I said read up on the early church. They never collected offerings or tithes all they collected were contributions when it's needed.

Paying tithe is just a smart way of ensuring people are enslaved and mandated to pay money to the pastors

Tithes and offering in churches goes into different purposes and for payment of salaries to church officials, instrumentalist, widows, orphans and the needy, missions and missionaries, church maintenance and supplies.

Looks to me like you're more concerned with what the tithe will be used for than where you should pay it.

That already is a shadow of doubt. And if you're having that already, please don't pay a tithe. Just keep it.

It is better for the church to call for contributions not tithes. Read your bible well, the early church collected contributions not tithe and offerings. Offerings were sacrifices for God for atonement of sins and tithes were for levites not pastors. Read how the early church collected contributions

The tithe should be brought to God's house so there can be food. Tithes and offering in the times of the old testament was brought to the house of God as a token of appreciation and so there can be food for the Levites, this is because the Levite's were not allowed to work, their own work was to tend to the house of God as priests.

So they had a portion of these tithes and offeting to cater for themselves and their families.

Ask the holy spirit for directions. Its most important that you give cheerfully and not grudgingly or under compulsion.

So where shld we pay our tithes now cos I see no levites.

Tithing is wrong. It was for priests then that were not supposed to own properties then. It is gone with the old testament. Same reason you don't kill goats for sin atonement. The priesthood structure and house of levi does not function any more

Some deeper life members were preaching around my area yesterday and I decided to invite them for a discussion.
They were telling me "Oh god is able to do all things, Prayer is a special gift reserved for the children of god, you have dirrect link to god blah blah blah."
Good so I asked them why is it that God never answers some prayers?

They quickly said "that is not true god can answer all prayers as long as it is in his will. "

I smiled and replied that it seems some things are never in god's will such as healing amputees.

They became dumb.

And yet we condemn isis and boko haram for doing the same thing moses and the rest did freely in the bible.

Why shld I not believe mohammed did all the evil he did because god spoke to him, but I shld believe that moses, joshua, davil, saul, samson etc where killing people, taking their virgins as wives and taking the properties of nations all in the name of God?

I really don't know what you are celebrating, only a man with inferiority complex would let the believes of others determine his. Atheists can't be one. Don't mind people and their exaggerations and lies. The 6 years I spent in secondary school at least we had 3 incidences of people fainting and they saw nothing extraordinary they simply blank out and wake up confused why people are gathered round them.

I saw people trying to resuscitate me but I was experiencing something else (very briefly) at peace somewhere else (bluish bright place) then I came around again. It was a long time ago tho.

A Neighbour of ours suggested to my mum that raw pepper should be grounded and put in my mouth, I felt nothing. I did not even know I fainted all I know was I was watching tv then as if I blinked and woke up to see myself laying on the bed with my mum fast asleep beside me. The whole story of their attempts to revive me sounded made up because I felt nothing

I must have been about 12 years old when it happened.
I was terribly ill, terribly, so my mum took me to the hospital where I got some medications.

Honestly where was my spirit when I lost consciousness.


I strongly believe we have no spirit or soul, but are alive based on the function of our brains. Once the brain lacks oxygen for a prolonged time, then that is the end.

Interestingly your organs could still be alive. So it is enough proof for me that our brains are responsible for who we are and not any phantom ghost.


When my mum was narrating how she and others where frantically trying to revive me, I was shocked. To the extent that raw pepper was poured into my mouth.
It was an amazing experience anyway, glad I experienced it so no one lies to me how being unconscious feels.
It is all blank and you have no consciousness of time unlike when you sleep

It isnt the first thread on personal experiences with God I have created here and the first one got me bombarded privately with people who sought after God and needed relief and God has been wonderful.

Cos all I see are arguments that does not in anyway settle the existence of God as your title claims. So what is happening?
