5thPrince: yes I did, But I noticed you have to play for long to get it..I have gotten 4 now..Am working on getting 100 like you before the end of today. My power user expires today but not to worry,I have 40 credits to power more. I played just twice to get mine.. but after you get and you press continue, restart the game and try again.. by doing this, you will only play with the same amount of trial as before.. Mine was 2 trials, so after I restart the game I play 2 times to get again but if I kept on playing without restarting I might need to play 20 times to get the next pack |

we are in a democracy. Even if he talks all the talk, people would still vote who they want. that's the point, the church is not a place to campaign |

kennygee: The church is a hospital for the sick, not a club for saints.
Thieves, harlots, swindlers, fornicators, idolaters are all welcome as long as they are coming to reverence God and repent.
Atleast, He remembers there is a God that reigns supreme. you and I know that is not why ge is going there. Am sure the Spirit of God already told the man of God his aim |

majekdom2: that's the problem a prosecutor or defendant may have in a court room. My preference for a certain class of individuals does not directly mean I am discriminating against other classes, As I may have had an unimpressive result from the latter in time past. okay oo |

majekdom2: Like I said, it's no discrimination with justifiable reasons. So which and which company has refused to employ 2 2 grads, do you mean all employees in Nigeria are 2 1 grads and no fresh 2 2 grad gets employed in Nigeria. The fact that a company chooses at sometime to employ 2 1 grad does not mean they don't have or won't recruit a 2 2 grad whose skills are needed. It is quite unfortunate majority on here are fresh grads hence the reason for the rants. lol the problem am having now is your use of English. . Anyway lets just forget it |

CFCfan: In the US, scoring 49 and 59 will earn u an F grade. 69 is a D grade, lower than a C (or C-). of course we use the british standard and not US I guess.. The way you frame the scores will depend on a lot of factors anyway |

majekdom2: it is discrimination to you because you feel you are victim. Take an employer to court on his choice and see if you would win. who says am a victim? U still dont get it.. ur point is like saying if a white company refuses to employ black people, it isn't discrimination because its their choice. ., are you kidding me? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 6 Reasons Why Discrimination Against 2.2 & 3rd Class Graduates Should Stop by haibe(m): 7:24am On May 21, 2015 |
majekdom2: as I said earlier, one has not the right to tell an employer who or who not to employ. Sadly, you will find a disclaimer with " we are an equal opportunity employer ". This cancels out your discrimination argument already. okay I see english is ur problem. . You may need to do a reasearch on the word discrimination |

tabolaji: Do you know how that will impact your website? The reason employers request for certain grades is to cut the cost of conducting the recruitment exercise. How will it impact please? And what costs are you talking of that wont also be incurred when you score several candidates in hard copy.. what costs please |

Archilouis: The major disadvantage is the fear of misplacement of priority.
To be extremely smart and dependable and finish a 4-5yr programme on an average or below average grade point tells the interviewer that you succumbed to distraction.
That fear alone is enough to not want to risk it, if the interviewer has a choice.
Most top multinationals, believe they have a choice, because they certainly do pay well above average. I bet u didn't finish in a serious federal university in Nigeria, if not u wont be saying this.. I know people that are far more experienced and intelligent than me in my field but finished with lower grades than me .. till today, they still put me through a lot in my field and I can never discriminate against them but when an employer sees them, he assumes I am better than them all because of these paper works we did in school. . Thats a warp mentality. You won't appreciate some 3rd classes until u realise how far they are better than u.. some finished with this grades because they were hustling a lot for their school fees and feeding while in school, while some were just unfortunate (I know someone who had 59, 49 69s in majority; just one mark to get A B or C).. if this one mark was in place, he would surely finish with a 2:1.. Prejudice is just too bad because you may easily ignore a game changer in your organisation. |

Am sure the money paid for buying the form is merely for the CBT.. we all know its all a way to extort.. am sure you came across this PushCv? You know they organised a CBT for the thousands of people that registered in their site? Did they collect 10kobo? Guy wake up, the world has advanced.. I see no reason why CBTs shouldn't even be used in the first place. Something u can do at the convenience of ur home. And will save the stress for both the applicant and employers |

"(sometimes discrimination against) distinct treatment of an individual or group to their disadvantage; treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit; partiality; prejudice; bigotry" I got that from the dictionary. . Are u still insisting treating 3rd class graduates differently from 1st class is not discrimination? Dude it may be their choice but their choice is such that discriminates againts these class of people (2:2 3rd class Pass).. So what are you arguing here again, is it english language that is the problem? That you wont employ a third class is because you have pre-judged he doesnt have what it takes.. all this falls under the definition of discrimination as you can see above. majekdom2: discrimination is simply when one's expertise, knowledge and qualification matches the job requirements and responsibilities but one is being denied. Pls read and understand the bolded. If the HR says this is what they require, it is what they require as at that time. You can't call one's choice discrimination because it does not suit you. |

majekdom2: will you bear the cost? If perhaps you are asked to pay, you may call it scam. You don't get this still.... in a country like Nigeria, where the rate of unemployment is high, these guys feel there are more than enough talents.what these class of graduates need to do is equip, garner skill that gives them an edge. I tell you an employer prefers a 2 2 grad with transferrable skills than a 2 1 fresh grad with no useful skills to him. CBTs are cost effective and easier to carry out dude. Just program the computer to do what it ought to do.. rather than doing it in hard copies for crying out loud |
