Receive and treat financial/accounting issues from branches.
Assist in preparation of daily balance report
Mobilize fund and process for operational activities.
Posting of transactions and entries.
Preparation of monthly depreciation, amortization and apportionments.
Process monthly branch operation expenses (Petty cash, fueling, cleaning, call and transport allowances)
Prepare Final Accounts

What are you insinuating? If you are in any way referring to subject preacher, let me humbly clarify that pastor Adeboye is one that clearly emphasizes on salvation, integrity, and holiness. Arsenal's problem is the lack of top-class defenders and if it is for manpower, the midfield is lacking manpower.

Mustafi (Injured/Useless), Bellerin (Injury prone), Kolasinac(Injured), Chambers(injured), Holding(Just returning), Luiz(suspended), Tierney(Injured), Mavropanos (loan), Sokratis (ok), Niles (Midfielder), Saliba (loan).

So you see inspite of the supposed number, we are actually short in defence. Even if in the short term, this temporary fixes would help for the remainder of the season. Also note it is very hard to get those outstanding qualities in the January market, and so let's give Arteta time till summer to find permanent solutions to his defensive problems.
