MosakuAW:BRF? So you believed Buhari has trust on any Yorubawa, even to clean Buhari's shoes? Saraki's name sounds like Yorubawa, that's all the brouhaha about senate. |
Truckpusher:... yet some zombies do not support actualization of Biafra. If Biafra leaves Nigeria, BH shall automatically stop, because BH is fighting to impose sharia criminal laws upon all in a country it operates. Some zombies do not understand that Muslim north indirectly drew the borders of its new sharia country when the 12 northern states adopted use of sharia criminal laws and courts. |
It is certain. Lesbianism originated from wicked women. Wicked women who believed that denying men sex is a way of raising women's standard, and a way to make men suffer with lust. But man on fellow man, I just can't explain how it began. Perhaps, men who also wanted to pay women in bad coin regarding sexual relationship. |
Bugatie:I de your side. There are too many softies and sweeties yelling to be serviced by thick bony men, so what on earth can attract son of man to a fellow man's nyash? Madness? |
nextstep:The Op Macmillan or what is he called had bad belle regarding his Aba pictures. He has something else to achieve, not just exposition of ills of a society. Worse, his story was not balanced, therefore, he is a crude and amateur story teller. |
Macmilla:You must be the type that cannot even tell himself a simple truth. It's impossible that there are no good things the last governor did in Aba. |
Lildreezy:In many Igbo states, many from the state capital seriously believe that the state capital is the state - any other places in the state are mere bush areas that must remain bushy. Just imagine Aba that was already a mega city when Umuahia was a small semi-urban town. Umuahia is now urbanizing and modernizing many times more than Aba. Worse, Aba area is what makes Abia an oil producing state. |
Two states in the southeast - Abia and Imo - with the same old story, their trickish state governors reduce the states and evelopment in them to only the state capitals. Now an Aba man is gov of Abia state, there may be changes |
Deltagiant:Different tools from war to achieve peace in a country is dialogue like the last National Conference. But the Buhari clan will not touch the recommendations of the last CONFAB with a long spoon, and wouldn't bother to stage another conference for political restructuring and reformation. The Buhari clan holds strongly to the existing political structure created to favour the north by northern soldiers. |
Leaders of 12 northern states cultivated Boko Haram when they adopted use of sharia criminal laws beginning 2000. Shortly after Muslims leaders of the 12 northern states adopted use of sharia criminal laws, Boko Haram emerged and has maintained that it is fighting for a country governed by sharia criminal laws. Ihejirika and Nigeria Army fought the Boko Haram menacing Nigeria. Northern Muslims leaders who share same objective with Boko Haram are merely deceiving Amnesty international. |
Why disgrace these ones that agreed to go to s school by showing their faces in bad light in public? Kano governors, more so, the last, think more of sharia criminal codes for all of Nigeria than education for Kano youths. |
PMB, Sharia criminal laws mongers are out to rubbish your tenure and rubbish Nigeria as they did in the last decade. They have started in Kano state where they recently sentenced many Nigerians to death. PMB, rise up from prayers and also condemn sharia criminal law mongers, because prayers without good works are nullity.
|
ochejoseph:Before it gets too late, please ask Buhari to intervene to stop use of sharia criminal laws to condemn Nigerians to death - like Kano state clandestinely did a few days ago. before this southern people .......https://thepeoplesrepublicofsouthnigeria./2012/03/ .. spring into action. Between Nigeria's justice system and northern Nigerian Muslim's sharia criminal justice system - which shall Nigeria choose? Nigeria under unitary govt system cannot use multi-criminal justice systems.
|
But what is President Buhari doing on this: must Nigerians - majority of whom are ignorant of the differences between sharia CIVIL laws and sharia CRIMINAL laws - be defrauded by sharia criminal laws mongers who want to have a second criminal justice system in Nigeria of multi-religious faiths? Sharia criminal laws have never been allowed in Nigeria's constitution; but sharia civil laws have since been allowed in Nigeria's constitution. Any use of sharia criminal laws in any part of Nigeria is like having two countries in one Nigeria. |
But how come use of Sharia criminal codes crept up again in the north as soon as Buhari became president of Nigeria? A few days ago, a Kano Sharia criminal court sitting in secrete location sentenced 9 Nigerians to death for blasphemy. |
PMB, as you pray, what is your stance on this: Use of sharia criminal justice system has just resurrected in Kano since Buhari became President, as about 9 persons were sentenced to death by a Kano sharia criminal court a few days ago? Local and International condemnations in 2000 made 12 northern states stop talking of using sharia criminal justice system. One Nigeria under PMB is not guaranteed if any section of the country continues to employ another unconstitutional justice system, including sharia criminal justice system that includes stoning women to deaths for adultery, death sentence for blasphemy, cutting off fingers of petty thieves, etc. |
It must be illegal offence to do courier service without license. Those involved should have been prosecuted, not just this pat on the back of go and sin no more. |
