Just like so many people are calling for the restructuring of the country there is also a need to restructure the educational system left for us by the British. What we have in Nigeria is 'repair mentality' of white man goods and not 'production mentality'.

I went to Aba recently and saw the high level or artisan-ship on display and I told my colleagues that if these guys attend any university in Nigeria they may come out worse off and will lose their ability to use their hands and intellect to produce something.

Its only in Nigeria that a graduate will buy credit from a network and send it back to them to get points with the aim of winning millions without knowing that the network pays winners from what they collect from other subscribers and thats lottery and not a loyalty promo. He spends his money answering trivia questions from GLO, MTN, AIRTEL etc at N100 each without knowing he is being ripped off.
We all need to think outside the box.
