EMANY01: Impressive that they did it before China at about a tenth of the budget (about 74 million dollars) that the US achieved theirs (671 million dollars). The amazing part is that they did it at that cost. Kudos India. So mars is now the next destination? Hmmm interesting. |
andromida: Yeah sometimes you look back and wonder was that me?true. The fact alone that Medusa's head will be needed to win your heart is enough to make many guys cry. |
Daninya1: true love is like building a beautiful edifice...you need to invest your time, attention and affection to win a woman over...your love has to metamorphose bfr you talk of marriage dude..nxt tym,u must take your time bfr u announce your bethrothed to your family members and loved ones..I agree with you, there were things we did as kids we are not proud of, my dad raised us to be free with him and we discussed things like brothers. Since there was no elder brother to tell I was in love I had to talk to my dad. Thank God for fathers. |
Good write up, I quite agree with a lot of the submissions but I am not impressed with the way the fight against book haram is been handled. 1. There has been reports that our soldiers who are at the front fighting this insurgents are rationed bullets and must account for any one used. He was in maidugiri sometimes last year, he would have interacted with the soldiers know their grievances and addressed them, what will it cost for the president to have someone or an organization in maidugiri who will be the link between him and the soldiers? It is good to allow institutions to run themselves but sometimes and in situations like this you have to breath on their necks. 2. For goodness sake the $9.8m story is ridiculous, all the president needs to buy weapons from Russia or china is just a phone call to Putin or the Chinese Premier. On issues like Agriculture, railway, road construction, aviation, freedom of information, freedom of the press, growth in manufacturing, handling of the economy and the automobile policies I must say I am impressed with this government and anybody be it Buhari or Atiku that wants to take over that seat come 2015 should tell us how they hope to perform better. |
I must confess I have cried over a girl before. She was meant to be my first love, cant forget the look on my dad's face when i out of my gra gra I told him i have found my future wife, he must have wondered what i was smoking. this girl stylishly friend zoned me and refused all my love advances. Some years down the line and after dating two wonderful and intelligent ladies who influenced my life positively I ran into her. After that meeting I realized how naive I was back then. |
jennylove7575: try am first..ok I will but with you first. |
jennylove7575: it can be...during sex, just put pillow under her waist and turn on the air condition.are you talking from experience or is it " they told me"? |
Dexpro: Is this torture or playlet?guy why you wan kill me with laughter? |
Ndababa: Amaechi must be privy to some sensitive information about GEJ to be running his mouth this way. My humble guess!you need not worry yourself, a man as loud as Ameachi can not keep sensitive information to himself, he can only use what he is given now and I fear anybody in PDP will want to discuss anything with him in private again. The one you should fear the most is the one who says nothing. |
Jenams: This man is a scalar quantity. guy you are wicked, very wicked and mean ![]() |
Really nice. The umu looks like the Toyota avensis, hope it will be as tough?. can't wait for the banks to come in, tokunbo will be a thing of the past. |

I think I understand where you are coming from and like atwireles said " government has no business in business" but government has a role in attracting good business to a state and we the citizens are to owe them accountable. Let's take for instance the $200m needed by the river state government to provide portable water for porthacourt residents, if the government had no plan of recouping more than the interest on that loan then that project will be a drain. The government do not need to manage the water scheme but can either privatize it or give it out to a company that can manage and remit a certain agreed sum to the government every year, base on my assumptions which is disputable, if there are 200,000 households in PH and each are paying an average of N3000 a month for water that will amount to N600m, which per annum should be giving the government between $30-$40m after the company managing it must have deducted their profit and cost of running the company.* It is high time we start discouraging government borrowing to pay salaries or borrowing on infrastructure that will be a drain in the future. *assumptions. |
Fashola you are loosing me here, you are the Governor of lagos state, why haven't you implemented this in lagos schools? ![]() |
omenka: I hate the way King Jeofry was killed!! Died too easily!!!I share the same opinion, hate how some characters die, it comes without warning, maybe that's what makes the game of thrones thick, its unpredictability is second to none. I think that image of Obama on the iron throne is photoshoped. |
