AFTER GEJ DON ACCEPT DEFEAT BAH? PDP IS JUST KIDDING grin
GEJ accepting defeat after election and the judiciary upholding the rule of law - they are two things that are poles apart from each other.

INEC has done its job. The Judiciary must do its own also.

Is anybody in charge of Nigeria? GEJ said he is tired after being in govt for 16 years.

Someone was accused of not having adequate certificates, was accused of swearing falsehood under oath - but no government agencies investigated that. Instead, private people had to finance going to court to find out the truth.

Is anybody in charge in Nigeria to fish out who killed this lady? This is EVIL.

May her soul rest in peace.

Well, people know that Fulani are most vindictive in nature. Fulani is unforgiving. Any region that did not vote for Buhari must not expect anything good from his presidency.

My Igbo people please see a sample of what is making the Yorubas very angry with us:

1. I WILL ELEVATE EZE NDIGBO TO THE STATUS OF OBA OF LAGOS - JIMI AGBAJE.

2. IGBO WILL DETERMINE WHO RULES LAGOS- IFEANYI UBAH

3. LAGOS IS NO MAN'S LAND.- IFEANYI UBAH DURING TAN CAMPAIGN.

4. IGBO DEVELOPED AND CONTROL LAGOS- JIMI AGBAJE DURING GEJ CAMPAIGN IN AKWA IBOM

5. WE MUST PRODUCE THE NEXT DEPUTY GOVERNOR OF LAGOS- EZE NDIGBO

MY QUESTIONS TO IGBOS,

1. CAN OBI OF ONITHSA ACCEPT ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED?

2. CAN EMIR OF KANO ACCEPT ....?

3. DO YOU HAVE ANY SINGLE TRIBE IN YOUR CABINET IN THE EAST?

4. CAN ANY TRIBE CLAIM ONITHSA OR ABA TO BE NO MAN,S LAND?

5. CAN OBI OF ONITHSA ACCEPT THE ELEVATION OF SARKIN HAUSA IN ONITHSA TO OBI STATUS?

.[/size]
@EUROBOMBER,

You know no damn thing about population dynamics. Do you think that about 1000 years ago, Yoruba existed in Lagos?

You're daft. Plain stupid. You've just exhibited ignoramus here.

Perhaps, in the next 1000 years, most, or all the people in Onitsha or Aba may not be Igbo.

Only Fulani/Hausa/kanuri kill both Igbo and Yoruba since the war ended.

I see a generation of youths who are digging their grave,i see a group of babies all over the social media who dont have a foresight of what the future is all about. I see a generation of men and women who will live to regret their actions, all because they couldnt know when to speak and when to apply wisdom.

I see a nation divided, built on hate, developed on ethnic sentiments and driven with tribalism..I dont wish to see the effect of what we are brewing up for our children
I see a nation that will end up being more divided than progressing, all because words were spoken which tore down walls and created rivers without bridges.
In as much as i dont like what the Oba said (IF IT IS EVENTUALLY TRUE). What i dont want to accept is the insult on any other tribe and ethnic group. We refuse to accept and correct our leaders. In years to come, the oba might no longer be there....but the seed of tare you are sowing,be ready to harvest it.
Yes Ibo's have voiced their mind on what the Oba said.....BUT each of you raining insults and provocative words, will one day look back and discover that the society you have is what you built with your words.
There is no doubt, tribalism is a fast growing infection, spreading like wildfire and feasting on the minds of Nigerians.
If we cant help ourselves,we will end up going backwards, even in the face of the best infrastructural development.

The Oba is a mortal, flesh and blood.....not a demigod or the Almighty.
If you are wrong, accept and make amends........THE PEACE OF OUR LAND IS IN OUR HANDS.WITHOUT BOWS AND ARROWS,WE CAN IGNITE WARS OF HATRED NO WATER CAN QUENCH.

NOTE-DONT QUOTE ME FOR ANY SARCASTIC COMMENT,YOU ARE SURELY ON YOUR OWN.

A nation is a country with people who share similar value systems and pursue development goals for all of their country.
Nigeria is not a nation, and can never be. Crude oil and natural gas from one part of Nigeria are what hold Nigerians one.

In which nation can someone like the Oba make such threat he made to others in the same nation? None. We are all deceiving ourselves in pursuit of one Nigeria as a nation.

Every new day brings new realities that we are wasting time.

What is God forbidding about Nigeria breaking up? Did God create Nigeria? No.

You know truly that Nigeria will break up, but you do not want it for now, because you do not want to lose crude oil revenues. But Oba of Lagos and people like you segregate people in Lagos according to tribe.

Any way, you are not to blame with your little intelligence, people from the SS and SE are to blame for continuing to be divided and ruled.
But it is time for the SE to go it alone.
PoliticsRe: Ohanaeze gives Oba of Lagos 48 hours to withdraw threat to Igbos by hansad: 9:38pm On Apr 06, 2015
Only the evidence from these rantings of this Oba of Lagos, as well as evidence that Igbos have been chased away from the north by Boko Haram are enough before the UN to accelerate the birth of an Igbo country.

The Oba of Lagos made his threat in his homestead. Is Lagos part of Igboland? No.

If Igbos cannot see the handwriting on the wall that one Nigeria is falsehood, let the Igbos then continue to be hopping around in other peoples enclaves because of fleeting landed properties and businesses some Igbo have outside Igboland.

