I feel bad... Appalled even and, this is not because I saw another case of suspected thieves been roasted but, because I am not as bothered as I should be. Now, I am not resident in Aba or Osisioma and I am almost comfortable with this. Why am l not crying? Why am I not wailing? Why am I comfortable with this? . Yesterday I was talking to a friend about it and I realised that the burnt guys I saw is just one of about 3 cases in Aba and it's environs in the less than a week! Guys, people in Aba are naturally inclined to be comfortable with this abnormality. Anybody could, we are humans, we are built to adapt to unbelievable situations. But, this one won't stand. We've gotta change this one. . Guys, I need your help. Aba needs yours help. Our growing kids and young ones here can't be allowed to get used to this. Our youths can't be allowed to continue like this. For now, I need help with stats on the number of cases of jungle justice in Abia. If you know where I can get it or who I can work with to reach a close estimate I will appreciate the help. . I am a serving Corp member and I believe I can use this opportunity to influence a change in this pattern. . I will be rolling out further plans and progress as we move on here and on twitter @graciousolo. . Thank you. Photo credit: pulseng 2016

How to change (sale) your airdrops into currency into fiat(local currency} 1. Register with various exchanges so, that you can transfer these tokens there from your eidoo wallet to the site where it's being exchanged. On the site you can sell to btc or ethereum and sell your ethereum/btc to fiat. 2. You need to have ethereum on your eidoo for transaction fee when transferring coins. NB: Some companies do not send to their airdrops to wallets they send it to wallets integrated into their site so you can transfer from there. If you are confused here... I can help you out. *How do I know the worth of my tokens in USD? 1. Some companies tell you the worth during the registration. 2. You can search for the price on your search engine using this format. "ELT coin price" *Watch out for the price on coinmarketcap.com. When the coin is not being traded on exchange sites it might not be listed on coinmarketcap.com. 3. You can calculate the actual price of your token like this. For instance you were given 10,000 ELT and the price of ELT on coinmarketcap.com is 0.005 usd. You multiply 10,000*0.005= the actual worth of your token(in usd). You can now multiply the result by 350 to get the value in Naira. NB: when the tokens worth is substantial you can sell or keep according to your greed level (because is may grow higher or dropsl lower). When it isn't you may keep it till the value becomes better (this is the crypto world and a worthless token can worth very much in hours). Airdrops can worth quite much or very little, don't get too excited but keep gathering nevertheless. Let the ELT and Hydro story be your motivation. Erm... That will be it for now. I just created a telegram group for airdrops only you can join us there. /HomeOfAirdrops Good luck y'all. |
I find out the WhatsApp link don't work here. I don't know why. I am basically a cryptotrader, I have been thinking on owning a Blockchain company (this is why I might reach out to @Solstar). However airdrops are little icings on the cake. Free things dey sweet forget Bros. I found out that most people do not have the discipline, zeal, and hunger and sometimes money to trade crypto. Some are financially handicapped others are just plain lazy. I have given myself to mentoring others but, they just disappointing me. I understand that this might not be everybody's thing sha. In cryptocurrency trading you will have to do some reading, some research and continuously keep abreast of current happenings in the ecosystem. You have to understand fundamental and technical analysis. Even me still dey learn. And, if have good ideas and dream big enough you can own a Blockchain company. I believe trading cryptocurrencies or forex or other online jobs are justification enough for Internet addiction. That said. Oya, make we move on. How to make your airdrops fiat(local currency) Àbí shey man go chop airdrop ni? |
Companies give airdrops to promote themselves not you. Most airdrops may be less than a dollar (depending on price fluctuations) but many are with 5-100 usd. You can hit a pot-of-gold, like in the case of ELT and hydro stated above. Moving on. How to get airdrops. 1. Get Facebook, twitter and telegram accounts. They may also require that you sign up on medium, reddit, and Bitcointalk. Any account they ask for just sign up and carry out the task. 2. Get an ERC2O wallet. I use Eidoo from eidoo.io because when they distribute the airdrops you see it on your wallet automatically. Make sure to write down your secret phrase after registering on eidoo. *From the eidoo wallet you will get your wallet address. This address (usually a combination of numbers and letters) will be used to get your tokens. 3. Then keep your eyes peeled out for airdrops. Follow me on twitter @graciousolo and other crypto guys especially those involved in airdrops. I also just created a WhatsApp group (https:///93gJM3TKTU1BeNdcqvoiQ5) for this. It's purely for airdrops but, I can also mentor those interested in proper crypto trading and maybe give trading calls too. 4. I always advice you create a new email address for this. Basically, so that you don't litter your main email address and for security reasons too. Most of the information I got on cryptocurrency trading were given freely, my mentor is a good friend I also have other people who have given me very profitable trading calls and thought my TA for free. Freely was I given, freely I am giving. Don't forget to follow on twitter @graciousolo |
@Nuges11 your fears are founded, my subsequent post will address them, if they don't. I will give a direct response. @Solstar you are a smart one. However, this thread is for those that do not understand the Blockchain ecosystem. I want them to benefit from it too. We can talk later on the whole ICO ish. Thank you. |
I am a cryptocurrency enthusiast and a trader, a footballer, a writer, a creative thinker, a prospective Psychologist, a prospective programmer... A lover of everything art and science. But, this is not about me, àbí who that one epp? This is about taking advantage of free tokens(airdrops) that are flying here and there in the crypto space. The best part is you do not have to be a crypto trader or understand So, follow me. What are airdrops? Airdrops are free tokens given out by cryptocurrency firms. We can make 'free' money from airdrops because the crypto space is still very hot now, there are so many redundant as well as innovative ideas and every one is struggling for relevance. So, many of them resort to giving free tokens (airdrops) as means of motivating the community to adopt their token or some times exchange site. There two basic categories of airdrops. Category 1 for traders. In this category to get airdrops some airdrops you have to hold an already existing (trading) token eg Neo hodlers[sic] were given Gas token, NXT hodlers were given a coin (can't remember the name) and my boss collected Hydra (worth over N1m now) because he held IOP and many others like that. Another aspect of this category are those given airdrops for using a trading site. Eg Binance. But, the good thing is you can also get airdrops without owning any coin. Category 2. I expect most of you to be in this category. All you have to do is carry out some tasks like following their social media accounts and sharing their posts etc and Viola! you'd be qualified. Yes! That easy. NB: I chose to write on this and expose y'all to this because I got 10,000 ELT free which was worth $800. Now, I have 222,222 hydro and it's currently worth over $600 now. All for free! I have also had others that were worth way less. Airdrops not really free because you have to do some tasks which in turn increases their community, utility of their token, popularity and therefore, gain. This is not networking, this is not a scam... I am not. Crypto language [Hodl] : Hold for dear life. @graciousolo FB, twitter and IG In subsequent posts. I will give more details on how to receive airdrops? How to stay safe? And, How to sell your airdrops into fiat (local currency) I may post screenshots of my wallet to motivate una. And any one wey I remember join. Only if I see that I have followers on this post àbí what is a preacher without his congregation? So, say something to encourage me. |
Mr Rotimi Oguntayo, he is a clinical Psychologist and a lecturer at the department of psychology, university of Ilorin. This man is selfless, not corrupt and very hardworking. Ask any Psychology student from Unilorin. I adore him. |