lokito: Yea he didn't fail and he should not also fail in telling them that these cars should be sold to us at 50, 50k at most. Lolchairman its made in Nigeria cars not made in Nigeria bicycles. |
yuzedo:Yuzedo I agree with the op, you are my man and one of the reasons I visit naira land but ever since your lovely dog died you have become withdrawn and scarce. I will buy you a new bingo if that will make you visit naira land as often as you used to. |
So shocking, RIP sir, I can't remember how many times me and my siblings watched Mrs Doubt fire and Jumanji? Then later came The dead poets society, waoh we looked forward to anything that featured you but we werent looking forward to this, this came as a shock. Rest in perfect peace Mr Robin Williams. |
HarrveySpecter: Little wonder Nigeria is in the state it is. The way Nigerians celebrate mediocre, is just unbelievable. What happens to being professional and using professional terms?crazy is mild, I can give you a thousand and 1 instances were Obama, US senators, house members on either the republican or democratic parties have used more vile words to describe each other. That guy is not only crazy, he is wicked, heartless and evil. You don't need kind words when someone has put 160million at risk. |
I never wanted to comment, I only wanted to watch and enjoy this match, but boy I just can't keep it. WHAAAAt! The Gunners have landed. |
What Africa needs is real access to markets in the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Department (OECD) countries. African countries must, however, start with expanding intra-regional trade. In the global trade, Africa will require transiting from exporting raw materials and primary commodities to higher value finished and semi finished products.I am with you GEJ on this 100%, Nigeria is beginning to get it right here, although slowly but we are making progress. For the first time I am seeing our government resist signing agreements with Europe and America that will jeopardize this. Good bless Nigeria. |
fairheven: The solution to power problem is not rocket-science naa,let every state government build 1000MW of electricity, that will be 36000MW...that will virtually solve the problem of power in this country.but they are waitin for federal government.the federal government must also repeal the law that does not allow states and individuals to distribute power.1000MW is even too much, let them build 300MW each and see how power situation in this country will improve, you can't tell me every state in this country can't budget about N50B in 2-4 years to make this happen. |
overhypedsteve: i do not see any government as a messiah. It would be risky for anyone to tow that line. The president of the federal republic of nigeria is empowered by statutes that we all have come to accept as the grundnorm of this republic. I do not support the president in person as i do not know him in person. I support the government of the federal republic of nigeria and the statutes that ve empowered each arms of government(section4,5,6 of the 1999 constitution). I would be considered unpatriotic and probably phoolish if i do not support this government( even obama will call you a phool if he hears that you do not support the efforts of your government as a citizen) what other government do i have? I am not a US citizen and therefore i do not believe that the president of the united states knows more about my country than its government. The US went to iraq incapacitated the hiterto bouyant iraq Army(by spoon feeding it) by doing it job for it,the iraq army was able to overun iran, kuwait and almost saudiarabia during the days of hussein but how come years after a rust in the system as a result of inactivity(the us was there to do the job) a common terrorist organisation waged an unconventional battle against it and win, the us came into my country and kept on blaming the army, the president and everyone as if they expect every operational theater to be the same. Why didnt their fancy tech and descent gadget bring back the girls. Jonathan is clueless, jonathan is clueless why dont you travel abroad and let obama lead you. Since the government and organs of government of the federal republic of nigeria is not enough to serve youGod bless you brother. I have said it before and I will continue to say it. Goodluck Jonathan is the democratically elected president of Nigeria. His failures are our failures, his success is our success. The Nigerian army is our army its success and failures is our success and failures. If we are tired of Goodluck we go to the polls and vote him out, I don't need a government that has been a failure in foreign relations to tell me how my government should be run. |
My own opinion, Omisore will not win in oshun state, why? He doesn't command the same followership in oshun that fayose commands in ekiti state, PDP had little to do in ekiti because of fayose, but in oshun they have to do more to sell omisore to the people. |

Ooo.. Mk dis guys equalise ASAP jare, me no lik dem
