There's this thread I saw on front page about Nigeria Police officers with iPhones.

I work with the security agents (Air force) and I can tell you that those guys in the video are not Nigeria Police personnel.

Take a good look at their uniforms. That is not the Nigeria Police uniform.

Lastly, over 60% of NAF NCO officers own an iPhone. So what's the fuzz about it?

IyaTola:
Let me share my experience.
Last 3 months 3 persons close to me asked for soft loan, one promised to pay back after 2 weeks, another one promised to payback after 3 weeks, the other to pay by April ending. It was not easy but because their reasons looks genuine.
It is now the third weekend of May, none has paid back.
The one who promised April salary said he will pay when he collect salary. I am sure he has collected April salary.
The other who promised two weeks no longer chat or pick my calls.
The last the person said was that can't I dash him/her.

I have actually move on. Just that, they asked for loan and not gift. The painful thing is the one who is not talking to me.
I have lost money and a friend. If you lend money to a friend you either lose your money or friendship or both. In this case both are lost.
Summary: Never lend money you cannot forgo.

Religion / Why Are Nigerian General Overseers Silent On Deborah Samuel's Death? by GreatResearcher: 1:46pm On May 22, 2022
I remember when there was a rumour that the Federal Government wants to start taxing the religious bodies in the country.

Some GOs paid the president courtesy visit at A so Rock while some GOs threw jab at the president.

For days now since Deborah Samuel was stoned, killed and buried, no GO has come out to condemn or support the act. They all kept mute about the whole thing.

Foreign GOs are the ones speaking up.

I'm 100% sure that if the victim was a Muslim, all the Imams in Nigeria would talk.

I read a news where CAN said they want to embark on a protest.

Did they embark? I guess no.

I stay in the northern part of the country. One think I have come to realized is that the Muslims are more united than the Christians.

PS: I'm atheist.

Religion / Re: Masquerade Shouts ‘Jesus Christ’ As Guard Dog Nearly Attacks Him (video) by GreatResearcher: 11:50am On Jan 15, 2022
Foreverdope:
The funny moment a traditional masquerade reacted and screamed the name of Jesus in fear after seeing a dog, was captured on tape.

The masquerade had arrived at a house to hail its occupants, unknown that there was a dog nearby.

As soon as he saw the dog and heard it bark, he screamed Jesus Christ and quickly went to a corner to stay.

Some men could be heard laughing while others tried to make the animal to stop barking.

All the while different activities were taking place in the video, the masquerade never moved from the spot as he stood in shock and speechlessness.

Watch video HERE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8mNe7xtpsE
Stop with the nonsense.

The word 'Jesus' or 'Jesus Christ' is an exclamation word.

Anybody one can use it.
And by the way. It wasn't the masquerade that shouted it. It was his companion.

Politics / Air Force Wings 6 New Helicopter Pilots, Assures Of Sustained Air Power Delivery by GreatResearcher: 1:51am On Jul 18, 2021
Operational manpower development in the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) received a boost today, 16 July 2021, when the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Oladayo Amao winged another set of 6 helicopter pilots who recently completed their basic flying training at Draken Helicopter Academy in the United Kingdom.

In his remark during the winging ceremony, Air Marshal Amao reiterated the importance of the human factor as the most critical airpower component that must be enhanced and sustained for effective and efficient performance. This, according to the CAS, gave reason for the increase in manpower development witnessed in the NAF in recent times. He went on to state that these efforts are expected to place the Service in a dominant position to deliver on its constitutional role more effectively, especially in the light of NAF’s involvement in several internal security operations across the country.

The overall effect of these efforts, according to the CAS, is that the NAF, operating in synergy with sister Services and other security agencies, will be better positioned to more effectively counter both domestic and foreign threats to the nation’s security and the wellbeing of our people.

Speaking further, Air Marshal Amao revealed that the NAF currently has a total of 195 officers and airmen/airwomen undergoing various training courses abroad cutting across several specialties and trades. He also stated that locally, there are 12 student pilots undergoing Basic Fighter Training at 403 Flying Training School, Kano, while 10 others are undergoing Basic Transport Training at 401 Flying Training School, Kaduna.

He emphasized that these courses are aimed at maintaining combat readiness by increasing the number of pilots to man existing aircraft, including the 26 new platforms acquired by the Federal Government in the past 6 years. On the A-29 Super Tucano aircraft, the CAS stated that about 60 NAF personnel, comprising pilots, engineers, technicians, and other specialists, have completed their training on the aircraft in the USA. While encouraging the newly winged pilots, the CAS urged them not to rest on their oars as the feat they have achieved also comes with a burden of responsibility as so much is expected of them.

He also advised them to continue to give their best to the Service and the Nation. Air Marshal Amao also used the opportunity of the ceremony to appreciate President Muhammadu Buhari for his unflinching support to the NAF.

Earlier, the Chief of Training and Operations (CTOP), Air Vice Marshal (AVM) James Gwani, noted that the winging of the pilots further lends credence to one of the Key Drivers of the CAS, which is to “Pursue purposeful training and human capacity development’.

He added that the new pilots would undoubtedly further enhance NAF’s capacity for effective, efficient, and timely employment of air power in response to Nigeria’s national security imperatives. While giving the highlights of the courses, the CTOP stated that the Basic Flying Course 24B, which commenced from 27 February 20 to 20 June 21, included 3 phases: Basic Rotary Wing Phase, Operational Rotary Wing Phase and Conversion Phase. The ceremony had in attendance Branch Chiefs of Headquarters NAF, Directors as well as relatives of the newly winged pilots.

You're a confused fella.. Read well what you said first and what you're saying now.

Almost every rapper talks about the grammys but they still don't give a Bleep about it. Why has he not hype it now that he has won?

Let me break the bolded down for you. I know your brain cannot carry anything involving logic.

Rappers singing about grammys doesn't mean all of them who sing give a Bleep.

Most things rappers say in their songs they don't mean them. They just need rymhes and flow with the beat.

In "1naira" song MI called himself rat, did he mean it?

Op, you for ask sport fans, messi and C Rinaldo if Ballon d'Or is worth the Hype. If Davido can celebrate ordinary sound city award, I wonder why Burna Boy shouldn't celebrate a Global award like Grammy. Do you know what it means to win Grammy awards with the likes of MICHAEL JACKSON and the rest. The Biggest artiste in the world as a Grammy.... op abeg go sit-down.
Is Snoop dogg big or not?

The same OP will jubilate if his preferred footballer wins Ballon D'or. Grammy is the musicians' Ballon D'or and it's celebrated everywhere. People only ignore it when thier preferred artists don't win anything. If you had watched France24, ICI RDI, etc, you'd have seen how it was celebrated in other places where the winning artists have strongholds. Even in the US, musicians use it to measure success. They only say "Bleep it" when they get nothing or have issues with the organizers. This idea of always saying "but in America..." is sickening. Do you!

I'm the OP.
PS I don't watch football.
