Afala ta'qilun Use your brain. In other words: Try and borrow small sense as we say here on NL. Straight from the Holy Qur'an. Ewedegubbler: |
Awesomely good news ![]() Kudos FGN Kudos Jagaban |
Ha!!! I hope this is not preparing the grounds to deny Dangote of crude oil supply else what's the relevance of this? This alone takes about 25% of our total crude output. On top of this we still have to sell some parts to earn forex and some other parts that are taken by the IOCs ![]() Meanwhile Dangote needs 650,000 BPD (45%) of our total crude output) to meet it's targeted markets demands ![]() Well at this point, personally, I can only pray that the naira crude sale becomes a reality |
All through this saga, Dangote has maintained the position that he is not begging to sell refined products to Nigerians (as he has option to export his products). He also maintains that he is not begging to buy crude from Nigeria as he has already demonstrated with the current products in the market where he imported the crude from other countries. He only applies his margins based on the offers he gets. Tell me how this is not a veiled hate speech ![]() adonainana: |
EFCC are trying to flip the meaning of DNFIBPs on its head. They did this cleverly by not exposing the nature of the activities of Bob Express and its financial dealings, thereby covering it up from being classified as one, at least, according to this report. Any entity, group or individuals that are involved in activities outside of the traditional financial sector but have the potential to be exploited for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities is classified as a DNFIBP which is a global standard. And it becomes a crime if such an entity is not registered with SCUML in the first place. In Nigeria, however, because the Bob Express has not been registered with SCUML, then it is free from money laundering investigations. Serious! ![]() |
I hope he excels like Frederic Kanoute. ![]() |
For NNPC to be major determinant of what goes in and comes out of the Dangote refinery is the first signal to discerning minds that the entire refinery has been cooped up into NNPCs stranglehold of control. I hope that this office is not the precursor to the birth of the monster that will eventually grow to consume this investment. ![]() |
Biodun556:Nairaland deserves a spot in that list. If not for the bags then for the popularity. ![]() |
Lol usual testing the decibel level for a new pump price.Let's yell back now now before it gets cast in stone. ![]() |
Dear shaykh, give us your candid view and let us know where you truly stand here and stop sitting on the fence. Are they fighting for Allah? Remember that we haven't forgotten your slip of the tongue: Our foot soldiers in the forest. ![]() |

One person owning 3,000 lines, another 1,000Does that not mean that you've got 3000 leads to him? How's that now an excuse? ![]() |
I hope he doesn't know about Nairaland because of the take down that will follow from our aunties here, lol. ![]() |
If ISIS did not start this upheaval, another willing entity definitely would. Africa was colonised to remain a western stooge. Of course, with some modicum of understanding to interact with the east but in a controlled manner. Any attempt to stray from this path or to upstage your masters shall always meet with this type of outcome in one form or another. Though I am not a supporter of the dictators but it was also apparent that they were literally standing on top of landmines. ![]() |
Why was disobedience to the scriptures of old mentioned in this verse which you conveniently lifted out of the quotation? The format has always been the same: deliberately misrepresent the facts to keep the sheeples under intellectual bondage. Odingo1: |
Why do I, as a muslim, don't feel connected whenever this abbreviation ISIS is being splashed around? Probably because I only get to see this abbreviation when a random attack happens somewhere and sometimes where it doesn't even make sense that it should be happening anyway. And probably because I don't get to hear this four letter word when the core tenets of my religion is being evangelised: maintaining a good relationship and neighbourliness, showing compassion, establishing worship towards God Almighty, suppressing greed, preserving humanity in its original genders of male and female, closing the means to and avoiding sins of the flesh etc. It feels like someone or some kind of orchestrated machinery wants to force it on me that ISIS is my religion. Is this a deliberate attempt to blackmail me and my religion by an organised deep state framework? Hmmm!!!! ![]() |
Lol ![]() An escape route has opened up for Yahaya Bello las las. Only drama is left now. |
He probably lived a pious life. ![]() |

Zonefree:Because the city is named Islamabad? The people who gave her first aid, the neighbours who alerted the the police, the media workers who brought the story to the limelight, the medics who attended to her at the hospital and the support that she has been receiving are all coming from people of good will who are 99% muslims. A crime is a crime and should be addressed as such. Please stop extending your hate for a religion to a crime story because of the crime of one man who has been taken into custody. ![]() |
Even the so called saner climes conclude that it is an error to leave children unsupervised on the open internet. And that is essentially what the phone gives them and no amount of disciplinary training can cope with the amount of negative content that they get hit with when left on the open internet. Here: Research confirms screen time is hurting children’s school performance ![]() |
Some people can't bring themselves up to the realisation that the government of Tinubu is getting it right with the students. This is actually unprecedented if you check well. Don't worry, 2027 is coming, God keep us all. Ameen ![]() |
It is not the fault of your Engineer friend that he can not yet put his engineering knowledge to practical usage. Let him cross over to Europe or America today and watch him soar to new heights in engineering implementations as the latter will put him through all the confidence moulding phases that will see him link his acquired engineering principles to practical applications thereby leading him to begin to unleash his innovativeness and inner strengths. Someone mentioned that Nigeria herself is the curse that kills your dream. And I quite agreed. Anyway, by constant and positive engagements we shall turn the situation around. Back to the topic: Big kudos to them. ![]() Vipro: |
Some people are wicked sha! At least let the government start with something. The situation was bad enough to warrant direct intervention like the palliatives. So now, this hand outs are already annoying some elites. Yet they will be the first to point out that many homes are hungry. They just want the masses to die of hunger so that they can criticise the government. Anyway, besides the palliatives, students have started receiving alerts for loan support. Entrepreneurs in various categories are being encouraged to take advantage of grants that are opening up etc. I believe the government is on the right track. ![]() |
But during his presentation, Aliyu Suleiman stated that out of the five million barrels of crude oil they got in recent time, “NNPC gave them 60 per cent, 20 per cent was imported, and 20 per cent was purchased”.Simply say that the impasse has been resolved. Which one is 20% imported and 20% purchased? The one that is imported was not paid for or what? Or the 60% supplied by nnpc is not accounted for in trade? |
Yorubas don't speak like this ![]() They are a refined group of people and they know how to present their statements in a logical manner wherever you find them. It's part of what makes them very hospitable. We know the people who talk this way. ![]() JikSneh: |
