You made a lot of sense gaan.I ve always known most of the dating tips are not really practical tothe person learning them. It takes an added form of social understanding to be able to communicate same things with words and signs, thereby creating more attraction. Its not always learned online, its natural to some and takes lots of practice for many to develop.

This girl is my old friend, (friends from secondary school). I have always had a crush on her, but have always lacked the courage to ask her out, though we are tight friends. I
It has been 5 years that we saw each other last, God willing last year December being our alumni get together, she got my phone number from my other friends. Then she messaged me on WhatsApp, since then we have been in touch together, I do talk with her either on chat messenger or phone call atleast three times in a week, if I don't message/call her she will.


I wanted to ask her out so I started by asking her, her
relationship status , lo and behold she didn't reply( after she has read the message I.e It has been marked blue), I then called her again that same night(to let her know am expecting an answer but I never spoke about the question on call with her).The following day when I haven't seen her reply I apologised for intruding on her privacy, (though she never replied). For the past two weeks that this happened , she has been trying to make our conversation very short( answering my WhatsApp message with letters instead of words, short calls instead of a lengthy one) . It has been a week we talked last, we haven't call nor message each other.

What is the forward?
N.b We school at different states but it is thirty minutes drive from each other.

I have also lost a girl to a colleague at my place of work as well as my Quality Manager.

For my quality manager, i told her that i would like her to visit my house and she preferred a hotel. I told her that i am allergic to hotel and i have not been there and she told me to try it once. Few days later, i called to her that i have booked a hotel that she should come her response, " do u think i will actually follow u there" then i switched of my phone because of fear and tension. I thought she would sack me at work b/c i am a contract staff but she didn't.

Now i have a girl who normally look at me each time i passes her office. The looking has lasted for some months and now we are greeting each other. I really want to go ask her name and know more about her and if possible take her out but fear of the right approach.
I can hardly give a genuine reply to any convo infact conversation is my biggest problem. I cannot just do it. I might loss this girl, but i don't want to do it in a nice guy's way. I just need some steps on how to do this.
I have been planning for a line like this," heh, u r under arrest by me and i wont leave here without u accompanying to the station except you tell me your name". If this works, what will be the very next word or action to take. Or better still, how do u think abt it.

I have been finding it difficult reasoning out some things even remembering names is a big problem to me. Most times i will chat with a girl and after ther chat my brain will remember how i would have said things instead of how i said it but then, it is too late, and i never chat with the person again.
