I'm happy some people are beginning to speak the truth about this dead criminal.
As much as it pains me to say this, most of his people are a disgrace.

Bro reason like an adult. Gana did all of these things you mentioned then he comes to surrender, why did they not arrest him so they could find out where the rest of his boys are? Where his hide out is? Why are they so in a hurry to kill the guy after he had surrendered?

Bro, the army and politicians are complicit in these crimes and are afraid Gan might talk.

Why the hurried justice?? Why shoot and kill an unarmed man?
See how it is paining those of you who support evil and feed off blood soaked loots abi? Ehen, that is how the families of his victims felt too. If it pains you too much that the bast*rd is dead, kill yourself and join him. You people give the rest of the Tiv nation a bad name. Bloody criminal.

Karma! A lot of ignorant social media clout chasers forming sad on his killing while the actual people affected by his atrocities rejoice. They try to paint him as a hero? Big lie!

This is not right. This is cold blooded murder. The president should order an investigation into the circumstances leading to his death. The explanation that he engaged the army in a shoot out is nonsense. Those that murdered him should be fished out and made to face the law.
Some of us don't care! Go and tell that to the families of those his gang kidnapped, demanded ransoms and then still killed after recieving said ransoms only for the families to get a call stating the locations to pick up the dead bodies of their loved ones.

This guy single-handed lay turned an entire political zone into a desolate place, shutting down industries and driving away businesses thereby effectively shutting down the economy of the Zone A senatorial axis for many years.
A lot of Lecturers and other workers at the College of Education in Katsina Ala who had built houses and lived there for years had to run out of the ancient town and become tenants in Gboko and Makurdi towns (Zone B senatorial zone), only traveling down to give lectures, each time unsure if that would be their last trip on Mother Earth. Y'all don't know the half of it.

Wether the guy is a mass murderer isnt the issue, the issue is the extra-judicial killing of people by the military. Someone has surrendered, no longer poses a threat, the military grabs the person and executes him. That is plain murder. Let us all learn not to encourage the military to act with impunity and total disregard for the rule of law, otherwise, there is no difference between the military and the terrorists they are fighting
Easy to say. Personally I have no qualms if a person is served his own poison. It's called Karma. If only you knew how many of his own people this guy murdered on a daily. Oh! I remember my neighbours. Too many. Kidnapped, ransoms collected and then wasted. He deserved even more sef.

Ask them to fall out en-masse to the streets and watch them disappear and remain on social media, feeling like they are better than the protesters.

1. @Nobones and graxie and others, it's beautiful to see that you guys have dissenting views about my person and supposed mission (lol) from others like Vanzcharles, opera1 and some others. Every participant on this thread has either played a part in stopping the menace of cultism or tried to promote it (I believe those attempts failed).
So long into the future as nairaland and Internet search engine cachés exist, if the number of people who reject cultism after reading our collective inputs on this thread greatly surpass those who embrace it, posterity will judge us fair.
In my narration of some stories of my good friend Chief, I have passed messages to the reader stating clearly the attendant dangers of cultism which will remain buried in the subconscious mind well beyond when all they remember are bits and pieces of the stories themselves. While I respect your opinions, the aim was never to entertain your personal curiosities. You lot already clearly oppose cultism. There's no need to preach the gospel to the choir. The good thing is that those who will in future read this thread would have read those inputs and clearly learnt the anti cultism lessons therein before getting to the parts where you try to disparage those efforts. (Y'all would have to go and edit your previous replies). Now that is that about that.

2. There is information and there is mis-information. There is deliberate mis-information (which is ill intended) and unintended mis-information (which happens in error). It is for this reason that checks and balances must exist on topical issues like this. The absence of that might just end up to pour more kerosine into the very fire this thread tries to extinguish. A clear example can be seen in one the last comments before this very post where someone is asking after the whereabouts of a particular leader of a cult group. That is not the only tactic at play on this thread hence you can see that some people who feel the undertones are saying the thread is getting scarier by the day. A lot is going on behind the scenes. Do not just rush to take sides (mine included) blindly. This thread is very powerful weapon. A double -edged sword. "I won't say more than that." - T. B Joshua.

3. There are some PM's pending since my last reply to the Viking guy on this thread where there was a mention of Bakana d Buscha. It was a reply to a person and not a general post. Forget it, you don't go to an Efik man to speak Hausa and then expect him to believe you actually know what you are talking about as regards Efik culture. This is the reason why renounced cultists are usually used by the authorities to preach to cultists and also handle the anti- cult efforts. It sends a stronger message. Thankfully Dfrost and some others got the message therein that the death of cultist shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. The story of Femi, I have narrated FULLY in one of my early posts on this thread. Instead of sending PMs, go and read up and let people hear word.

I wouldn't have taken the time to write all of the above, however, in this country, if they call you a thief and you don't respond, the rest of the people will assume that you are one.

All in all, keep emphatically saying NO to cultism and most importantly, stay safe while doing so. Like Nigeria's corruption, it is a hydra-headed monster (cut off one head and another rises in it's place) and not a literal snake who's head can be cut off and presumed dead. Post more experiences on the dangers of cultism, show it to the unsuspecting for the evil it is and starve cultism of the fuel it needs to thrive (new initiates) and then we can bring it to its knees. Sorry for taking your time and y'all have a good day ahead.

Adios.

Good morning all. My apologies for those I quoted harshly, I was in pain and I still am. Greenarrow I was unfair to you in my mention, you along with some others were merely suggesting caution which indicates you care, I spoke out of anger as at the moment. I’m sorry do forgive my harsh quotes.
It's okay. Glad you get the intention. The greatest victory against cultism is to be able to do your bit against it and staying alive to witness the seeds of reformation you sow grow. Don't fall for those who support you to needlessly put yourself in harm's way while going through this process. It's just entertainment for most of them. You should know that the machinery (cultism in general) most on this thread fight against is way bigger than what this thread alone can carry and with the advent of democracy, with every election cycle, it is fueled viciously by the politicians and interest groups to last yet another extra decade. Personal safety is key in all dealings while the fight goes on.

You’re a fucking coward mention me again and you’ll end up like nnamdi
Lol. If I were you, I'd stick to my orginal plan and finish my exposé. You can't get very far on your journey to typing your story on a public forum if you stopped everytime to throw tantrums at anyone who mentioned you.

Calm down, put yourself together and write your exposé. You exhibit symptoms of some suffering from a classic case of PTSD (which is understandable from your cult experience). That right there, is another practical example why people should stay away from cultism.

Another thing, egbon, no be you do pass so calm down. It's not everyone who will respond to your threats in fear. It doesn't move me an inch so don't waste your time trying.

When the OP exposed his group about how they transported weapons and stuff, there wasn't this needless drama.
Go ahead with your exposé jare. Stop trying to paint the picture that some on this thread are trying to stop you from spilling supposed secrets just because they raised a suggestion or two on your posts. It's called a thread for a reason otherwise, go to diary section and write. Don't use mentions as a distraction to stall and catch cruise (your words).

Your message is good. The methodology however is highly flawed. However, since most of us are here to say no to cultism, most people have been reluctant to poke holes in your stories since the general body content is SAY NO TO CULTISM.

You must be raging with anger reading this reply but I'd oblige you to instead use that energy to fuel your exposé on the SVC cult group. I hope you take that advice.

Oh! Was that why you used "You guys”? Drop me abeg. So because I suggested more proactive measures (my opinion) to be taken by the current narrator @ambiitiouscent and he responded rather harshly in the morning, I'm now one of those who want to stop the exposé and even harm @saynotocultism and even Seun?
