Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, the 2019 Anambra South Senatorial Candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) on Thursday, reiterated that the District shall be given the status it deserves if elected. Dr. Ubah made this known while addressing a huge crowd from various Wards of Ihiala at St. Martin’s Catholic Church Field Odaata Ihiala. The YPP candidate who has earlier met with the crowd last night urged them to always support a candidate that has the interests of youths and the masses at heart. He also frowned at some politicians who delight in using youths for political thugery instead of empowering them.

On the need to provide employment and basic amenities for the people, Dr. Ubah assured the gathering that if elected, he will use legislative instruments to secure job opportunities for the people. He also maintained that he will use his office to attract quality infrastructure in Anambra South and urged them to help in making the dream a reality by not only voting massively for him but to also spread his campaign gospel across the Senatorial zone.

Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah flags off Ward Campaign, reiterates his zeal to develop the Youth and the economy through legislation

The 2019 Anambra South Senatorial Candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Wednesday, flagged off his Ward Campaign. At the flagoff which commenced from Ekwusigo Local Government Area, the YPP candidate assured ndị Ekwusigo that human capacity development shall be his priority if elected. Dr. Ubah who further thanked the youths for their continued support maintained that he will sponsor Bills that will not only improve their wellbeing but will also develop their abundant talents.

Earlier in the event, Dr. Ubah paid a courtesy visit to the traditional ruler of Ichi Community His Royal Highness Igwe Lawrence Okonkwo (JP) at his Palace. During the visit, Dr. Ubah thanked the traditional ruler for his roles in promoting peace in the community and assured him that if elected, he will use the instruments of legislation to support the noble traditional institution. In his address at the Igwe's Palace, the Director General of Ifeanyi Ubah Campaign Organization, Onyebuchi Uzor also thanked the Igwe and his cabinet for their roles in sustaining peace in the community and assured them that Dr. Ubah will expand his efforts towards promotion of the Igbo cause and urged them to give him their votes en masse. In his response, the Ichi Monarch thanked Dr. Ubah for believing in his people and urged him to keep the good works up. The Royal Father father further wished Dr. Ubah well and assured him that ndị Ichi will always provide conducive environment for his dreams to be achieved.

After Visiting ndị Ichi, the YPP candidate and his campaign team proceeded to Oraifite Civic Centre where he met various Wards in the area. While addressing the gathering, Dr. Ubah urged them to support the candidate that has visible projects to show. According to Dr. Ubah, laudable projects like the Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium which was certified by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Radio Station (Authority 91.9 FM) and FC Ifeanyi Ubah were provided by him to the Senatorial District due to his zeal to promote the economy of the Senatorial Zone. He further reiterated that if elected, his will for the people will be consolidated through the instruments of legislation. He also assured them that he will use his office to attract quality projects and statutory attention of the federal government to the District.

From Oraifite, the YPP campaign team headed to Valley of Galilee Ozubulu where Dr. Ubah thanked them for supporting him immensely. When a devastating earthquake happened in China, he made a cash donation of Thirty Thousand US Dollars ($30,000) to the Chinese Government. When the Chinese Government asked him what he will like the people and Government of China to do for him as a reciprocative measure, he didn't ask for personal gain, rather he asked the Chinese Government to release all the Anambra State indigenes being detained illegally in that country.

I am contesting to consolidate my efforts towards liberation of my people's economy - Ifeanyi Ubah

The 2019 Anambra South Senatorial Candidate of the Young Progressive Party - YPP, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Sunday, reiterated that he is seeking to represent the District in the Senate in order to expand his efforts towards human capacity building and liberation of the District from era of poor and unfocused representation. According to Dr. Ubah, the people of Anambra South deserve quality and focused representation through which the abundant human and natural resources in the zone can be adequately exploited. It is all about what one sees. The power of vision is one that cannot be blighted by inertia once it is anchored on human advancement.

What started as a mere dream has today been actualized. We are very proud and thankful to Almighty God for the mileage we have attained. What once existed in the mind has been translated from its theoretical state to a structure that would impact positively to humanity. By the grace of God, we have been able to transform what could once be referred to as a "playground" into a world class stadium in less than 12 months.

Today, we are strategically positioned and poised to take on Africa. In just under two years, we have been able to reach enviable heights, winning two trophies in as many years of our existence, an unprecedented feat. Our first hurdle, Al Masry of Egypt would be visiting in a few weeks time and we are set to welcome them to Ifeanyi Ubah International Stadium, Nnewi, Anambra State. We are positive and quietly confident of a successful outing at the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup competition as we aim to make Nigeria proud.

I also wish to specially congratulate FC Ifeanyi Ubah's coaching crew led by Coach Yaw Preko for a well-deserved victory at the 2017 NFF Charity Cup, a feat that has made us Champion of Champions. This trophy is a new year gift to our teeming fans for their unflinching support and a reminder to the football world that we are set to conquer Nigeria and Africa.

