Standard guage doesn't mean light rail. Light rail doesn't carry heavy cargoes because it is mostly used within cities to carry passengers. The difference between the two is not the tracks.

Light rail is the one being constructed by the Lagos state government. The one being constructed by Amaechi is heavy rail, reason why is is being connected with the seaport so as to evacuate cargoes from the port in addition to the passengers service.

All the other countries that are doing well doesn't have angels as the leaders, the only difference is that in those places you cannot commit a crime against the state and not get punished for it.
