You are in deep shit. Start preparing to build a new house. The one you live in, will most likely not be your own again
Simple fact. It is only in criminal matters that you can rescind your bail bond in which case the suspect is re-arrested and asked to provide another surety. In the extant case, if you decide to withdraw, what happens to monies already given out to the debtor/borrower.

Look for N3m + interest on capital and pay to avoid foreclosure by the Banks. That your cousin has no plans of paying back. Its a pity though.

Its true...
sacrifies is another sad possibility

But back then most of sacrifices were scam as they were sent away into slavery from the backdoor and the priest will den claim d gods av accepted the sacrifice.
I know this, right? My forbears used it as a means of preserving the accused alive and appeasing the complainants. The accused are said to have been taken by the gods while they are surreptitiously sold off to the new world. It saddens me though, not the intent but the act.

I kinda agree with you, that is if they were not sacrificed to the gods then.

All i can say to our waste-rn brothers is that whatever goes round comes around. They laughed at igbos when FG was using military might to trample on their quest for self determination, today what do we have?

What is bad is bad, irrespective of the geopolitical divide where you find yourself. Lets speak out when we should.

Kylekent59:
Many Nairalanders have formed the habit of commenting out of emotions instead judging the situation in the right process.

We also need to listen to the DPO's side of the story.

The OP is just one sided without stating what led to the scene.

This is 2020, Let us make a change on the way we see things, the way we judge and comment.

Yesterday, a NEPA staff was about to disconnect a woman's wire because she hasn't paid her bills. The woman kept abusing and raining insult on the NEPA staff.

If this NEPA staff slapped her, I still know many reports would still hid the first part in their pocket and publisize the action's part.

The DPO's actions as stated by the OP is very wrong, but we need to know what caused the fight and the full story.
There is no justification to assault and battery except the police were under attack for which they needed to get physical to save their lives and in that case the force applied must be reasonable and not more than the force used by the assailants. They should sue the DPO in his personal capacity and get judgement against him and then impoverish him for life

I wanted to call it just a maxim when I was typing, I then realized that it's only in the legal parlence and only lawyers who use it that way. Hence I added legal to Maxim. I wasn't implying the aspect of legal maxim which means 'established principle'....I was talking about it being a legal phrase, saying, principle...etc...u calling it cliche is another angle. But am still right. I rest my case
Lol. Ok sir. You are right. Can this slide? Its tiring and adds no value. So then....

WORDS RELATED TO MAXIM
aphorism, dictum, adage, theorem, proverb, motto, axiom, byword, commonplace, belief, truism, epithet, prescript, canon, rule, tenet, precept, moral, platitude, device...

If I say legal Maxim, if u look at words related to Maxim, proverb, motto, Canon , rule .etc. U can pick one there...so I am very correct to say legal maxim.
Q.E.D.
A legal maxim is an established principle or proposition of law in Western civilization. This applies to us today. I did say the usage under consideration here "is not exactly a maxim" ...It is like saying possession is 9th/10th of the law....It is not a maxim in the sense of for instance "Actori incumbit onus probandi", or Actus non facit reum, nisi mens sit rea"..... These are maxims known and used over time as different from cliches.

I should let this rest and allow you to believe what you may. Have a good day.

I stand by that position.
Car Talk › Loss Of Power On Toyota Prado - Any Plausible Reason? by hardbody(op): 12:20pm On Jan 13, 2020
I noticed that my Toyota Prado occasionally slows down while in motion and then finally splutters/jerks to a stop. Could this be anything to do with the fuel pump? After a few minutes of waiting, the car starts as soon as i crank it and then it runs for a few minutes and stalls again, especially at traffic lights. I need to be guided, please.

He hasn't been convicted man. These kinds of trials take long everywhere in the world.

Even after conviction he has rights to appeal.

Sometimes, jungle justice is better than civil justice but we're in a civil society and have to play by the rules
You were spot on till you suggested jungle justice being occasionally better than civil justice, to this I disagree. The law will rather free 9 guilty men than punish 1 innocent man. And I believe in civil justice, the criminal who escapes justice today will have his nemesis waiting ahead for him. Say No to jungle justice , some innocent souls have gone that way, remember the 4 Uniport boys

I met my beautiful girl through facebook last April and we started relationship after meeting face-to-face.

With immediate effect, i told her my future plan that all things being equal i will be a pastor and this relationship is NO SEX TILL WEDDING (I am 30 still a virgin thou and she really told me she isn't a virgin again, of which i have no problem with). She has visited me five times spending atleast a week yet no sex with her, knew all my family and as to caring for your girl, i am trying my best but here is the problem.

1. Spiritual: I pray and fast to know God's mind, but no yes or no but my parents went to pray and saw negative though i wish to damn the consequences and marry her but her behavior towards spiritual is bad. No prayer and reading bible. She can sleep eh na from 8pm to 8am.

2. Competition with my family.

3. Ineffictive communication. More like interview.

4. 'Unfaithfulness.' I have caught my girl agreeing to meet one man in hotel for sex and that one asking him if she moans
You won't knack her and you won't let her knack in peace instead you be disturbing God trying to find his face and konji dey worry daughter of zion. Oga don't bother, she sef has since left you in her mind.

but on a percentage level, the woman has more fault.
let's say woman 60 percent while the man 40 percent.

because the woman is a newly wedded bride from the village, who should have at least keep her chastity to the husband she is going to meet.
Except if she was raped.

while the man is already in the city, banging every holes available. May be that was why he requested for a wife from his father, so as to stop his wayward lifestyle.

Las Las dey go decide for themselves.
The man forbid chastity or the woman should not have a right to demand chastity.

What is bad is bad. They should decide for themselves and whatever they decide to do is fine, marry or go their different ways. You can't unfuck the fc.uk
