They should mind better their business wherever they move to.
BrownEnvelop: A group, Igbo Women Assembly, IWA, has raised the alarm that the South-East region is recording mass exodus of Igbos to other parts of the country and overseas.
The group, which raised the alarm while speaking with journalists in Umuahia, on Wednesday, said that the region was recording mass movement of people who permanently settle or establish their businesses and families away from Igbo land.
The National President of IWA, Nneka Chimezie said that Igbo land could not develop with the continuing decrease in population and concentration of resources away from the region.
According to her, many of those who leave the region were not even interested in coming back to their original homes or having anything to do with the Igbo language and culture.
Chimezie said, “We want to ensure that our men change from importation to production. The only way of getting our people to remain in the South-East and to grow the South population is to build industries.”
She also raised the alarm that the Igbo language was now at a dying stage “as many adults and children now shun the language; the language will go extinct in a few years time.”
The IWA members said they established schools in Lagos State where Igbo studies and cultures were exclusively learnt.
She further said that her organization would collaborate with the Ohanaeze Ndigbo to revive the language and culture of the people.
She begged traditional rulers, church and community leaders to join in the crusade to reverse the ugly trend.
use your brain. What was his assets before buhari?
LaRosa01: AA Rano was a nobody before burhari?///?// you must be an Igbo man and thus do not know who or what you are speaking about but think you must talk. google is your friend, please use it even if you have never lived in the north.
EreluRoz: My dad's driver son is right here in our house and he's the first child of his dad, he's totally different from the rest, he doesn't look like his dad neither does he look like his mum, there's no resemblance from both parents at all.
I stylishly dig up stories of how his mum was married because he's been driving my dad even before I was born and I was told she was already pregnant before the marriage ceremony was held and as at that time of their wedding, the woman lived in a different state, she just came and told him she was pregnant and that was how marriage happened .
I have watched this boy from head to toe so I can see at least one feature in resemblance but I didn't see anything, not even from the mom, he's just totally different. The other kids are ok, two share a striking resemblance with their dad while the last took after her mom but with some of the dad features, so are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Should I tell my dad my observation? What do you think?
I don't think so...AA Rano was nobody until buhari became president? Where did he get the money within 8 years for those mega filling stations, aircrafts and properties?
Sen. Kingibe: I even took it up at the highest echelon of Government because I know that these things are really happening. I have lived in the FCT since 1988 and I can see how insecure it's become but there are certain issues we need to address.
Part of the problem I must say is that there is a big disconnect between the Minister of the FCT and elected officials. I will be specific, the House of Reps member and myself.
The truth of the matter is that the Minister is new to the territory. We are the ones that have historical knowledge of the whole area and it is imperative we work together. If we don't work together, that's what exactly is happening.
Seun Okin (cuts in): Does the Minister of the FCT listen to you, as the political representative elected by the people?
Sen. Kingibe: I have never met the Minister until he came for appropriation. I have reached out to him several times. The Minister for some reason thinks Senator Aduda (ex-Senator of the FCT) is still the Senator, unfortunately that's not the case.
I have written him one or two letters, I have Whatsapp messages sent to him, and I didn't get a response.
Sen Kingibe: I thank the Security Agencies for doing something when we started to scream but the truth is that a little bit earlier I tried to draw their attention and I was told that it was exaggerated.
Seun Okin: How do you plan to defend the people of the FCT whom you represent at the NASS?
Sen. Kingibe: I am only a Senator but it is the job of Wike, the FCT minister, but as far as he's concerned, they're no elected reps of the FCT. That's the issue. But we'll invite him when the NASS resumes to tell us his plans for protecting the FCT. Whether or not he responds is a different matter entirely.
The FCT police Command is aware of the news making rounds about an alleged kidnapping incident at River Park estate in the early hours of today and wishes to state that contrary to reports, nobody was kidnapped in River Park Estate.
