As if the IG is not aware that his men are so shameless and corrupt.
Is he not the one that creates the enabling conditions for bribe taking in the Police force?
Policies such as the ban on the use tinted glass vehicle with unclear terms are clear enablers for bribe.
The recent mandate to demand reciepts for plate no. by police (even for vehicles that were bought over 10yrs ago) at almost all check point is also a good enabler for bribe. I wonder what they intend to achieve with that.
For me, it is very easy to address corruption in the Police force.; I believe the IG, AIGs, Commissioners, and DPOs knows what to do, however they would not do nothing because (and I believe) they all have their shares in the loot. What a shame!!!

I have never felt comfortable to use most of this Naija our online markets. Unfortunately the basic naija buisness culture is not customer oriented.

Please people should be careful of these sort of adverts, that has all features of SCAM!!. How can someone offer to give 30gig data for only 2k when he does not own any network? I can bet anything that this is a cheap SCAM.

Can any one clarify me on the charging principle on the Blackberry Z10 plan?
I migrated recently from Blackberry Torch to the new Blackberry Z10 platform and ever since then my airtime hardly ever last, even though I paid and subscribed to the Blackberry service on Etisalat network.
Aside from the subscription, I often load credit on my phone to the tune of 3k and sometimes up to 5k. This hardly ever last more than one week even I rarely make calls.
I thought pinging is part of the weekly or monthly BB subscription.
I don’t understand, can some one please educate me on the billing principle, especially on Etisalat. Does this also apply to other network?