Some years ago, the Anglican Diocese of Mbamili in Anambra North held their anniversary and they deemed it fit to invite Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, and as a very good friend of the church, he attended the occasion, but something caught his attention that day.
The host Bishop came to the occasion with a chauffeur driven Mitsubishi L300 bus. When the Bishop alighted from the bus, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah out of his usual humility, after exchanging pleasantries with the Bishop, asked the golden question that later changed the image of all the twelve Catholic and Anglican bishops in Anambra State.
He asked the host Bishop, why he came with the Mitsubishi bus, and he also inquired about his official car, asking if the Bishop's official car has a problem.

He, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah was told that this Mitsubishi L300, is the Bishop's only official vehicle, touched by this, He said no, that he can be moving with assorted jeeps and a bishop will be moving with a mere L300. There and then, he ordered for the supply of twelve New brand jeeps at the cost of thirty eight million naira each (#38,000,000.00), which he distributed to all the (3) Catholic and (9) Anglican Bishops in Anambra State without discriminating against denomination.
He also gave a brand new jeep each to Bishop Chukwuma of Enugu Anglican communion, and the Anglican primate, Nicholas Okoh.

Matt 10:41-42, says "Anyone who receives a Prophet because he is a Prophet, will receive a Prophet's reward, and if anyone gives even a drink of cold water to one of the least of these my followers because he is my follower, will certainly receive a reward".

He has no intention of running for the Senate when he deed all these, but he deed it out of his love and respect for the things and men of God.

To the glory of God, a renowned Nnewi Vigilante, Mr. Chukwunonso Eric Onyegulium popularly known as Dimkpa Nnewi is back. He was hit by a terrible illness and when he went to hospital, doctors believed that the only option was to get rid of his leg which may also cost him his life. However, when Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah was notified about it, he sponsored him to acquire a Visa and later on, he was flown to India for further medical assessments and possible treatment. Dr. Ubah also sponsored his medical bills in India and to the glory of God, Dimkpa is back and walking again with his two legs intact. He has arrived Nigeria and as soon as he arrived, he visited the vessel that God used to save his life. Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, who was so happy to see him walking again and smiling.

This new year, I write to convey my very best wishes and sincere thanks to my family, friends and supporters as we wrap up an eventful 2018 and shift our momentum into the next calendar year.

The past 12 months have been marked by noteworthy achievements and change. As we reflect on the past year, I believe that we have many reasons to have enormous pride in our accomplishments and look forward with enthusiasm to the new year.

This new year presents a great opportunity for us to write a new chapter in our lives, personally and collectively as a people: a perfect time to reflect on the core values and traditions that placed us at the global forefront as the “Giant Of Africa".

We stand today at a place, when the challenges and sacrifices of the recent years, have given us the confidence to achieve the goals of a better future.

It's a well known fact that the Igbos are predominantly business minded people, we are so much into trade and commerce that every family in Igbo land can boast of two to three business men or women. So anything that affects the U S Dollar, automatically affects the Igbo economy. When the price of US Dollar skyrocketed to almost #580 per dollar, because of the dubious and shady deal by few individuals, DR PATRICK IFEANYI UBAH rose and challenged the Federal Government to give him the power and authority to expose the cabal behind the artificial Dollar scarcity, and that he has the capacity and capability to make Dollar stable again within few weeks, failure to do so, the Government should confiscate and take over all his properties across the country, "all because of his love for his people". Within two weeks of that statement, the price of US Dollar crashed to #370 per Dollar. If he can challenge the almighty Dollar cabal because of his love for the IGBO ECONOMY even when he wasn't in Govt, won't he do more when he gets into Govt?

CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME

Show me a candidate in this upcoming 2019 general election, that is loved and is at peace with his kindred and village people, and I won't hesitate to show you Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah. The man so much loved by the women, men and youths of his village, Umuanuka Otolo Nnewi, in Anambra South. Few days ago, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah attended the Umuanuka Annual General Meeting where he officially informed his people of his intention to contest the 2019 Anambra South Senatorial District election on the platform of Young Progressives Party - YPP, and the entire meetings, both male and female poured out their hearts for him by assuring him of their unflinching and total supports as usual, and later prayed for him, asking God to lead, guide and protect him.

I'm happy and celebrating this season because Nnewi Youth forum was able to organize and held their 10th year anniversary successfully, because the bill was footed 95%ly by Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.

I'm also happy and celebrating because Nnewi Youth forum has became proud owners of a new brand hummer bus worth seventeen million naira, donated to them on their anniversary day by Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.

I'm happy and celebrating this season because all the forgotten 119 wards secretaries of APGA in Anambra South are now proud owners of a new brand motorcycle each, given to them by Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.

