OP, it would have been more balanced if you showed various representative parts of Aba. If it was all bad, then I'd agree. As it is, we've seen only one part.

There are parts of New York, London, Berlin, Shanghai, Lagos that are as horrid and blighted as this, but the conclusion that these cities were dirty all over would not be accurate.

this is really scary and heart breaking. Aba is a city booming with entrepreneurs and technocrats. It would have been better if the devil governed this state rather than TA orji. I've been to Aba several times. I tell u I was so moved a tear dropped from my eyes in the bus.

but I also blame Abians, especially those in Aba. if the governor is not ready to give you infrastructure, can't u guys organize yourselves, pool resources together to even grade some of the roads?( tarring roads here are even a luxury)

It seems I'm now believing the Members of the House of Reps more than our Senators. Hadn't been Saraki was the Speaker and tries what he's trying in the Senate floor, in the House chambers, I believe he would have been laid to rest by now. The Party has the SAY on who is to be the Majority Leader and all that, all the Senate President or House Speaker has to do is just announce the list submitted by the Party.

Ahmad Ali, who was the Former Chairmen (7th) House Committee on Justice was asked to leave the House of Reps and contest (Kwara) State House of Assembly Seat. He won and he was eventually made the Speaker. Who aided that? The Chief Godfather of Kwara Politics (Saraki). He believes in imposition in his State but doesn't believe in it at the Central because it wouldn't favour him.

As usual, PDPians would invade this thread and commend the duo (Saraki and Dogara). My question for you guys is: "Did Tambuwal refuse to announce the names submitted to him by PDP in 2011 as Principal Officers?" If NO, then y'all (TANdroids) should shut that bleep!

When the funding from the federation account is cut off, how will you pay salaries? How will you build roads, schools, hospitals? How will you buy food? It's easy to talk of "human resources" but those take DECADES to develop to a point where you can do without commodity resource income. See how just a brief dip in global oil prices has caused salaries to go unpaid and projects stalled across the land, leading to mass suffering. If the SS were to suddenly stop receiving federal money, it would be absolute chaos there.
