This is more than just a quarrel; this is Satan challenging God's sovereignty, His right to rule.
Claiming to be better.

Was God to destroy Satan and have the angels and Adam and Eve thinking it was because God was inept as a ruler?
Better he destroyed Satan than making me a victim of their egocentric quarrel. Don't you think?

Besides, God is peaceful. He should have forgiven Satan and moved on with creation. This their quarrel don tey well well o. And you expect me not to keep malice with my neighbours. Hian

Satan challenged God; he said he'd be a better ruler.
You know how the temptation of Eve went down, don't you?
So, basically God is punishing us because he and Satan had a quarrel and since existence they've been trying to figure out who's the better ruler while innocent kids starve and die and will probably end up in hell if they don't accept God as their Lord and personal saviour. Interesting

Did you miss the part where I talked about "bigger and better" things? undecided

I brought up the issue about Satan, because I wanted to make it clear that you being a devoted Christian doesn't put you out of harm's way.
It doesn't mean all your whims and desires would be attended to.
It is Satan's world.
So God created the world and gave it Satan. Very generous of him

I beg to differ. First you wrote a list and said that God will answer my prayers if I follow that list but still the prayers of millions of innocent children have not been answered only for you to remind me of Satan. Sounds like confusion to me

Atheists, in my opinion, are people who have been "hurt by God."

They prayed for a thing, it never happened; and they cancelled the element of God out of their lives.
There are millions of people who believe in God and their prayers still haven't been answered and they live in abject poverty while their religious leaders live luxury lives at their expense.

More problems have been solved using rational thinking than religious beliefs. If you are in doubt, next time your car breaks down, pray and don't bother calling a mechanic

For God to answer your prayers, it must:

1. Stem from a clean heart.

2. Be in accord with his will.

3. Be from someone righteous.

Or it could be that God has something bigger and better for you.
Alll the dying and starving kids in war and poverty raged countries should see this list so their prayers can be heard

You're the bigot here otherwise you wouldn't have taken offence @ my suggestion. I'm not religious. That's for people who don't have the time to search for the truth themselves.

Your comment is enough for anyone to agree with the op

Dear NL,
Please how much is cement in your area? Two weeks ago, it was N1300 but now is N1900. How much is it in your area? And what is the way forward since there is no other mode of building house in this Country.
There are other ways of building houses in this country but no one wants to experiment. Search online for other building alternatives. Personally, I plan to use containers when I'm ready to build my own house. You can also try clay bricks, wood etc