I'm happy and celebrating this season because all the forgotten Local Governments Women leaders, Youth leaders and Secretaries of APGA of the seven LGA in Anambra South are now proud car owners courtesy of Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.

I'm happy and celebrating this season because some of the communities in Anambra South, who were financially constrained from organizing their December Football competition, are now playing the competition because Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah came to their rescue by providing them with the footballs, football kits and other logistics.

As Christians in Nigeria and the world over, mark and celebrate the 2018 Christmas, the Anambra South Senatorial candidate of Young Progressive Party (YPP), Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah and his family, Tuesday, urged all Nigerians to live in peace with their neighbours and endeavour to build bridges of forgiveness, tolerance and understanding.

Dr. Ubah, in a statement affirmed that, for centuries, the message of Christmas has signified love, peace and goodwill towards all men, and as well, has been the foundation of the consciousness of Christians all over the world.

The message read, "Christmas is the season when we remind ourselves that we were gifted by the God Almighty with the greatest present of all- his only son Jesus Christ, who brought us new hope as the living proof of God’s unequalled love for mankind.

"As my beloved family and I join millions of Christians around the world to celebrate this Christmas, we must call to memory once again that we can and must live in peace with our neighbors and endeavour to build bridges of forgiveness, tolerance and understanding.

"Our celebration must therefore be centered on humbly serving another, not only our families, friends and neighbours, but also those whom we know are in need."

According to the Ubahs, "We must continue to commit ourselves to nurturing a society in which our people, especially our children and the elderly can feel safe and our citizens can amicably live, prosper and create the preferred future that everyone desires.

Nnewi Youth Forum held her 10th years anniversary today at Anaedo federation hall, Nnewi. The event which was sponsored by Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, the Anambra South Senatorial hopeful under the platform of Young Progressives Party, YPP, saw soon notable Nnewi indigenes being honored with various categories of awards by the youths. Among those honored with the grand patron of the Nnewi youths awards, are Dr Cletus Ibeto, Chika Okafor, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah and others. The awards presentation was performed by the Nnewi Crown Prince who represented His Royal Highness Igwe Kenneth Orizu III (Igwe Nnewi) at the event.
Speaker after speaker extolled Dr Ubah for his unflinching love and support for the youths of Nnewi and Anambra South in general.
While receiving the award, Dr. Ubah reassured the youths that they will always get his support anytime. The oil magnate also thanked the youths for protecting the values of ndị Nnewi and announced that he is donating a brand new Innoson Hummer Bus to them.
The highlight of the occasion the cutting of the anniversary cake by some dignitaries and the handing over of the vehicle's key to the president of Nnewi Youth forum, JP Paul Moneke, by the donor, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah in the company of Chief Bennett Okafor, Amaukwu, the Obi of Umudim.
The YPP Senatorial candidate for Anambra South, was accompanied to the event by the former President General of Nzuko Ora Nnewi, Chief Agu Onyeka, Odogwu na epe mpe from Uli and many other political heavyweights within and outside Anambra South Senatorial Zone.

Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah fulfilled the promises he made some weeks ago to all the communities in Anambra South, by donating footballs and other kits to the respective communities in Anambra South Senatorial Zone in support of their various 2018 December football tournaments.
Presenting the football items to their various representatives at his country home, in Nnewi, he urged them to always imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship during their respective competitions, and to always have it in mind that in every competition, only one winner will emerge.
The leading contender for the seat of Anambra South senatorial Zone, under YPP, come 2019, promised to make this gesture an annual tradition, and he also added that from next year, he will add cash prizes that will make the various communities tournament look more attractive.

Among the communities that benefited from yesterday's donation include Ekwulumili, Ukpor and Amichi in Nnewi South Local Government, Igboukwu, Oraeri, Umuona and Ekwulobia in Aguata Local Government and Owerre-Ezukala, Akpu, Umunze and Ogboji in Orumba South Local Government. Others include Ufuma, Ndị Ikerionwu, Ndiokpaleze and Omoh in Orumba North Local Government, and Uruagu youths in Nnewi North Local Government, while the rest of the communities that were unable to make it yesterday will receive theirs today.

According to John C. Maxwell, a leader is ‘one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way’. It goes without saying therefore, that leadership is essentially action-driven and not the vicious cycle of empty speeches that characterize the political landscape of present day Nigeria. Sadly, the present realities of the nation have made the possibility of good governance a dream that is bigger than the dreamers.

On the contrary, regardless of the political disillusionment that may have dashed the hopes of the people, there is always a bright side in any ugly situation because every cloud has a silver lining. Fortunately for the people of ANAMBRA South, they need not look far as that silver lining is no other than Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah (Ebubechukwu-Uzo).
