Guy u could not have said it better I wonder why pple see the truth & runaway from it. The fact still remains that the 3 presidents that ruled Nigeria were under PDP among which GEJ is the worst is inability to control is cabinet & wife led to the worst kind of embezzlement scandal this country has ever witnessed. If u even look at Nigerian state governors u will see that the worst performing governors are from PDP(Odili,Igbenedion,Ibori,etc)are PDP members and also the worst political thugs belong to PDP. Whether u like it or not u cannot hide the truth but suppress it until it burst out.

I think there is more to the story than the media is reporting. I watched a clip on facebook where 4 humans were being beaten and burnt to death including a woman in the bush by a mob. The poster claimed it happened in Agatu and that those were fulanis being burnt and beating weeks before their incursion into Agatu. Now I cant verify that clip, but I expect our journalists to have gone all out to get the inside story of the Agatu incident (was it an unprovoked attack, was it a reprisal attack e.t.c).

If we really want to get to the bottom of this, then dialoge and not inciteful reporting is the way. The Fulanis may not have the social media to be reporting their part of the story the way the farming communities do, but that don't give them the right to take laws into their hand.

The media should also be fair in reporting not just the stories but putting them in its proper context. Because when all is said and done and the joutnalist are back in Abuja and Lagos, these two communities (farmers and nomards) still have to coexist and only through dialogue can they do that.

And finally, the Fulanis should be made to understand that they are not above the law (beacause they are gradually venturing into other criminal acts like robbery and kidnapping) and that facilitating dialogues is to avoid communual clashes, any other form of criminality will be met with the full wrath of the law.

These comments are all on the same page where mine was made and yet the mod banned me for breaking rule 9 while his did not break any rule, guess your mod saw his comments as inspirational and motivational hence he was allowed to make more of it.

If you go through the comments made by the that moniker form the day registered till date 8 out of his 10 comments all go against rule 9 but he is allowed to break the rule repeatedly without any ban......infact he was never banned at all.

Happening in Rivers state, in wike's backyard, what has he done? People being killed and beheaded before and during the elections, wike couldn't condemn it but when soldiers where deployed to help reduced what could have been a very bloody day, they rush to the court to stop soldiers from being deployed and even condemned it.
