This Ngige guy is insane.  Does he know the doctor: population ratio in Nigeria ? I won’t say when or where in Nigeria but when I was a medical officer in one general hospital, I swear I would see patients in the clinics fom morning till i started getting dizzy in the afternoon. From there to the wards to review new admissions. That was the first time ulcer and chronic back pain started disturbing me. No one told me to seek a residency program and leave that place. |

alezzy13:Several years ago my 2nd car was blowing white smoke thru the exhaust. Mechanics said the rings needed to be changed. My uncle advised me to get a new engine but I decided to be frugal and cut costs. I suffered for some months after changing the rings. Horrible fuel economy. Honda civic oh... Always smelling fuel inside the car. I finally changed the engine. That was wen I experienced peace of mind. Take my advice: don’t waste ur time and money changing the rings and top gasket.
