dfrost:I greet you baba. |
Chukwudubem0:Smartest reply on this thread yet. |
privaldo:And because of delinquents like you, Nairaland continues to be ridiculed on other more advanced platforms as a beehive of ill-informed, dim-witted backwards savages who have I.Qs lower than ages. |
Very funny |
Kingfragz:Nope. Humanshit. |
Sorry to say miss, suicide is never an option. A lot of us feel the despair you feel (2020 didn't help) but we still push on. E no easy (no motivational talk needed) make I no lie. But Na to just dagbo (struggle through) this whole trials with the hope that it can get better somewhere along the line if we hold on. Don't do it. |
XXXXTENTACION:Exactly. These call girls won't let someone rest. |
BadAdviser:The thing about impersonating is that you make mistakes which are found out with your very first sentence. I sincerely wish you find yourself in the midst of some hotheads and spew exactly what you wrote up there. That day, will be a day you will never forget. The internet is littered with all these jargons you wrote up there. Don't feel you achieved anything by copying and pasting. Let Charley continue his story without this derailing please. |
lereinter:Lol. Your curses mean nothing you petty little being. You don't count in the greater scheme of things. Here's a tip: Get a life. |
roteblomen:So because you are bald, ALL other areas of your life should be fine before the baldness becomes inconsequential to a woman finding you attractive? That may be true for the many teenagers roaming around this forum with little or no real -life experiences with dating in Nigeria. However, the baldness of a man is the least of a woman's worries when evaluating a man's attractiveness in present day Nigeria. |
lereinter:Just because he posted an article on a bridge? How frustrated are you with life? Don't worry. Things will get better. |
This is only news to the BBC. We have known this for years. The Nigerian dream is usually t make enough money so that you can travel out of the country with your family or set one up when you go abroad. |
Long snake coming back to bite the harbourer in his own behind. |
"Not all that glitter are Gold." That's where I stopped reading. |
Relax. This is just the beginning. It's going to get a lot worse until genuine discussions and decisions are had and made for the first time in this country's history. Have you seen the level of hoplessness in many a Nigerian's eyes? Until the few stop hoarding what is meant for the many, there will never be enough to use and make meaningful change. |
Allow them joor. I'm sure if they were Nigerien or Chadian they'd have been left in peace. Making it sound like it's one huge underground undercover operation. |
Easy to blast men doing that when you've not had first -hand experience of what divulging plans to the wrong woman can do to those plans. I told my girlfriend who was living with me that I had started a project on one of my lands close to where we were living and the next thing she did was to pick up her phone and call her people that her "sweetie" had started building his house. Then the whole family instantly started needing urgent 2k, 5k and so on on a weekly basis. (Side lesson: I'll never marry into a broke home filled with people with the wrong mentality). The next thing she did was to go to her work place and quit her job and start eating everything up in the house like a squirrel storing up nuts for the coming winter. We used to buy 2 chickens every weekend, one of soup and the other for stew, to last till the next weekend since we were both working and mostly had only breakfast and dinner. When she quit her job, those stuff didn't last up to Wednessday dinner. So I increased to 3 chickens and she instead increased her consumption of meat and when I increased to 4, she started dropping by her family house on the way from the market to give them some before coming home to cook. Some might see this as petty, but this attitude was going on across all facets of the relationship, I was about to get married to a chronic leech coming from a generation of legendary parasites and all it took to reveal this dark side was letting her know that I had started building the house wherein we were going to raise our kids after we officially got married. I work construction, so you can imagine the pain of going to work by 6 AM, standing and barking orders on a half-empty stomach, paying workers by 6PM (sometimes 7 or 8PM) only to get home to be served a meal devoid of 'protein' which you know you had overly made provision for just a day ago. And so I started to wonder what would be my fate if I stuck to the original plan of going on with the marriage plans, rewewing one year's rent and then moving in to our new home with this woman. Shey dem no go just overrun me with billing or Kuku park come live for the house make I dey sleep for Palour floor? Long story short, I became a different man, only came home very late at night, stopped