Potty trained my son at 2yrs old when he could say pee pee and poo. It took me 3days. Just wait for him to want to poo or pee and shout no no no, Good boys pee pee in potty potty. It was in summer. Cos he had to play around the house without his pant on so I can see when pee pee is comming.

Need it for a small pastry shop. Is it possible to get a place where such business can run for 200k rent per year? I live in Garki and don't want to do business too far from home.

What about MILs that move into sons house and wants to run it? What should the DIL do? Some men just don't know how to control their mothers doings in their own homes.

@ Ayobami I learnt those white particles in the baby's moth are trush. They are there because the baby' imune system is weak for now. They are normal in babies but not so in adults that's why its common with AIDS patients. Anyway, there are creams that could be prescribed by your doctor to be rubbed on baby4 tongue and around his mouth to help fight it.
A baby that is not having breast milk may not poo for two days but if it goes beyound 3 go see your pediatrician. For me I used a small eyedrop bottle (see pic below) fill with lukewarm boiled water and pump in baby's bum don't pump air in while doing it don't put more than 3 table spoons of water I think that bottle contains like 3 tablespoons of water max.Not everyone welcomes this idea but it worked for me and my babies.
Babies can get Eczema my son did when he was 2mos old. There are medications your doctor can give you.
For diaper rash, pls make sure baby's bum is dry before placing diaper. If possible clean, pat dry with towel or tiSsue or even airdry if weather allows and then rub ori(shea butter)pls buy shea butter that is clean if you want to use for babay like the packed one I use at home pic also below.

@ Ayorbami, I think I know what you are talking about. Its normarl for some babies to get shocked out of their sleep it happens especcialy if baby sleeps on her back.
Ans it causes them to wake up too soon. Try swadling your baby with cotton cloth like the pic below. It keeps her from sudden jerks and makes her feel warm ,d restricted like in the womb. Not all babies like to be tied down while awake, best bet is to swadle just as she wants to sleep.
For water, baby of 3mos does not need too much water maybe like 30 to 60 mil per day depending on the season. To know if baby is dehydrated, glide your finger through the soft spot on her head. If the spot is hollow and sunken then baby is dehydrated. A well hydrated baby will have his soft spot high as the other hard bones of the skull around it.
Water cannot fatten a baby. Baby needs his food every 3hrs until around 3 mos. Don't allow a new born to sleep for long strerches without her food. Wake her up every 3hrs and feed even at night untill she is 3mos old at least.it helps her grow.

WeLl if Nigeria was not too barbaric I would suggest a well planned peaceful protest. Get the press involved, get some human rihts lawyers, get some student union leaders and go to military headquaters in the state and sit in front of it with placards. Do you know the soldiers that did it? As in can you identify them.
Down side? Soldiers may brutalize you guys and kill again. Second peaceful option? Leave it to God.

Dear OP those that hurt you are living their lives. I know its hard to deal with that longing for love in your heart. I as a child used to think my mom hated me. She abused us physically and pshycologically tOo. She blamed us in her heart for all the stress dad put on her. NwokEm you are right there but not 100% sha. I guess where she is from women are empowered and do not need to take abuse from spouses. If she was from one obscure village with parents poor as church rat and women treated a lil lower than cows I will understand she has nowhere to run to. Scene two, your daughter marries a guy who tells her she must quit her job and stay at home to look after the kids. She does everything to keep the home happy while he does little or nothing phySically or emotionally to run the home cos he is rich and thinks his money will keep her shut. If she gets tired and decides to leave will you not think its only fair for her to get as much as she can get from him? Hell if he was abusive like many nigerian men are then by all means let her get a million bucks for each slap, verbal insult and what Ever else she endured.

Every baby is different. My first would not sleep on his back at all he also used to chock on his food if placed on his back cos of refluxon his tummy it just falls from his mouth. But, slept well on his stomach. it was scary at first what with all that SIDS stories. I monitored him constantly untill he started turning on his own from back to stomach and vice versa. While my daughter would NEVER sleep on her stomAch. In short she would not sleep unless she was swaddled. Those of you with kids that don't sleep for up to 3hrs at a stretch try swaddling it saved my life. At 3mos my son slept for 9hrs straight but daughter woke up every 3hrs untill 9 months now she is one and is sleeping better. She uses the pacifier and can say bye bye, hello, calls my sister and the security by name and also says take, No and see. She walked early 10mos While my son walked on the very day he clocked 1 kids are different and unique.