Collective efforts by their learned peoples made new countries like East Timorese, countries from ex-Yugoslavia, ex-Soviet Union, South Sudan, etc., free themselves from their former unworkable countries.

Nigeria is unworkable, only those glued to crude oil revenues sit glued to Nigeria.

PoliticsI Have Had Enough, Says Jonathan by hansad(op): 5:43pm On Apr 05, 2015
President Goodluck Jonathan on Sunday looked back at his years of service from being the deputy governor of his home state, Bayelsa, to when he became the country’s President and said, “I think it is enough.”

Jonathan spoke while receiving residents of the Federal Capital Territory who were led by Vice President Namadi Sambo to pay him Easter homage at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The President said he had no doubt that he is the luckiest Nigerian.

He said, “For me as an individual, this Easter coincides with the time I am leaving but I always say that I am one of the luckiest Nigerians. I am yet to see somebody luckier than me.

“From 1999, I was in the hands of government for 16 years. Not just in government as a parliamentarian because if you are a Senator or House of Representatives member, you take care of yourself, you live in your own house.

“I was in a cage, being taken care of by the government. From May 29, 1999 to date; 16 good years. I think it is enough and I am happy, help me to thank God for that.

“I will continue to thank Nigerians for giving me that privilege. I became a deputy governor because Bayelsans voted for me and my governor then. I became a Vice President because Nigerians voted for Yar’Adua and myself.

“I continued in 2011 because Nigerians voted for me and Architect Namadi Sambo. I have to thank all Nigerians. Wherever I will be, I will remain grateful to this great country. Today is a glorious day for me.”

Jonathan said Easter, being a period of sacrifice, Nigerians should be ready to make sacrifice for the survival of the government irrespective of who is the President at a given time.

He said even since his days as deputy governor in his home state, he kept telling people that what he needed from them was patriotism and not loyalty.

He said nation building depends on sacrifice and patriotism.

He cited the examples of soldiers and policemen who he said were dying daily in their fight against Boko Haram in order for others to live.

For the second time, Buhari can't be allowed to smile to power through violence. First time in 1983, Buhari smiled to power after a violent military coup.

PoliticsRe: Buhari’s Last Message To Nigerians Before Election Day (Full Text) by hansad: 9:19pm On Mar 26, 2015

Hope this is the last message Muhammadu Buhari delivers to Nigeria. Under no circumstances can Buhari become president of Nigeria.

Buhari, a retired general, waged a psychological war against Nigerian Army when he told the army and government that fighting terrorists was like fighting north of Nigeria.

That Buhari statement divided Nigerian army and prolonged the war against terrorists. So many lives of soldiers were lost with the divided army.

Let aged Buhari who seems to have lost his memory quit the scene - right now.

Jonathan should forget the core muslim north and south west. From my day to day interaction with them I can conclude that they attach sentiments to politics. When u talk to a south westerner he grumbles that they have nit being appointed to key positions in this government. The core north destroyed this country by institutionalizing corruption. If ur name was not abubakar or Mohammed could you get some jobs, could u rise above a particular level in the civil service. Some of us remember what Nigeria was like in the 80's and 90's when the north held sway. Goodluck is not my ideal candidate to rule this country but my annoyance is this born to rule attitude of the north and west. I also knew it would come to this in 2015. The problems of Nigeria didn't start with Goodluck and won't even end with him. We as Nigerians should have a way of checkmating our leaders, the executive arm of government is not the only problem of this country.the legislature is weak and corrupt likewise the judicial system. The state governors are a topic for another day and some people jeep fooling themselves that Buhari will just come and wave a magic wand and everything would be okay in Nigeria. May God keep us to still be a nation the best thing that would happen to this country is to fall back to the regional system of government let every region sustain itself this same north will still oppose thus idea we can't continue existing as a country where there exits no equity and justice
The sai Buhari noise now is more than the other years because some people in the SW foolishly believe that they are doing piggyback ride on the back of old Buhari to Aso Rock. They believe if Buhari wins, he shall die or retire very soon, so that Osinbajo shall take over. They do not know it is easier said than done. Should a Buhari presidency occur now, the mallams as usual, are so tribalistic that power can never leave mallam hand again - even in the next fifty years.

Nonsense man...he has forgotten when he referred to the north as "fringes"

By the way...from that letter...saying they should maintain the southsouth/Arewa friendship...is he threatening to go to war if he loses or what? Noted!

In fact, i expect the average northerner to know that Gej has failed Nigerians in many ways...security, corruption and ethnic division...

Northerners should not forget how this man treated sanusi lamido, aminu tambuwal and the memory of Northern military rulers that have died.

Sai Buhari
Boko Haram? Your north fetched firewood infested with red ants when its 12 states adopted sharia criminal laws like stoning women to death for adultery, in 2000. Boko Haram emerged latter and says it is fighting for a country friendly with sharia criminal laws. So where is Jonathan culpable there?

Your luck is that more than 90% of Nigerians do not understand the difference between sharia criminal codes and sharia civil codes. Sharia civil codes have been in Nigeria's constitution all along. But sharia criminal codes are not in the constitution.

Your 12 states breached the constitution of Nigeria when it adopted shari criminal codes then; and even drew a map of Arewa Republic with that act.

And the same Buhari who charged Muslims in 2001 to ensure that sharia criminal laws are extended to all of Nigeria is the one you are doing sai to become president of Nigeria? Stupiiiid.
