I've been able to sleep only on my right side for more than a week now.
Whenever I turn to the left, it feels like everything in my tummy follow including my baby and maybe placenta sef and intestine join, and in no time the baby will start kicking and hiccups will follow Asif he isn't comfortable. And me too, I won't be able to breath well again. It gets me scared so I will immediately move back to the right side and nothing of such happens.

Imagine just sleeping on one side for more than a week.. I can't even explain d discomfort. My whole right side is on a freezing mode 24/7.
I complained to my doctor and he said it's all normal and I should just manage for now .
How do I manage this pain what can i do. Please who has been in my shoes before.

Try putting a pillow, big one not small one between your knees when sleeping and see if it's changes.Yiu can use additional pillows at your back and to support your belly to see if it's helps.

Thing is, no matter how painful the war may be for Russia, Putin would not withdraw now. It will be extremely shameful after loosing resources and men to make a point.

Ukraine though will be far worse off, as once a war is being fought in your fort, you've lost. Everything.

The EU and other parts of the world would also gradually feel the effects. It would be okay if Russia was not significant to world economy like Iraq or Egypt. This time around, it's a country that has the resources that people need to run their lives.

I do understand this woman, and the truth is that nothing will ever change that type of man, not even his mother.

I believe it's because the basic recipe has been adulterated over time. I've tried some and the additives in them make them not to even taste like yaji. Things like tumeric, nutmeg, etc have no place in yaji.

The simpler the recipe (peppers, ginger, cloves, salt and seasoning cubes with kuli kuli) all well dried and in the right proportion is best.

Truly it's not looking like June is far at all. I'm feeling the pressure and I know from experience that we don't have time at all May Allah make it easy for us all till the end of this journey and after it.

Does it really matter if people include other items, as far as the food is there for us to see? I think it reflects more on what you as the viewer is thinking rather than what the posters wanted to achieve.

If someone posts rice with car key to form, but you as the viewer ignore the key and comment on the food, you've denied that person the attention they seek and that's the sweetest revenge, just like ignoring trolls makes them to fizzle out gradually.

Not everyone does it on purpose though. I've never posted food pics, but when I take pictures, I usually don't care about whatever is in the background except it's incriminating. And I love to
eat while on my phone or laptop, so those may appear. I won't discard a good picture just because of a key or phone or whatever.

Anyway, to each person is his/her own. What really matters is the intention and you can't know that unless you ask, and even then, you may never get the truth so ignoring is the best.

Thanks for the reminders. Also, it pays to ignore these online trolls because the attention is what they want.

Besides, it's easy to avoid eating and drinking consciously for a day or two. Doing the same for 29 or 30 consecutive days though, that's where you get tested because it can be challenging.

Taking milk makes me thirsty. As Ramadan goes on, I find it easier to go on if I take only pap or water, then heavy food once in a while.
