On my way going to Niger state to buy beans and some grains, I noticed some strange things on the road which is never happened before in the country;

1. After mokwa going to makera, kotangora side around 8pm in the night, all the villages along that makera road were blocked by youth of each village, all bus, vehicles, trailers were searching and looking for fulani people, if you're Fulani, you are gone.

2. Each village formed vigilante group which contains youth with local guns and AK47 guns in their hand

3. I saw war, violence in their face

4. After I reached market in this morning, the market was not as it was before, the price of grains was scarocket, beans I bought 25k last week, I bought it 32k5

5. Most of the bag in the market are not as it was before, before, the bags contain 64 or 65 mudu but now it is either 60 or 61 mudu, I noticed this last time I bought my last market

6 My obversation today with those southern that are living in that state is that, if all southern can cooperate and reject their prices and stop buying the grains, the price will come down. I heard that in bodija market, they rejected their beans I don't know how true is this information.

7. @sheriff, please come and put more light on this issue, because we are going to suffer in this country in this year because is too early for the beans to go up like this, for this month of January, we suppose to buy beans at the rate of 15k

situation is calm now....

Have you even asked to know what farmers invest in the cost on production?
cost of everything is on the rise- chemicals, seedlings,Trucks and almost everything.
As a farmer,I think a 100kg bag of beans should be sold for nothing less than 20k anytime,any day unless the government effectively work on helping farmers.

As you want to make something out of your business, people in the city wants it cheap too but farmers have got to make a life for themselves too...

your land looks fertile...
make sure your Soybeans shouldn't be the one harvested during raining season last year...such is only good for oil production not as seedlings.. it won't germinate well...

I picked up the sim pack and my I.d card went for retrieval.To my utmost surprise I was told the information of the sim is not mine ..was even shown the picture and I confirmed it to be true...
