Great, we should all patronize made in Nigeria products. We only have one country and that is nigeria. |
If he calls you "bro" you call him "Mate". |
novacadroit:It's the duty of religious leaders to guild their folks you said, the same way some religious leaders guide their folks to commit mass murders. |
That's the way to go. Obaino we the citizens of Anambra state are solidly behind you. There have been so much talk about diversification of the Nigerian Economy, I even listened to a governor blaming the federal government for the declining price of oil without stating how he intends to run a state less dependent on oil. Until we give states more control of their resources a lot of state governors will never put on their thinking cap but will continue to wait for abuja. MORE RESOURCE CONTROL FOR STATES BRINGS ABOUT MORE DIVERSIFICATION OF THE ECONOMY |
Great couple. Wishing her and Benny Ark all the best. |
Oh my! We were almost fooled. I suspected this was a scam because I know to some extent how Americans think. It's impossible for Americans to rank Buhari or any foreigner especially one who truncated a democracy 6th in their war college alumni when they have thousands of war college alumni who have distinguished themselves in battle and out of battle. Now even if they will include a foreigner I don't think Buhari will be the first. Please you guys should tell another lie. THIS IS PURE SCAM! |
Please tell us the primary and secondary schools Buhari attended and save us this English. Is that too hard to do? |
who did this calculations? How can N14million per annum in three years become N4.2 billion? Na wah o! And people are jumping in without verification. |
dotexxxy:lol. Are you surprise? Sometimes you wonder in which stage of the evolution process of man these people are still in. |
Y WhiteTechnology:Thank you my brother. This year alone I have been to anambra state 3 times, I have moved around the state and conversed with the people, the average anambra man is happy with the present government in anambra state. Yes we want them to do more but they can see that almost all what Soludo mentioned to Yaraduah as his conditions are still being followed up by GEJ and the previous and present governors of anambra state. If Yaraduah would have executed them with more speed is something I can not answer but what I know is that the people of anambra are beginning to be more conscious of what they want from the federal government. Let men like Soludo help in mapping out a blueprint for anambra's development, let them work with the present government and give their own inputs(which I hope he is doing since he is in APGA now) let us talk about it until it's in the consciousness of every individual in anambra state, let it be so strong that no matter who comes in (from whatever party be it APGA, APC or PDP) already knows what is expected from him or her. |
This must be a joke. |
Watched the launch live on AIT two days ago. Was really impressed by the testimonies of the young farmers. A really good step in the right direction. |
anonimi:how do you intend to change the minds of people who only want to see negativity? They have already started screaming blue murder when the report is in the favor of the present administration. We have been recording an average of $15b now we have cut that by half and these folks see nothing good in this? |
Mr Two |
sokera:pls read and understand, there are many projects going on around the world, some countries have as much as 10 projects going on, nigeria for instance has the Eko Atlantic, the centenary city, this rail project etc. the speed rail project is among the top 100 projects going on around the world. This is something to celebrate. |
rman:I travelled along abuja to Lokoja just last week, you can't compare the level it was in 2010 to where it is now. That road has so many bridges and almost all the bridges are complete. I was so impressed I had to take some pics. Like I said earlier GEJ has done better than previous leaders in infrastructure. |
rman:construction takes time and all the roads can not be done at the same time, but never in the history of this country has construction been this massive. Move around the federal roads, is it Abuja to lokoja, lokoja to nsukka, lokoja to asaba through okene, okene to Ilesha , Benin ore road, or is it the northern roads? Let's cut GEJ some slack, no government and I say no government has carried out the level of construction this present government is undertaking. I might not like his handling of boko haram, but in infrastructural development, agriculture, manufacturing and power GEJ has surpassed other past leaders. |
olrunjuwon:bros that is a big lie no offense. The level of infrastructural development of this government can not be rivaled by any previous government. If you want facts I can provide you facts. Never in the history of this country have construction been this good. |
