This is all shades of wrong and I don't think many Ebira people will agree with you on this despite the political rivalry between the two major tribes in the state. It has always been a case of superior politicking and manoeuvres and has never been about tribal profiling.

Ask them why property prices around an area is on a steady rise and the charges in double percentages and they will tell you: oga, yahoo boys go pay if you no wan pay. Then, truly, any small delay and the property is gone and you are confronted with a new price regime. Crazy!
