You know him but we don't.
So how do we deal with him and be protected?

Gentlelox:
Lol

This will likely hurt many promoters here.

I buy goods from ebay mostly and sometimes AlieX using a one on one system. I meet this guy on Nairaland, we met one on one afterwards in Lagos. He makes my payment and get paid too. We met two times already and have been dealing online since then.

You can call this slight promotion by me. I think he has a website with a cac, I can't recall. But his rate is slightly above CBN Rate so it very very good.

You don't get to loose money, you don't even risk anything and you get a good deal. Just sharing this update.

Till 2031...

No matter your propaganda

nairalandankrah:
His name is Jeffrey Guterman... FBI turned down his request initially but, after every bureaucratic bottlenecks was surmounted , THE FBI HAS EVENTUALLY given in and acceded to his request.....

Jeffrey Guterman, a retired American mental health counsellor, has said Federal Bureau of Intelligence (FBI) turned down his request to release file on Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Tinubu.

Guterman had asked the FBI to shed more light on Tinubu’s $460,000 forfeiture following a drug trafficking case he had in the United States of America in 1993.

Taking to his verified Twitter handle on Friday, the health counsellor disclosed his request was rejected because, according to the FBI, “the existence of files on third-party individuals will neither be confirmed or denied by the FBI due to unwarranted invasion of personal privacy”.

He, however, promised to consider his next plan of action, which he failed to disclose in his tweet.

“See below a copy of the letter I received today from the @FBI regarding my request, based on the Freedom of Information Act, for the FBI file on Bola Tinubu.

My request was rejected because, according to the FBI, the existence of files on third-party individuals will neither be confirmed or denied by the FBI due to unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

“I found it noteworthy that in my online submission, I referred to Tinubu as “Bola Tinubu,” but in their letter, the FBI referred to him as TINUBU, BOLA AHMED. How would the FBI access the Ahmed part of his name?

“Again, I did not provide the Ahmed part of his name in my submission. Moreover, it is public knowledge that the FBI has a file on Tinubu for his $460,000 forfeiture to the US.
“The letter also states that if I received their response through standard mail (which I did), this is because my online submission did not meet their terms of service.

“According to the letter, my options are to (1) submit any questions by email or call their office, (2) administratively appeal their decision within 90 days of the date of their letter, and/or (3) seek dispute resolution by email.

“I will now consider my next plan of action,” he wrote.

You will need more in days to come.

Wodu89:
Why are all court cases suddenly against LP and PDP. I'd it that in addition to the reckless corruption that characterises the judiciary, they have now added shamelessness to it.

Posterity will be the judge. The Nigerian judiciary is nothing but a waged-slave of the highest bidder. Nigeria has finally become the corruption headquarters of the entire world.

So tasteless that immediately after the presidential tribunal hearing, the entire court hearing follow the posture of the winner at the top must be the beneficiary of all electoral court cases

netricoin:
Before now many Nigerian didn't know what the PEPT court was made of, thanks to the lawyers of LP and PDP, Nigerian now know that the PEPC court is made of judges who are badly compromise, corrupt and toxicated by the APC FG. I don't know if the lawyers of LP and PDP were deliberate in not meeting the demand of the PEPC, but they may have known how desperate the judges in the PEPC where ready to do the bidding of their pay master in APC, that is why they didn't take their demand seriously.
Presidential candidates for next election will know that it'll be better for political party like PDP, LP and NNPP need to be united in coming together to form a merger that will produce a new party for them to stand a good chance of winning the 2027 presidential election, than to wast their time going to the PEPC.
The PEPT court was put on trial by Nigerian, the media and the international community, but they failed the trial test for the first time in Nigeria history. The supreme Court has started their trial test, we will rate them after they passed their judgement on PDP and LP cases.

The Judgement was written by Tinubu Legal Team and submitted to the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal panel to read.

They were paid off handsomely.

I hope Tinubu succeeds, I wish him well. Now I know crime pays, and not every criminal can be caught. Peter Obi needs to understand that Good can only defeat evil with a tint of entropy. There is need for the good to wage war for liberation of a people.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Is Irredeemable With The Judgement Of The Tribunal - Joe Champion by gratefulheart(m): 10:32pm On Sep 07, 2023
joewychampion:
Nigeria's presidential election tribunal on Wednesday rejected an opposition challenge to Bola Tinubu's win in February's disputed vote, following a pattern seen in previous election years in Africa's most populous country.

No legal challenge to the outcome of a presidential election has succeeded in Nigeria, which returned to democracy in 1999 after three decades of almost uninterrupted military rule and has a history of electoral fraud.

Atiku Abubakar of the People's Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, who came second and third respectively, had asked the court to invalidate the election, alleging irregularities.

Judge Haruna Tsammani, reading out a lengthy ruling on behalf of the tribunal's panel of five justices, rejected Obi's petition point-by-point. He was reading Atiku's petition, which was also expected to be dismissed.

Obi's petition was "unmeritorious" and had "not led any credible evidence sufficient enough" to back his claims of irregularities, Tsammani said.

European observers had said in June that the elections were marred by problems including operational failures and a lack of transparency that reduced public trust in the process.

However, the elections stirred little sign of a groundswell of popular opposition, and Tinubu has been accepted by the international community as Nigeria's legitimate leader. As the tribunal was giving its ruling, Tinubu was in India preparing to take part in the G20 summit there.

Atiku and Obi can appeal to the country's Supreme Court to strike down the tribunal's ruling. Any appeal must be concluded within 60 days of the date of the tribunal judgment.

While favourable to Tinubu, the tribunal's ruling was unlikely to generate any particular euphoria or momentum for the president after an election marked by record low turnout of 29%.

In a nation of more than 200 million people of whom 87 million were registered to vote, Tinubu garnered just 8.79 million votes, the fewest of any president since the return to democracy, limiting the goodwill towards him.

Tinubu inherited anaemic economic growth, high unemployment, the highest inflation rate in two decades, record debt, massive oil theft that has hit government revenue and widespread insecurity from predecessor Muhammadu Buhari.

the ruling of the appeal court further drags Nigeria into a looming crisis that may consume the nation as the majority of Nigerians believe Tinubu did not win the Election.

They will rot in prison.

CilicMarin:
If you were on twitter or Facebook two days ago, you would think, Nigeria would eventually crash on Wednesday, going by the threats by some sectional supporters of Peter Obi and Labour party..

I saw lines like these,:

"Peter Obi must be declared winner, or will bring down the roof of this country."

"Military should take over immediately after if the judgement didn't go the of way of Peter Obi"

"We would show the judges they messed with the wrong generation."

"The judges should write their wills, If Peter was not declared winner"

"We are all occupying Abuja and its environs nobody should hold this time"

etc.

My question is, why has everywhere been so calm, indifferent and welcoming since the Judgement?

Please lets discuss.

We've been celebrating at this end despite the show of shame at the tribunal. We know Nigeria is irredeemably corrupt but the fight to save Nigeria from the gangs of thieves has just started. We remain resolute to the course. Chill guys, no hard feelings. When the journey becomes tough, the tough people keep on going.
We are on track. Kudos to Obi for bringing a strong third force. Both those declared winners and those declared losers are in one country with the same fate, going to same school, the same market and buying things at the same exorbitant prices and complaining of hardship. It's a matter of the mind.
Although, you wished a better Nigeria through PO, it will come if we are strengthened by the disappointment and shame and disgrace we meet along the way. Don't fight anyone, you're even better than those celebrating, lend them a helping hand. Show them you're different. We remain Obidient.