One Nnandi Agu 'm' of Games Village only faked his own kidnap in an attempt to defraud his brother who lives within the said Estate.
The suspect is currently in police custody undergoing interrogation.
While investigation is still ongoing, further developmentd would be communicated to the public.
Wike created the terrorists? Call out those who created them or is it labour party that's now terrorizing the Bwari and her environs?
thesolutions: In one of his speech, Wike said he is now the governor of Abuja. He has forgotten his role as FCT minister and want to function as governor instead.
While he is on this, he is still putting much attention to rivers politics. This is a very big task and it is taking a toll on the people in Abuja.
Should we look at the insecurity in Abuja as deliberate because Abuja inhabitants voted majorly for the Labour Party?
Or should we consider it as laxity from Wike's divided attention?
It is time for the FCT minister to rise to the occasion and establish his ability to handle the nations security given he was a top contender for the seat of the president from PDP. He should either call the president for help or invite his own mafia to counter the mafia trying to rubbish his image in Abuja.
Many people are opposed to him being the FCT minister, so he should see the insecurity in Abuja as calculated and deliberate. He should open his ears to northern politics and maybe he might understand the motive of the terror in the nations capital.
This is not time for complacency. He should not because of political interest cage himself from doing what is right. The people will chose between following someone with good intentions and someone with power.
The time to prove his name is now. From FCT, he should command the north by making use of unusual tactics to expose the atrocities going on.

All the signs are always there but people always ignore it. 1. Live (breathe) doesn't have a second chance. When someone die that the end. Does it worth to die for? 2. From day one he wasn't interested in marriage he only wants to chop you and clean month. 3. It's better you do the needful now or live a life of regret if you're still alive (You decide).
definitelyso: please house help.. I married my husband during my masters in the UK we were both students.. after barely 3months of dating i got pregnant and we got engaged 5months into the relationship.. the cheating signs started immediately after that but I could not recognise it.. for example after the engagement with all our friends in attendance he told me he will not proceed with the marriage as he wants to marry whitie for papers.. the shock was much for me so I said ok.. the child will bear my father's name then.. after much argument for months 2weeks to when I will deliver we went to court in the UK as we were still studing and got married.. this was in 2015.. fast forward to 2017 we came back to Nigeria got the traditional and white done.. this is where the main drama started.. few months into our coming back one issue of infidelity to another if I complain he will say I want a divorce.. in 2018 I had another child but while 5months pregnant I almost lost the baby to a miscarriage because he made me walk long distance all in the name of teaching me a lesson as he said I was too stubborn.. the next day I went into premature labour.. all of these no apology from him ohh.. then infidelity with my house maids not 1 not 2 the 3 one was what broke the camels back.. I have had enough.. now the case with the 2nd house girl was; he and her made my life hell when I asked her to leave he told me instead of the house help to leave I should leave the house and keep the 2kids for him... I was so depressed and ashamed of how he treated me I could not tell anyone not even my family I stayed back and prayed the girl eventually left when she was tired of staying.. in 2020 November he sent me and the kids to his mother's house in lagos to stay that he wants to focus on his new company unknown to me he moved to a new 2bedroom apartment and changed girls like wrapper while I shared a room with 7 people including my kids and the house helps plus his cousins in his mother's house.. sleeping on the floor.. for over 1year he refused to allow me come back home to the new apartment he rented always threatening me with divorce and taking the kids.. all this time sincerely I was depressed I could not work i was just getting by no zeal to achieve or fight for my self.. lost my self confidence.. finally in 2021 december we came back... april 2022 he left for lagos said for work.. didnt come back till february 2023 just before the elections..then the big incident happened.. the house help I have found that was God sent since 2020 she has been with me even while I was in his mother's house giving me support he tried to harass her too but she refused him and reported to me.. when he saw he could not get his way he asked her to leave the house.. by this time I had gotten a good job and the house help was helping with the children while I work.. so I said