Botswana have no access to the sea and is experiencing an economic miracle now, south east have access to rivers navigable by ocean vessels in almost all parts of it's region.

U don't need a referendum, the south east in 100% Igbo, and is already a defined territory, everybody worldwide know it's boundary, go with it. U must have a defined territory if u are serious to break away, u can't keep assuming people from another region would like to join u, thereby causing confusion. the south south is a mixture of many tribes with different interests.
