CFCman: That's the American way Even in the UK. I experience similar situation, we just finished group project presentation when our coordinator asked if we would like get- together so as to celebrate the rigorous of our project, which comprises 109 students (group A-L). My thoughts was, department wanted to sponsor the stuff because we have to register online, and the idea was, if they can get 70% of the students, the party will proceed but if below, they will cancel the party. We began campaigning within ourselves so as to make sure the party holds. However, I got to the venue, only to know that you got to pay for your drink. I laughed! you know naw, as an African man wey don see free drink, I don package myself to get 3/8 of my fees lol |

2. You have to be a perfect fit for the position you're applying to
3. You have to get your application on the "Decision Maker's Table"

napoleon77: You raised some excellent points!!
But the honest truth is that some organisations will not consider you for an aptitude test or interview if you make a 3rd class so you wont have the opportunity of showing how confident, smart, ambitious you are.
I am speaking from experience!! You have spoken my mind. No one will tell us how they got the job with their 3rd or whatever. The truth is, getting requirement for any position is as getting good grade. Though, it may not totally be the yardstick but a way to be called for test or interview. Thanks for sharing your thought. |

Most ppl did first degree here in Naija n getting transcript sent to WES from some Naija schools is harder than Arsenal winning the league so they just do their MSc. Nawa oh.
There's so much that money can do.
But, there's too much money in this US though. Harvard certificate is highly rated. Not just that, you are assumed to have acquired skills to be the best. You should expect rigorous screening. So if your faith can carry it, go for it. All things are possible with God. |

conceptz21: No, don't publish the complete work.. Just take a look at some articles and see the arrangement.. If you do well, your MSc work might give you two or three papers( each objective can form a paper). Just pick a topic, add a brief abstract, make out a brief introduction, describe your materials and method, summarize your result, conclusion and then references.... I suggest you read three or four articles and see the arrangement.... Thank you, bro. I do see articles, my thoughts was publishers do those things, another thought was how can publishers chose selected topics from the a whole lot. I can now understand from your comment. Big thanks, again. |
