So let's start with your statement on morality.

You presumed humans had their morality evolved [s](even tho there is no fact on this but I will ignore for now)[/s].

Now for there to be morality there also has to be "reason". I.e the ability to make rational decisions for the benefit of one another.

Now according to the theory of evolution, animals and humans all came from one source before there was a long process of separation into species.

Now answer me these questions:
(Now keep in mind your definition of morality has to do with things we prevent in order not to cause harm or hurt others)

yes other animals have morals. There are scientific papers written by ethologist to prove animals have morals also.
Examples of this include food-sharing in chimpanzees, bonobos and monkeys, Field studies and research center have demonstrated that in such gatherings, Animal X will quit doing favors for Animal Y in the event that it detects that creature Y often neglects to give back in kind.
lets leave primate and talk about other animals for example bats, Females would share food with their friends , if after a night of hunting the friend was unable to make any catch. and for the most part the friend will respond in kind at different occasions; yet when an individual neglects to respond, others become progressively hesitant to go to her aid when she is in need again. Through these, natural selection will act.

2. Why did humans evolve faster in reasoning faculties than other species of animals?

humans aren't the only intelligent animals. Numerous different animals, for example, primates, dolphins, and a few others are incredibly smart. They simply have various methods for demonstrating it. With respect to why not all animals developed to be as keen as us, a major factor is large brain. Enormous brain alone can't think that its a bear assault, or assist you with pursuing down prey. Science shows that land animal diversity was stable for millions of years before man came along, now an example will be Wolves, now we know for an example, wolves hurt and murder each other, these creatures were here before man yet they have refused to evolve their reasoning faculties to the point where they can establish laws to restrain such acts.

4. How come humans, (they said came from apes) came after millions of years and just so quickly we were able to evolve a lot faster? With our reasoning, we can adapt better and fend off all types of enemies with the weapons we create. (All animals cant fend off all their enemies.)

For the same reason that birds didn’t develop tentacles, or elephants armored exoskeletons: during their evolutionary descent genetic changes did not occur that would have not only have allowed for the acquisition of either by descendant generations but also conferred an increase in fitness with respect to environment at the time such a change arose, allowing it to selected for and become fixed in the population genome.

But wait there is a caveat here to the last question. Evolution is as a result of adaptation to the environment in order to survive. But science shows us that animals are better at surviving their environment naturally while we humans cant just survive naturally naked. We have to use our reasoning faculties for example to make clothes to survive harsh environments (animals dont need to do that). We create footwears for our feets not to hurt or get injured- but animals dont need to do that.

Because we have evolved that way already! you sound like someone who does not understand natural selection.

okay let me try and make this easy for you, it seems you are not well vast in the theory of evolution. When animals evolve , they continue in the line in which they evolved. For example, line evolved to walk on land, there would not be any evolutionary reason for them to begin to fly. our ancestors had began the journey of intelligence, then we would surely go down that path.

our morality is innate in us. we evolved with it. let me try and break it down for you, we evolved morality so ass not to cause pain to our neighbors, I would not want to do a particular action to my neighbor so as not to see him feel bad. it is just naturally ingrained in us.
