Industrial actions, aka strikes is the only language understood by the govt. Any government that do not want their workers to embark on strikes should treat their workers well. |
Suffering and smiling syndrome.... Fela, you were a prophet. |
But if the workers are treated well, they wouldn't embark on strikes. So, instead of blaming the workers, why don't you people in govt try and treat your workers very well. |
op, please, put viewer's discretion. RIP |
And some people are actually doing that. Even in churches, the present no light situation in the country is why we now have many "first timers" attending all services both on Sundays and other days. |
If you have studied your wife's mother very well, you will discover that she is most likely like that, that's why she could be defending her and that is why she too can't see anything wrong with what your wife is doing. .........As the saying goes.......like mother, like daughter. Please, no offence, most daughters take after their mothers while most sons take after their fathers. |
@Edwife, thank you for the description. This person I'm talking about fits your 3rd description too well. As good as I think I am, there are some things she accepts that I can never accept, to be honest. Shes just simple and pure in heart. @ bukatyne, financial provision......... lol......wetin concern chief Imam with itan elede. In fact, I can't marry that man for 24 hours. abeg, leave matter for Matthias jare. @ sambarry, OK. |
bukatyne:lol.......what else are you interested in, I've answered your question. You know I don't talk/type much now. |
bukatyne:I said both, that is, the way she behave towards her husband is the same way she does to everyone she comes across. The husband is a beast in the sense that he's a complete opposite of his wife. He doesn't care, proud, even an abuser. |
bukatyne:double post |
SAMBARRY:ssee, I've always thought the same way you're thinking. Even my husband who is a man has always been wondering why she's too good as such. The person I'm talking about is well known to me, she's my sister in law, at times, I even think she's charmed but with her attitude towards outsiders, I now realised that's her nature. |
edwife:Abi o |
bukatyne:Both! How they met each other, I don't know, but mehn, this woman I'm talking about know how to sideline someone, she literarily do everything and still accord her husband much respect. She always claim that's how he's created including everyone sha cone across. In fact, I know a lot about her and I can authoritatively say she's a good woman, especially to her husband. |

Cheating matter again.....
I better not think about it. |
A good woman is a good woman, irrespective of people around her. Being good is inborn, it's not determined by the attitude of those around her, believe me. I know one good, in fact, a virtuous woman who is married to a beast, yes, a beast but she still exhibit her good nature, regardless of her husband's beastish behaviour at home. She's an epitome of goodness. cc byvan03. |
That Nõ11 is so funny. That means, even at death, he's still useful. |
edwife:Very disturbing indeed! Marriage without mutual sacrifice equals to selfishness in marriage. Unfortunately, these days, there are more selfish people more than those who are ready to make sacrifices. You see marriages where only one partner is the one striving to make the marriage work, why won't he/she be frustrated. Very sad indeed. |
He's an adult for goodness sake! Send these to him through WhatsApp or email and tell him how pissed you are seeing your house like this. After which you tell him that you will kick him out if he refuses to change, and remind him that you have evidence to back up your decision if he decides to blackmail you within the family sphere. Not everybody can live with dirt. |
poverty is not a sin but it can cause someone to be sinful. Inasmuch as I pity his condition, poverty is not an excuse under the law. |
And counter thread........... "WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LOVE YOUR WIFE" loading.......... I trust Nairalanders. |
This is a nice writeup. If all couples can do these, the divorce rate might probably reduce, except few ones who are insatiable, unappreciative and those who see their spouses as below them in everything. My point is that, we should reciprocate the good deeds of each other to make our marriages heaven on earth. May God help us all. |
Good development! Thanks to God and thanks to science and technology. The rate at which that hospital will now be patronised will be very high, in fact, skyrocket self. Good marketing strategy. |
This is pure, undiluted madness! One of the one in every four that has mental disorder |
God have mercy o......
Make this people no go catch waterborne diseases o |
hmmmmm |
Acidosis:See, whether married or unmarried women, nothing will happen if we all dress decently and modest. Half nak3d dressing and co, are not part of fashion but indiscipline and lawlessness. |
Acidosis:Can you give examples of attires that are not ideal for married women but ideal for unmarried women? Thank you. |
As beautiful as old age is, it usually comes with its challenges. That's why in Yoruba land, there is a saying......... Agba Soro da, meaning being aged comes with difficulty. So, @ op, it's old age. |
Business strategy! |
There is nothing hidden that shall not be revealed! The marriages of couple one and two were based on deception, therefore, it can be annulled. The man in couple 3 got what he deserve He cheated on his fiancée, but was well paid for in abundance. |
I'm this age and era, people still buy water? Well, @op, I can do what your sister want to do. People are suffering and your sister want to alleviate their sufferings, and you're here sitting on the fence. The only thing is that, the public will have access to it maybe once or twice in a week to give room for the alhaja to do as she likes. |
