ZUBY77: Try Monte Carlo at brown and brown street, independence layout. I know the owner personally and the standard is of European four stars. I have been there three times. There is also Toscana which doubles as a night club and big resturant with swimming pool. I m not sure of the price cos i have never slept there.

I passed there on my way to site @ Akwakuma early in d morning after & was shocked @ d size of the tree. The diameter of its girth wld be about some 10ft! termites had eaten up a large hole in Its root & base so the tree fell being unable to support its own weight. The storm that night wasn't really heavy.
My question is, how come a tree of that size be in the middle of town & by the road side yet the town development authorities never knew?
May the dead RIP. But me thinks it shldnt hav bn a disaster!

While we were growing up in those days, there was more light, ready pottable water in the mains, nothing like pure water, getting employed ws easier, govt were less selfish & pple were commensurately saner. the epiphany of 'Agbo-jedi' is just a reflection of where we are as a pple & how hard our 'reverse gear' had worked.
