Hello guys, please I need your advice.

I have everything I need for Visa application except for POF which matures on October 5.

My school resumes this month (September 20) and the school stated on my CAS statement that the latest date I can be accepted on the course is October 15.

How do I go about applying for Visa and meeting up despite the POF late maturity? Do I contact my school?

Next is, will be it possible to leave for school by January, 2022 or is application late already?

That was why I used the word "may not"
Some schools actually wants to know if you have a working experience in a particular field besides your qualification.

So to be on a safer side prepare your SOP and work on your CV to reflex on your intended course you wish to apply for...speaking from experience.

Yours is more than 2weeks and no medical update.. Have you try contacting them or send them mail and use urgent as the subject...

I thought once you get correspondence letter and final decision will be made either the same day or next day morning but why some do take more than 5days does that mean decision have not be made yet or they are still reviewing after correspondence letter have been updated?

Online or paper route? You can get a biometric validity later anytime as it is just to notify you that you have done your biometrics and it is valid for 10years or so. Though boimetrics validation letter before medical request might not be good sign from the applications that I have seen,(my opinion)but I will advice you to be positive and prayerful. I wish you all the best.

You're expected to fill the two sections listed above electronically using your system/desktop, print, sign with a blue pen, scan and send it back to the person to append his/her signature.

This should answer your question. However you need to ensure that your documents are presented in a uniform manner in order to avoid confusion. Also ensure that when you compress your files ensure that the quality isn't lost.

[b]Application for study permit made outside of Canada (IMM1294) (required) - Complete, save and Upload the study permit form.

Passport (required) - Upload your international passport.

Letter of Acceptance (required ) - Upload your letter of acceptance from the school.

Proof of means of financial support - Upload your Sponsorship letter, Affidavit of support, bank statements, payslips, sponsor's source of income (like- employment letters, introduction letters from employer, promotions letter etc.) or bussines documents (CAC certificates, tax clearance certificate, article of association and memorandum etc..) Also, include your already paid tuition receipt in this section (if any).

Digital Photo (required) - Upload your Passport Photograph. The passport size should be between 60KB to 240KB and the dimension should be 420X540.

Family Information (IMM5645) (required) - Complete, save and Upload the family form.

Schedule 1- Application for a temporary Resident Visa made outside Canada (IMM5257) (required) - Complete and Upload the form.

Client Information (required) - Upload your SOP/LOE, degree certificates, transcripts, birth certificates, recommendation letters from past and present employers, NYSC discharge papers, your work ID, your employment letters, resume etc... (every supporting documents should be uploaded in this section).
