The bigger question is are you trainable, can you climb scaffolding and use ladder to go into waste tanks. Do you have stomach for the products. There is a gap in this market generally and a good one is always in demand.

i trust his ability to bend down to get the work done, i'm concerned if it would pay him enough to survive. I already have my plumber willing to train him as an apprentice for free but i'm afraid of him getting stuck on a dead end career. I really need more people's views on this.

I live abroad and have a housing project going on somewhere in the east which is being handled by my brother. I want to have a picture of what its gonna cost me to roof the house. He has already given me a quote which I find a little bit dear. I will appreciate every opinion here..

House is a standard six bedroom all ensuite bungalow with single sitting room. An inhouse lobby and a large kitchen with one store room.
I dont have a clear size of the building. But I believe with that description I c saw m get help.
I want a moderate not too cheap and not too expensive roofing sheet and a high pitch roof.

it's the same location, below is the fliers from St Charles old boys association selling theirs from the same plot as ours.if you're interested, please make the initial payment before the 31st of this month,it's deadline so we can pay initial deposit and the surveyor would commence work.the 250k covers cost of land, surveying, legal documents and other expenses that might arise.

Thx bro! Again I had to remove the pool terrace plan, since my uncle who is also my neighbor decided against letting me have an additional portion for that. Life goes on. But am mostly glad with the inbuilt car garage at the rear.

I would really appreciate the plans,you successfully merged the best of Nigerian (waiting areas, stores,guest bedrooms on the lower floor etc) with the best of western (built in garage, kitchenette) western design practices together.

OK,it was a good decision on your part, basements only make economic sense in places with cold weather or the land is very slopy.the inbuilt garage was also a very good option for those who can afford it.it would be great to update prices of everything too so that people considering to build in the east can use it as a guide too.Nwanne dalu maka na iji olu dimgba na aka.
