I think we should all calm down and wait for the school to have it's say before people start having hypertension. With whatever score you have whethere 90% or 60% pray for God's favor, cos that's the only thing that can help man. |
Gud day everyone. Any nursing aspirant in the house? |
Ormotosho:What of ur pin, and other details of the result checker? |
Do we even know if they'll use the DE results or they just used us as ATM? It is well wt us |
greatguru22:Thanks for the info, I appreciate this year's method cos it gives more oppotunity for people to be admitted on merit and not just due to long legs like b4. Did they tell you about probable cut-offs for each course or just once you get above 60% one is qualified? |
I'm sure the woman is not a registered nurse, probably one of the quacks Drs use in their private hospitals who go about wearing white claiming to be nurses and destroying nursing image. The newspapers should also find about the so- called nurses identity before claiming a nurse did something, not everyone you see wearing white and claims to be nurses are nurses, especially in most private hospitals. There are lots of quacks everywhere. SAY NO TO QUACKERY, the quack nurses are a menace to the populace, yet some incompetent Drs use them in their mushroom clinics to save money by paying a token to these quacks at the expense of the patient's health. May God help us |
greatguru22:Haba, this matter should be allowed to die a natural death. I know you were trying to help, but seriously most of your comments apart from a few always seem to have polite insults and some form of grandiosity, although you won't accept that fact. I was sincerely wondering what sort of person you are. Gud to hear you had an amazing result, above 80% I guess. May God help us all |
Lolz, Greatguru vs Eniola season 1. How was the exam o? Best of luck to us all. @ OAU's head girl lolz, yh, I'm going in for nursing. Greet the head boy for me |
A couple of hours to the D- day. I wish us all best of luck. I'm thinking we could share knowledge on current affairs, there are some things a particular person might not know, which another one would supply and could be helpful tommorow |
I heard aspirants who chose uniilorin as 2nd choice - referring to DE studts are not invited for the post utme since the form is fixed on 1st choice. What's your take on this? Or what advice would you give. I heard this rule was made last year too, but I'm not sure if anyone who chose them as 2nd choice had been able to successfully reg and write the exam. I need civil and helpful responses please. |
@Op, please I heard that those who chose uniilorin as 2nd choice reffering to DE candidates will not be allowed to register or write the post utme, how true is this? Or what do you know about this? |
I'll also like to know what communication skill, and general paper will likely entail. People should please reply to this. No one can be sure but let's share our views |
Periactin is an antihistamine, also anticholinergic drug. It risk mostly used to treat allergies such as hay fever, it can be used to prevent migraine, etc. It can lead to weight gain by stimulating appetite, so it's not the drug itself that cause weight gain but the food you eat due to increased appetite. So u using the drug and seeing no difference is cos you ain't using the drug for what it's mostly used for, and cos u think it's the drug that'll make you put on which is a wrong assumption ![]() Don't use drugs to try and gain weight. There are loads of natural ways to gain wgt, keep in mind it takes time and not an overnyt thing. The most effective way is eating healthy diet, build ur appetite.increase us intake of carbohydrate, protein, lot's of vegetables, healthy fat, bananas, lots of fruits, drink water. Enough Rest and sleep, eat light food right before sleeping at nyt. In no time u'll see the difference, don't go for junk foods though, eat healthy. |
Taking bribes doesn't have to do with the profession. The greatest problem facing Nigeria is corruption. It's everywhere even in the home. I know of some primary healthcare centres where soap, detergents are taken from women who register for ante-natal, the govt doesn't supply these, they barely even supply drugs and needed materials, I'm sure the nurses aren't expected to use their salaries in buying these things.I don't know what the money they are collecting is for anyway, the people involved are in the best position to answer that. |
