From the get-go, Oscar accepted that he did it, and the bone of contention has been if it was premeditated murder or homicide. With Oscar as the person who can provide evidence for the former. Guilty of either one of the two types of killing in South Africa or both from the get-go Vs. claimed innocence from the get-go.

However, in OJ's case, he never accepted that he did it, and he's still claiming innocence. Also, all the evidence that would've alluded to the fact that he did it were tampered with - and the court of law made the right decision.

So, basically, it's no evidence for premeditated murder but accepted homicide Vs. tampered evidence for murder but claimed innocence and was acquitted.

We'll never know if OJ killed his wife or not. But we all know Oscar killed his girlfriend, and the court of law said it wasn't premeditated.

shymexx: OJ's case was different. The prosecutors (police) tampered with evidence(s), and the great Johnnie Cochran (R.I.P), Robert Kardashian and the rest of the team were able to build a solid defense against that.

However, in this case, there was absolutely no way the prosecutors would've won by trying to go for premeditated murder. They had no case from the get-go. I still don't know how they thought they could prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was premeditated without substantial evidence about how he planned it, to be honest.

I study black history in general and found that they also have made basically all forms of music we listen to in the world today, Jazz, Ragtime, Gospel, Swing, Techno, House, Dubstep, RnB, Hip-Hop, Disco, Rock, Blues etc.. and the African diaspora in the Caribbean and South America made Salsa, Reggae, Samba, Tango etc... even the creator of classical musical Beethoven was part black, so even in the face of discrimination in foreign lands the fact they were able to do all this
deserves respect. Also their food is still cooked in an African way.