As Okupe parks away from Aso Rock, Nigeria is getting nastier. Now that we have PMB, Kano state has re-introduced unconstitutional use of sharia criminal justice system in Nigeria. A Kano Sharia criminal court sentenced 9 people to death for blasphemy a few days ago. Sharia civil laws are part of Nigeria's constitution, but sharia criminal laws like sentencing women to death for adultery, for blasphemy, cutting off hands of petty thieves, etc., are not. Sharia criminal justice system in Nigeria was last contested in the last decade when Sani Yerima, then governor of Zamfara state introduced the use of sharia criminal laws in the north which then spread to 12 northern states. OBJ called it political sharia and hoped it would dissipate with time. It did dissipate after fights against it in the north with many deaths, and international condemnations then. In Nigeria of multi-religious faiths practicing unitary government system, no section of the country can use a different criminal justice system other than the criminal justice system in the country's constitution. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/185661-kano-sharia-court-sentences-9-to-death-for-blasphemy.html

I’ll make Naira equal in value to dollar, says Buhari on March 23, 2015 / in News 8:31 pm Owerri – The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, on Monday said he would ensure that the Naira was equal to the dollar in value, if voted into office. Buhari stated this during the South-East presidential rally of the party at Dan Anyima Stadium, Owerri.buhari-Naira “It is sad that the value of the naira has dropped to more than N230 to one dollar; this does not speak well for the nation’s economy,’’ he said. He urged the people to vote for APC, noting that he would ensure that corruption was tackled headlong if elected. Okorocha said Buhari would address the problem of electricity, bring back the kidnapped Chibok girls and promote industrial growth. The rally was attended by APC supporters from Abia, Ebonyi, Anambra, Enugu and Imo. (NAN) - See more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/03/ill-make-naira-equal-in-value-to-dollar-says-buhari/#sthash.1NLy6pqC.dpuf Since Buhari came to office, he had met with leaders of the G-7, including the now regarded as queen of Europe which Buhari nicknamed President Michelle of West Germany. The Naira continues to slide down against other foreign currencies. |
Jacide:PMB wants to go and parley with Obama next July. Perhaps PMB wants to ask Obama to make N1=$1 Big man talk to fellow big man: PMB may ask President Michelle of W. Germany to influence Obama to help make N1=$! |
Op and title: Is N225 against Dollar? Pound. Or Yen? |
ArchEnemy:So if the husband has another Miss or Mrs that services him which made him ignore his wife, the wife must therefore forget sex in order to protect her home? That's not a good advice. When a home is no more good for any of the partners in a marriage, it's no more a home. She must have sat down to discuss the mater with her husband before coming to NL. |
"....the Senate not only rejected the party’s choice of candidates for Senate president and deputy, it also rejected the party’s list for other principal officers. The gangrene has spread to the House." ......................This is the crux of the matter. matter is that APC officials are non democrats if they insist that they must choose officials of the country's legislature because APC controls the majority in the legislature. In a democracy, the legislature through its officials checkmates the executive arm of govt. So If APC officials choose the officials of the legislature, they have made the head of the executive - the president - a dictator. |
NgeneUkwenu:Was Senator Ndume ever convicted? Nigeria is gradually becoming a country with gross sympathy for Islamic sharia criminal justice system which BH says it is fighting for. |
MosakuAW:In bold: But did you expect Buhari to intervene in NASS problems? Chai, you are a true pro-dictatorship. Buhari is heading the executive arm of govt that is to be checkmated by the legislative arm, if ever Buhari gets involved in deciding who heads the principal officers of the legislature, dictatorship of the Buhari executive shall ruin democracy in Nigeria. |
donphilopus:in bold: you are preaching like you were born and fed under military dictatorship. It's the legislators' duty to choose their majority leader, as well as other principal officers of the legislature. The legislature acts as check and balance to the executive. Party leaders are mostly sympathetic to the executive; so having party leaders choose legislative officers is like making the legislature a rubber stamp for the executive, and thus encourage dictatorship of the executive. |
Enyeama needs not reply those who pretend that nothing is wrong with scheduling an international football competition in a city that in the recent past witnessed several bombings by religious extremists. If the Eagles went to play there and wahala comes up, their rescue team may deliberately get stuck up like this.
|
pus11:pus11, you are a rare and enlightened Omo Yooba. |
Enyeama must stand his ground: in the presence of other venues in Nigeria, why must the Super Eagles be taken to play in an area where terrorism holds sway? |
totima:In bold: Help - as you are doing now through tantrums - to create your envisaged broke, empty, typical nation - Biafra. Then go and rest. Let the people in the new nation struggle in poverty in the country they are proud to call theirs. |
ROSSIKE:States suffer as a result of dip in national revenues because Nigeria foolishly stick to a worsening type of unitary government system - a system that makes Nigerians - mostly people like you - refuse to work to generate money to develop their areas; instead they depend on monthly revenues from Abuja sourced mainly from crude oil. Ever heard of Ethiopia? Not long ago, Ethiopia was begging for food aid, it was one of the world's poorest and politically unstable countries. Then it practiced Nigeria's present form of unitary govt system; until a few years ago, Ethiopia embraced true and fiscal federalism. A few years after and today, Ethiopia is one of the fastest growing economies and most politically stable countries in Africa. Fulani and Yoruba refuse fiscal federalism in Nigeria because they mostly believe that south south and southeast are conquered areas that must be exploited. |
Demdem:But this does not blight the fact that no forward-looking person may like to share one country with someone like you. Why don't you retire to a Yoruba thread - talk about Yoruba ordeal in Nigeria and how to free your Yoruba from that ordeal - or perhaps, you foolishly believe that Yoruba gained from one Nigeria more than it would have gained if it declared Oduduwa Republic in 1967. |