rman:I am an eye witness, the track from abuja to kaduna is complete, they are just putting finish touches to the train stations. I won't be surprise if the first train leaves abuja for kaduna before the end of this month. |
Adesiji77:so they are going on strike because Total transferred one of its staff? Using the PIB as a shield, This guys are just after their own. |
Apart from the PIB other reasons stated are not enough to embark on a nationwide strike. Total sacked a regional secretary therefore Nigerians should suffer for it? |
joseph1832:Just like GEJ mentioned in his statement " democracy is not about quarreling like motor touts" Oby Ezekwesili challenged Him like a tout and he being a gentleman did not respond. |
When Obasanjo became the president of this country the whole of nigeria was solidly behind him, I remember the feeling then, the joy that finally democracy has returned and the man who is at the head of affairs of this country had just been released from prison and an aclaimed born again. lets be honest with ourselves, apart from telecommunications and banking sector reform which are private sector driven, what did obasanjo really start and finish? We all saw the corruption that followed the registration of the telecom companies, the high fees and bribes that were involved. We all saw a president who was both president and minister of petroleum and how he allowed his " boys" to ruin that sector. We all saw a president who awarded contracts to settle his o yes men, Lagos Ibadan and Benin ore express ways are examples, contracts always being awarded but nothing to show for it. We saw a president who will always throw money at the senators and honorables just to get his way. We saw a president who spent one year out of three years outside the country on state visits. We saw a president who fights those who do not agree with him but shields those who will always say yes to him. We saw a president who spent billions of dollars on power stations but could not complete one. We all saw the politics that was played for him to come back the third time and possibly make himself a life president. Like his daughter said, obasanjo is all about self, he doesn't care about the good of this country. Goodluck Jonathan is not perfect but obasanjo criticizing him goodluck is like a charcoal cooking pot calling an electric kettle black. |
There is something that gladdens my heart about the current federal government in nigeria, it is that when they start a project they complete it. We are seeing it at all levels, the Benin ore road, the airports, the agricultural projects, the railways etc. my only problem has been the handling of boko haram. |
Vikkie14:do us a favor and mention one car company that does not assembly. Nice one innoson. |
ellguapo:why then are you not up there as a puppet? Or is it that you are not even good enough to be a puppet? Just asking. |
Last week the youths of Europe were celebrating the successful landing on a comet, one week later the youths of nigeria are celebrating the " odeshii" of ombatse. ![]() |
OP don't you think Buhari is a failure if at the age of about 72 he does not have any young man or woman, who he has developed over the years? Someone he can throw all is weight behind and say " this is my beloved son or daughter, support him or her to lead this country well". How can we have young leaders when the older ones have refused to develop the younger ones. |
We all rejoiced when APC came into being, finally we have an opposition that will help check the ruling party and keep them on their toes. So far I personnaly have been disappointed by the APC. The president without name calling on Tuesday not in secret but with the whole world watching narrated the achievements of his government and his plan for the future. Today is the fourth day and APC has not dared to punch holes on the presidents scorecard rather they are running around like headless chicken screaming " lies, lies, lies". APC will do themselves a lot of good to shut up if they can't debunk the president's claims, they are already beginning to sound like an annoying mosquito to our ears. |
politricks:According to Newton's first law of motion, " an object will continue with the same speed and in the same direction except another force acts on it". It means when you accelerate a space craft to reach a desired speed it will continue in that speed even when the engine is off. So the technique is accelerate, reach a desired speed, put off the engine and continue at that speed, the turn it on when you have reached your destination. |
AltarBoy1:I totally agree, like your comment above too, religion is not totally bad but over religion like we practice here in nigeria dulls the brain and limits creativity. Over religion plunged Europe into the dark ages, a period with little or no advancement in almost every aspect of life. If not for men who stood up and started thinking differently, men who intead of looking down looked up, men who believed in the creativity of a free spirit and choose to be free, if not for them we will still be in the Iron Age. |
