I dont know why here in Owerri FUTO to be precise intending jambites are asked to bring money to secure a spot in the school. Its so bad that it seems what you know doesn't matter as much as how much you are willing to spend.
My younger brother on the day of the post UME exam was told at the exam venue with the rest of the candidates that they should pay 70k or they fail and now it seems he was told to pay 150k to secure admission. He is in Ph and it seems like an uphill task opening the FUTO website to check his result after buying their scratch card. I miss the Good old days where all a student has to do is study hard pass your SSCE and JAMB and then you enter the university.

Why are some women here blaming the poor woman? How did she cause the problem. should she have been rude and strict with the mother inlaw? I see no wrong in allowing mama feel free in her son's home I believe the problem lies with the hubby. He should be man enough to shield his wife from a hateful mother. Why is it that in Nigeria people expect the woman to endure abuse from the inlaws? why should it be the wife always bending to accommodate the other members of her extended family? cant the hubby's family see that the wife is also human and deserves peace of mind in her home? The case here is clear. Mama wants to frustrate the wife and any rule placed in the house by the wife would have resulted in conflict between mama and wife taking the wife back to square one.
The husband should try to make life easy for his mother and wife since he has decided to put the two of them under the same roof.

Fakebook at times. Finaly I lost my mom. She died yesterday and the pain is sooo great. She was the only surviving parent we had she was strong for me and my siblings. Since yesterday I have no reason to move on in life anymore all I did these past years was done to make her proud and happy among her fellow women. She came visiting and complained of cold headache and fever she was vommiting and realy weak and 2 weeks latter she got worse in the hospital she suffered and then to worsen it all we lost her. we prayed and fasted while the doctors worked on her for weeks she was sick and now we have to face the world alone.

Eh eh me me me me pick me I am a big FAN and AIRCONDITION of patience.

It was kidnapped by our Igbo brothers and D-banj no wan pay ransome.

OH that day when there will be churches in city centars of kano, Kaduna and such muslim states and the days when christians will be able to hold crusades publicly without moslem touts disrupting and claiming lives.

Like Tudor, I prefere a drunk driver to die alone sha if someone has to die in that accident. Imagine your mother killed by a drunk driver on the street would'nt you shout hallelujha if the driver died alone and your relation or friend survives the ordeal?

Anyway drunk or not drunk Dagrin was loved by people and to them its a big loss and I sympatize with them. And the hospital abi doctor insisting on feeding someone that cannot keep food down na wa for am o. Even pregnant women in mornning sickness are given drip talkless of person wey dey bleed from brain. And all those saying doctors are not negligent in nigeria I seriousely pray that your turn will come oneday soon. Wether the accident was caused by neglligence on the part of the victim or not it doesnt mean that the quality of treatment given to a patien should be determined by what or who was at fault. No be to neglect patient then ask im mama or family say wetin make am drive drunk in the first place come dey carry cry come disturb their day.

Once my 1 year old son was sick and I took him to see the doctor. The doctor who was alone on duty in the whole hospital just walked past us got into his car and drove off when the nurses tried to call him after 1 hr of waiting he anserwed and said he was eating and doesnt want to be disturbed he later decided not to pick the calls again when he came back my mom wanted to tear him appart. Just imagine if it was an emergency he would be at home eating after just ressuming his shift 2 hrs ago that day.

On the other hand there are some good and hard working doctors here in nigeria who listen and communicate with their patients sha and I give kudos to them.

Please house does anyone know of good courier service company in belgrade?(Serbia). I want to get somethings from there but I dont know if there are good air freight services operating from belgrade to nigeria .

If you were a faithful and hardworking hubby and dad then its her loss. It hurts but you can move forward with the help of good friends who will take your mind off her with wholesome activicties.  I went through something like this once. Though, I wasnt married to him he told me that he never realy loved me and that he was after my friend and then just derailed towards me and brings his new girlfriend and kisses her in front of me to drive home the point .