no.. she will stay.. then the abuse started again.. he asked me to leave and go back to my mother's and he will take my kids.. he even called my mum saying he is no longer interested in the marriage and wants me to leave the house.. at this point I have had enough I tried getting a divorce but I could not afford the lawyers fees at the time about 100k so I filed a complaint against him stopping him from illegally throwing me out of the house.. he got upset saying I disrespected him for filing that complaint so he packed his bags and left for Lagos in April 2023.. well in june 2023 i met someone at work fell in love with him.. for the first time in years I felt wanted I felt loved and appreciated but i asked him to wait until I sign the divorce papers. suddenly in December 24th 2023 without notice my husband came back begging forgiveness saying he has changed and found God.. now everyone is begging me to give him a 2nd chance. but what about me? I no longer love him.. I have moved on and found someone.. am afraid to say am in love with someone else because he might use it against me in court even though I never agreed to have sexual intercourse with this new love of mine but my husband will never believe that... and my husband has refused to get a divorce begging and trying so hard to show me he has changed ... what do I do..? i have forgiven him but i won't be happy if I stay with him but I don't know how to go about the divorce since he is not willing also note since 2020

Thonyboy: The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has said the wrong hands are holding Nigeria’s money.
Adeboye assured Nigerians that a wind will blow on the naira and wealth will change hands in 2024.
He spoke on Sunday during the January 2024 Thanksgiving Service of the church held at the RCCG Head Quarters, Throne of Grace Parish, Ebutte Metta.
According to Adeboye: “Don’t let anybody tell you money is not in this country, just that it is in the wrong hands.
“This year, wealth will change hands. The wind is going to blow on the Naira.
“Long before the end of this year, you will know that you are on the mountaintop. Some will start the year as nobody, but before the end of the year, they will be somebody.
“If you do anything you can to serve God, he will not only reposition you, he will lift you to the mountain top.”
The youths of Agulu, Peter Obi‘s kinsmen, in Anaocha local government area of Anambra state, staged a protest against the Labour Party presidential candidate during the last presidential election, accusing him of abandoning his community with many failed promises.
The over 2000 protesters marched through the community with placards with various inscriptions, listing some of the projects he promised his people without accomplishing any during his time as governor of Anambra State.
Those projects, according to them, included Obeagu water scheme, judge’s quarters, Fire Service center, and a police station, among others, adding that “charity begins at home.”
They also accused him of negligence and abandonment of Agulu General Hospital while he traveled all over Nigeria and Africa, donating huge sums of money.
The protesters accused their brother of donating 20 million naira to a general hospital at Nsukka, while the one in his community had been overgrown with weeds with all manner of dangerous reptiles and insects playing ‘samba’ game there.
Again, they were not happy with the alleged embezzlement of 40 million naira show your community projects, released by former Governor of the state, Chief Willie Obiano to the community
They did not accuse Obi of being responsible for it, but they were angry at the contractor for taking the community for a ride.
According to one of the protesters, who spoke with our correspondent and simply gave his name as Ugochukwu, the contract for the building of the General Hospital Agulu was awarded by Peter Obi.
The source said Obi claimed to have paid over 200 million naira to the contractor (names withheld) for the rehabilitation of the hospital, adding that the contractor had repeatedly denied collecting that amount of money from Peter Obi.
However, the angry youths had called on Governor Chukwuma Soludo to wade into the matter as the community had no functional hospital.
Another of the protesters, who told The Nation he belonged to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP, said Obi had shown wickedness to his people after the way they rallied behind him during all his elections in the area.
He said, “We supported him when he brought out Mr Obaze for governorship contest; we also supported him when he presented Mr Ozigbo for another governorship contest; and we also supported his presidential pursuit, yet he treats his people as nothing. It’s not good
“We read in the newspapers and social media about the amount of money he distributes both in Nigeria and other African countries when his people at home are suffering and languishing in abject poverty, who does that?
Only fools starts a battle they can NEVER win and which will eventually destroy them.