providing as I used to do, postponed all those plans indefinitely and eventually kicked her out diplomatically by telling her to go stay with her people for a while. I knew what an was doing as one sure thing with parasites is that the moment they leave one host, they desperately cling to another. Imagine my joy when less than a month later I was able to catch her cheating. I had gotten my get-out-of-jail free card. Na so I take leave toxic relationship with plenty "after all you have don for her and her family" consolation from people. Inside I was just happy and grateful to breath again. She had set me back a few years because I had revealed plans I was making for us to grow old and comfortable together. However, it was a victory just to be able to come out of that still kicking. Good morning. |
You are on this thread forming nonsense. Be warned. My friend Chief would tell you that it's not ethical to cap vikantical on a norwish cyber. That's a message for you idiots who are impersonating herein. Y'all are no Vikings. Zero cap. The thread says No to cultism. Keep it at that! |
Kingfish542:That really gave him away, didn't it? Lol. |
They are feeling the pressure and are scrambling helter skelter to patch this leaking drum called Nigeria. If these politicians and senior civil servants could just pause for 1 month; ONE MONTH o! and not loot what's meant for the masses in only that period, a lot of the heat felt on the streets will reduce in a way that can be noticed by all. Instead, they'll now be cracking their brains on how to corner payouts in bulk from these increase in numbers, greatly reducing any expected positive impacts. It is how it has been for a long time now. Good policies implemented by any government are subverted by the greedy ones who hoard anything from free mosquito nets, to security personnel, to budgeted funds meant for the many. We need a one month ceasefire! The other alternative will be chaos! It has gotten out of hands in this country in ALL sectors. One month ceasefire between the hoarders and the masses. |
IkpuMmadu:They can't try that up North lest someone forgets a dagger in thier stomachs. |
capitalzero:Very very dangerous to peace. Someone might personally consider oiling a pistol, tracking down a bidder they begged but who still refused to let them get thier car back, and putting some hot leads into his body when they find him. People really need to be careful when stepping on toes o. Would have been better if the owners weren't there. |
I was with my uncle driving on a federal highway last year when he just stopped the car for a brief moment and told me, " We are so backward, this place is just a farmland." He then continued driving in silence. That is somebody who constantly travels the world. Those words and the serious look on his face when he said those words have stuck in my head. Once the time comes, I go japa. Make my next generation get a chance at normal life, how normal human beings are supposed to live. |
Lockdown is over so these gang can now come out everyday on blogs. Where's that Cubana guy sef? |
This is sickening. |
dfrost:Hahahahaha. My Belle wan burst with laff. |
thebosstrevor1:Who doesn't know that? Did you hear the prof say he drove illegally? By the way, he isn't the only one have taken that trip. There are others like that power bike guy from the south some years ago. |
Ever8090:I just tire o. |
A very nice one from the girl. The guy has learnt his lessons the hard way. Probably has siblings who are struggling that he overlooked. Now all of them go jam for house this Xmas eyeball to eyeball. To both sexes: Next time you wanna train a lady or a man you are in a relationship, put a ring on the finger first so you know for sure that you are investing in your own family. Kudos to the guy for upgrading another person's wife for free. |
Not bad news if it's a Nigerian politician so no qualms. Just dissapointed that it's only one. |
Ajineita:Cultism thrives on unwarranted boisterousness. Even when hits are carried out in a clandestine fashion, the groups feel the need to announce themselves after the deed to show machismo. The rival groups just have to dig a little deep and viola! They get to know even those who went for said hit. Shey you don ever see football club wey score goal come dey hide face? In some cases, where the rolling cult group is a minor amongst other more dominant groups in a particular environment, they go for hits posing as members of one of the bigger rivals, wearing their colours and chanting their slangs. Still they get found out over time and the resultant effect is usually devastating as they get to pay dearly for causing a war between two bigger groups. Bone all the big secret talks. It just takes one loose talk from one eegbo -smoking member of yours to reveal stuff unwittingly and have you running straight from the bathroom to the motor park with soap in your eyes, looking like a confused native doctor. Cultism doesn't pay. |
