It is not the fault of your Engineer friend that he can not yet put his engineering knowledge to practical usage. Let him cross over to Europe or America today and watch him soar to new heights in engineering implementations as the latter will put him through all the confidence moulding phases that will see him link his acquired engineering principles to practical applications thereby leading him to begin to unleash his innovativeness and inner strengths.
