Frankly is not just saying it,planning it or documenting it! It is more about how he will push it to actualization,because Nigerians are difficult people to manage particularly the political office holders and civil servants. You may come with a good plan but how will you make atleast 80% Nigerians reason with you,work with you and patiently sacrifice to see a better tomorrow. Atiku may think I can laugh or bribe my way to actualizing it. Not detailing the price to achieve that.It cost money to haev your way in Nigeria even where you choose to help them.If you play holy or don't offer anything that immediately benefits each individual selfish desires you will end up facing plenty opposition that may jeopardize all your plan. A country where contracts are inflated or allocated based of interest amongst people big and small. Where a electoral winner is always bound by some selfish agreement to some greedy entities. Get pass that is the teaming unpatriotic lot of citizens, not willing to change or move an inch to see a better tomorrow. A band of Saboteurs in every government affair. In summary Nigeria and Nigerians are f***ed by Nigerians Big and small.If they TRULY want anything to ever work RIGHT the can make it so. Its not about party or individuals! We largely kill ourselves,loot ourselves,vote ourselves,rig ourselves,bribe ourselves,vandalize our community and property. Connive to ridicule the country,Insult ourselves & nurture the instrument of hatred,impunity,corruption and negative vices. Forget all the blabbing the government is the people and what is happening in the nation is a reflection the people. Whether you distance yourself or insult it... you built it. How you sleep prep your bed na so you go sleep on top am.I am very very sure not outside can help us until we help ourselves first. Atiku as usual will have made pacts and promises to people in position of influence/power.Agreed to some term(s), largely selfish. Same promise and agreement that will be his anchor or brakes as usual when ever he choose to act in the future. Which again is typical of Nigeria. So far the only person who seem to have managed his National affairs with minimal interference na OBJ. Afterwards na from one lord to the other...Nigeria is a complex setting and politicians desperate for power and resources that they have lost any iota of respect for honesty,life and country. It baffles me,why Atiku never drove such economic sense while he was the VP, while being in PDP and when he was in APC ? He had 2 clear opportunities to drive it and garner support for it! He was good at helping Saraki survive the NASS. Why not a bill or action to benefit all. I see the typical political promise and interest loading sha! It applies to all parties... So if they had the fire arms will they have prevented the passengers or will they turn the airport in to a shoot out joint....? I mean I don't get. You people need safety control measures to lock doors or control movement with in the airport. Such that from a central point you deny access via certain doors to the tarmac. Not shoot at them but stop them by denying them access into the tarmac via the exits or entrance. Meanwhile hope three months is enough to teach them how to shoot responsibility o! |

Masama: Violence,hatred and rumor is all over the news,papers,social media,movies, parents ,community etc Always talking,exhibiting,showing or promoting violence !!!! What do you expect...we keep breeding monsters.If not how do you explain a young boy not knowing that violence is not the way to a domestic matter,he could ordinarily report to elders or parents. Where are the African critics to also blast the government for incompetence....I mean with all the US of A powers it happened People think! think!! think !!!We are who we are!!!! Who watched the video...It would seem a typical argument about boys over political relevance rather than campaigning for anyone. The other fellow in white is accusing the the other guy to achieve and be Buhari rather than be an errand person for worthless politicians. It would also seem the other fellow took particular offence to the "Banza" word he used while referring to PMB. He said that to shut the guy up about always feeling successful about other people eg presido while not aspiring to be his own man. I didn't hear campaign there o! neither did anyone mention any thing beyond there personal issues about succeeding in life and there relevance in society. 2 Likes |

I am from the North and I Seriously hate and despise the north fro the blood letting at every instance. The positions of the Gov. if actionable is a welcome development.It would seem some people and so called traditional leaders,youth leaders etc. have turn themselves into useless blood suckers.They will covertly instigate and carry out the attacks or counter attacks only to later attend peace meetings advocating otherwise. When some people have died already and can not be saved. I say all violence should be met with Justice,all the guilty from foot soldier to leader...Ensure they don't just pay they hang for it.Forget politics.... A simple technology is to use Ariel and street video surveillance during unrest to capture, ID and prosecute any participant after every crisis.After all in other climes during riots and others ,government is able to ID people and try them even after the chaos. We should adopt same especially in the North. May God punish them blood filthy murderers and there so called leaders who ask for blood at any slight issue.Karma ensure they suffer as the victims. I am freaking tired of the violence up North... All the stupid misguided folks killing as if it were nothing! |

revolt: That's your opinion which is wrong. He has a title that makes Daura people also respect and answer to him in there affairs. Which if you look at means they are his people now. Don't always look at it from one side. As a noble and a title holder it also means he has a say in the affairs of the emirate. As his people they also have to respect him as a leader and a noble.Which is a good thing and more influence to his person. He is accepted as one of there own,not as a captured slave but a noble man of repute. Which some Daura people do not have or will never have until they die despite there being natives of the Emirate. So his place is not of servitude but a bridge builder,respect and leadership.If you have a good look at it. He has just added his influence and his domain. If tomorrow say a SE or Abian has an issue or needs support of the emirate.Someone like Kalu can build the link more easily.So think straight . |

Alot of royalty today may have being the strongest amongst there peers or good leaders that people look up to and over time there children have turn to become royalty.They all started from nothing.Its about the people and a tradition. A Dogari once assigned can be of the royal court like wise. Its a position that uplifts in society and not equivalent to slave status. If you no sabi something say it. Try also to study your history books especially of Nigeria. Alot of good stuff there and something to be proud about in our different cultures. The intention is good and noble. Nothing sinister in it. Except for folks like you who are hell bent on a divide rather than a bridge. |

annnikky: Its not an insult,it closely translate to genius or talented or gifted... A mistake is there in the spelling Baiwa and not Baiwan as alone. The so called translator missed it up trying to mislead. the pronunciations and context often state the difference. The OP just used his negative mind to swing to its other context. Eg. Dan marayan Jos was said to have the Baiwa of music using the single string instrument. It never meant slave but talent or gifted. If you think about it closely No sane Emir or person will Turban a slave. Considering its made for the noble folks. So it would be silly for an Emir to sit and turban a slave with a Slave title using Royal atire .Which will personally be an insult to there own atire and symbol of royalty. 2 Likes |
